Abstract

The restrictiveness of the abstract information acceptance causes the legally blind ability in multiple accounting tends to be blocked. The objective of this research is to know about the effect of the implementation of jarimatika method toward the ability of multiple accounting fot the legally blind student in SLB Pembina Lawang Malang. The A-B-A design model. The subject of the research is the 20-years-old legally blind student with intellectual disabilities in XI grade. The finding of this research shows the effect of the implementation of jarimatika method toward the legally blind student, stated with the overlapped percentage between baseline phase-1 to intervention phase in 0% and intervention phase to baseline phase-2 is 80%.Pembatasan penerimaan informasi bagi anak tunanetra dinilai sangat abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode Jarimatika terhadap kemampuan berhitung matematika bagi anak hambatan penglihatan di SLB Pembina Lawang Malang.Desain yang dgunakan adalah model A- B-A. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak hambatan penglihatan usia 20-tahun dengan cacat intelektual kelas XI. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan efek dari penerapan metode Jarimatika terhadap siswa hambatyan penglihatan, menyatakan dengan persentase tumpang tindih antara awal fase-1 fase intervensi 0% dan fase intervensi terhadap baseline fase-2 adalah 80%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a model for understanding the interest of career counseling for deaf students SMALB-B. Procedure development in this study adapt the model development Borg & Gall. Acceptability testing procedures models of career guidance is done through (1) test expert Counseling and Special Education expert, the data from the test were analyzed descriptively experts qualitatively and quantitatively by using descriptive statistics, (2) main field trials or small-scale, data from the field test analysis using statistical techniques Paired Samples T test. From the test results show that the model expert career guidance for understanding the proper interest for deaf students, useful and feasible, and can be used in providing career guidance services for deaf students. While the results of a limited field test shows the results of the analysis of data from different test the skills to understand the interest in showing the value of t = -51.137 which falls on the significance of 0.000 (<0.05). This means that there are differences in understanding the skills of deaf students’ interest SMALB-B before and after participating in career guidance for understanding interest. This means that the change in the level of interest, especially in optimizing understanding changes in student knowledge and skills SMALB-B.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model bimbingan karier untuk pemahaman minat bagi siswa tunarungu SMALB-B. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Prosedur pengujian akseptabilitas model bimbingan karir ini dilakukan melalui (1) uji ahli Bimbingan Konseling dan ahli Pendidikan Luar Biasa, data dari uji ahli dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, (2) uji coba lapangan utama atau skala kecil, data dari uji lapangan di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik uji Paired Samples T Test. Dari hasil uji ahli menunjukkan bahwa model bimbingan karier untuk pemahaman minat bagi siswa tunarungu tepat, berguna dan layak serta dapat digunakan dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan karier bagi siswa tunarungu. Sedangkan dari hasil uji lapangan terbatas menunjukkan hasil analisis data dari uji beda keterampilan memahami minat menunjukkan nilai t = -51,137 yang jatuh pada signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Artinya ada perbedaan keterampilan memahami minat siswa tunarungu SMALB-B sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti bimbingan karier untuk pemahaman minat. Artinya adanya perubahan tingkat pemahaman minat terutama dalam mengoptimalkan perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada siswa SMALB-B.

Abstract

From the observation, the current games which are given for the intellectual and development disabilities students have not yet improve their cognitive ability. The purpose of this research is to develop the treasure game to the intellectual and development disabilities students. Resulting in a production of a new game for the intellectual and development disabilities students.The research uses development research plan. The result of the treasure find game development to improve cognitive ability of the mentally disabled is valid to be used as adaptive physical education.Berdasarkan, permainan yang diperuntukkan peserta didik tunagrahit, belum semuanya meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan permainan menemukan harta karun hasil observasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik tunagrahita. Dengan menghasilkan suatu produk berupa permainan untuk anak tunagrahita. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan. Hasil pengembangan bahwa permainan menemukan harta karun dinyatakan valid untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik tunagrahita digunakan pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif.

Abstract

Mathematical achievement of special recovery students (MPK) is still low compared to typical students. One of the factors is due to the basic mastery of the weak operation. The purpose of this study is to study the use of the Kit Magic Maths (KMM) in helping (MPK) to master the base of the multiplication. Researchers using quantitative approaches with Stephen Kemmis and Mc Taggart models carried out two rows. A total of two participants were selected through a sampling technique aimed at a school in the district of Kuala Pilah. Participants performed basic mathematical tests multiplied by 30 items at pre-test and post-test. The content of mathematical tests using the Testing Tables (JPU) is validated by three experienced teachers over 30 years in mathematics. Data findings were analysed using descriptive analysis by percentage. The findings show that KMM can help MPK master the basic skills of multiplication. Both participants pointed out the increase in pre-test score scores by 70% for participant A and 50% for participant B after the post-test. Therefore, it is hoped that KMM will be able to extend its use to teachers at the district, state and ministry levels as an effective learning aid to the learning and teaching of MPK. Consequently, the use of KMM is seen to help MPK increase the level of basic operation of multiplicity better than before, in addition to enhancing student’s interest in mathematical subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the results of mathematics learning mental retardation children before using approach Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI), describe the results of mathematics learning mental retardation children after using approach Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI), describes the effect of approach Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Indonesia to mathematics learning mental retardation children. The study included a quasi-experimental study (quasi experiment) with the same comparison subjects in different conditions. The research instrument is a test for the pretest and posttes. The analysis technique used is the hypothesis test using the Spearman Rank by SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Results reveal that the average student learning outcomes at the time of the pretest was 50.3, while the post-test was 86.4. The results obtained output sig. (2-tailed) of 0, 264. Indicates that sig. (2-tailed) ≤ α / 2. So it can be concluded that the approach of Realistic Mathematics Learning Indonesian affect children's math learning outcomes mental retardation.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar matematika anak tunagrahita sebelum menggunakan pendekatan Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI), serta menggambarkan hasil belajar matematika anak tunagrahita setelah menggunakan pendekatan Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI), dan menjelaskan pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran matematika Realistik Indonesia untuk belajar matematika anak tunagrahita. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuasi-eksperimental (eksperimen semu) dengan subjek perbandingan yang sama dalam kondisi yang berbeda. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes untuk pretest dan posttes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis menggunakan Spearman Rank dengan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada saat pretest adalah 50,3, sedangkan post-test adalah 86,4. Hasil yang diperoleh keluaran sig. (2-tailed) 0, 264. Menunjukkan sig itu. (2-tailed) ≤ α / 2. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Realistic Matematika Belajar Indonesia mempengaruhi belajar matematika anak tunagrahita.

Abstract

This study aims to produce graphic media tested and can be used to improve the language skills of deaf children in the SDLB lower classes. Therefore, this study was conducted in two phases. Firstly, exploring and developing prototype of graphic media. Secondly, being experimental prototype of previously developed graphic media. Respondents of this study were SDLB low-grade teacher Malang, Blitar, Tulung Agung, Trenggalek , Pacitan, Madiun, Nganjuk, Surabaya, Probolinggo, Lumajang, Jember, Lamongan , Bojonegoro and Tuban. Based on the research results of the first step, a formed-textbook graphic media used to improve the language skills of deaf children so far is not in suitable with the characteristics of SDLB low-grade deaf children. As the result, it is suggested to developing a graphic material in the term of textbook that can be used as a medium to improve the language skills of deaf children of low grade and still refer to the applicable curriculum .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media grafis yang teruji dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak tunarungu kelas rendah di SDLB. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama melalui ekskplorasi dan pengembangan prototype media grafis, sedangkan tahap kedua mengeksperimenkan prototype media grafis yang dikembangkan sebelumnya. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar kelas rendah SDLB di wilayah Malang, Blitar, Tulung Agung, Trenggalek, Pacitan, Madiun, Nganjuk, Surabaya, Probolinggo, Lumajang, Jember, Lamongan, Bojonegoro dan Tuban. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tahap pertama, media grafis dalam format buku ajar rujukan yang. digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak tunarungu selama ini menurut mereka tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik anak tunarungu kelas rendah di SDLB. Atas dasar itulah disarankan perlu dikembangkan bahan pembelajaran grafis dalam format buku ajar yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak tunarungu kelas rendah, serta tetap mengacu pada kurikulum yang berlaku.

Abstract

There is an attempt to help autistic child’s in improving their fine motor skill, one of them is through practical life activities. This research was aimed at improving the fine motor skill of an autistic child’s through practical life activities. This research implemented Single Subject Research Method with A-B-A design. The data were analyzed using the technique of visual analysis in the form of data graphic both in between the condition and in the condition. The findings presented the percentage of 0% overlap. Besides, the data analysis showed that the children’s fine motor skill improved in Baseline-2 (A2) or control condition with stable score of 75%, which was higher that Baseline-1 (A1) or condition before intervention was given, with the stable score of 53,12%. In conclusion, Practical Life activity could improve the fine motor skill of the autistic.

Abstract

The use of technology in the evaluation can help make it easier to understand the assessed assessments including online services. This is not the exception of individual education plans in which the Individual Education Plan improves the technology of writing documents to the use of the online Individual Education Plan System (e-RPI) which documents the individual planning and evaluation of the pupils with special needs without leaving the character and elements becoming more organized and systematic. Hence, this study aims to answer the questions of the study on the management and mastery of the Individual Education Plan online. A total of 75 Special Education teachers in Kuala Lumpur participated in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of field surveys. The instrument used is a set of questionnaire forms adapted from the Individual Education plan management study by Institute on Community Integration (ICI). Meanwhile, the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software and data interpretation using statistical inference method. The findings show that there is no significant difference in the management of the Individual Education Plan online by male and female teachers. There is also no significant difference in teacher experience with the mastery of the e-RPI. Therefore, it is necessary to train teachers to improve their competence and understanding of the work processes and the exposure of the e-RPI concept.

Abstract

The purpose of this was to describe the implementation process of the papercraft art learning and to determine papercraft art learning influence on soft motor skills ability of handicaped child. The research used an experimental method with a Single Subject Research (SSR) multiple baseline cross variables design. Data were analyzed by using a visual analysis of graphic technique. The results of research showed a papercraft art learning influence on soft motor skills. This condition on soft motor skills, was shown by many trials of cutting, folding and sticking ability evaluation at baseline (A) condition and intervention (B) condition. Conclusion of this research is the soft motor ability of children before papercraft art learning given that the baseline phase of skills motor skills children increased an average of one trial. Soft motor ability after papercraft art learning given that on average the intervention phase average increase of two trial. Papercraft art learning techniques as cutting, folding and sticking can affect soft motor skills of hadicaped child with changes in each session of the intervention phase.Tujuan dari ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni papercraft untuk menentukan seni papercraft dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan motorik halus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Single Subject Research (SSR) beberapa desain variabel lintas awal. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis visula. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh pembelajaran seni papercraft pada keterampilan motorik halus. Kondisi ini pada keterampilan motorik halus, ditunjukkan oleh latihan, melipat dan menempel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan motorik halus anak-anak dapat meningkat.Teknik Papercraft ini dilakukan dengan pemotongan, melipat dan menempel dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan motorik halus anak hadicaped dengan perubahan di setiap sesi fase intervensi.

Abstract

The research was aim at describing the students’ ability to write for starters in the second grade of intellectual disability before and after using a flashcard, as well as to analyze the effect of media use the letter cards toward students’ ability to write for starters. This research was usingQuasi Experiment with model One Group – Pre-test – Post-test Design. The results of data analysis wasthe use of flashcards, the ability to write for starters of students categorized as less. Results of the average value of pre-test amounting to 47.After using flashcard, they experiencedan increase of to write for starters ability. Results of the averange value of post-test amounting to 82. Conclusion from the research was the use of flashcard media can improvestudents to write for stater of intellectual disability.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan abilitas menulis permulaan siswa tunagrahita sebelum dan setelah menggunakan kartu huruf, serta menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan kartu huruf terhadap abilitas menulis permulaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, desain Quasi Experiment dengan model: One Group – Pre-test – Post-test Design. Hasil dari analisis data sebelum menggunakan kartu huruf, abilitas menulis permulaan siswa dikategorikan kurang. Hasil yang rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 47. Setelah menggunakan kartu huruf, terjadi peningkatan abilitas menulis permulaan. Hasil rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 82. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa abilitas menulis permulaan siswa tunagrahita dapat ditingkatkan dengan media kartu huruf.
