Abstract

This research intends to analyze student perceptions of the 2023 honorary teacher regulation in Indonesia and the motives behind their interest in becoming teachers towards the 2023 honorary teacher regulation in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study type of research. The subjects of this study were students of the economic education class of 2019, State University of Malang. The researcher chose this subject because based on preliminary studies and circulating issues related to the 2023 honorary teacher regulations in Indonesia that some 2019 economics education students are still interested in becoming teachers after the 2023 honorary teacher regulations in Indonesia. According to the results of interviews conducted with students of the economic education class of 2019 at the State University of Malang, there are five themes in student perceptions of the 2023 honorary teacher regulation in Indonesia, namely (1) Receiving stimuli or objects from outside the individual, (2) Knowledge related to the 2023 honorary teacher regulation , (3) Welfare for teachers and preparing professional teachers, (4) Evaluation of the 2023 honorary teacher regulation, (5) Suggestions for better changes. While the interviews were obtained on the motives behind the interest in becoming a teacher regarding the regulation of honorary teachers in 2023 in Indonesia, there are eight themes, namely (1) Having knowledge about the profession as a teacher, (2) Happy in the field as a teacher, (3) Interested in the profession as a teacher , (4) Attention to the profession as a teacher, (5) Having a desire to become a teacher, (6) Making efforts to become a teacher, (7) Confident in choosing a profession as a teacher, (8) Feeling comfortable with the teaching profession.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat berdampak pada respon siswa; Dengan adanya media pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif, aktif, dan kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran online dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah empat siswa kelas X jurusan IPS, satu orang guru ekonomi, dan wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum. Sumber data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WhatsApp menjadi satu-satunya media pembelajaran online mata pelajaran ekonomi selama pandemi. Aplikasi WhatsApp mudah digunakan. Pembelajaran daring menggunakan grup WhatsApp belum optimal karena kurangnya interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Respon siswa selama pembelajaran di Grup WhatsApp sangat pasif. Mahasiswa mengalami banyak kendala, seperti kendala klasik yang terjadi adalah kuota internet atau paket data.

Abstract

Generation Z is a generation that has the potential to become successful entrepreneurs in the future. Generation Z, which is in the birth range from 1995-2010, has innovative ideas to create modern business opportunities. Self-confidence and the discovery of new things are elements of individual modernity that build Generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship. Generation Z who are recovering in the digitalization era can take advantage of information technology to start entrepreneurship. This study aims to find out how individual modernity and the use of information technology affect Generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship partially and simultaneously. 294 high school students in Malang City including SMAN 1 Malang, Brawijaya Smart School Malang High School, Panjura High School, and UM Laboratory High School who were the subjects of this study were given questionnaires using a quantitative descriptive research approach. The research findings reveal a significant positive effect, both partially and simultaneously on individual modernity variables (X1) and information technology utilization (X2) on the interest in entrepreneurship of Generation Z (Y). The results of this study indicate that acquisition, acceptance of new things, and self-confidence encourage Generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship. The use of information technology also encourages interest in entrepreneurship for Generation Z by looking for things related to entrepreneurship. Generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship will not just end up as a desire if there is awareness from within them to realize business opportunities in real life.

Abstract

The Startup Business Management course is one of the courses taught in the Commerce Education study program, State University of Malang, which is included in the Specialization and Self-Development Courses (SSDC) group and is a transdisciplinary subject. This course allows students of all majors to follow the learning process. It is important to develop a learning model that can accommodate the characteristics of this course. This research is a development research. The resulting product is a learning model syntax prototype in the Start Up Business Management course. The development design that will be used in this study is the ADDIE development design. The ADDIE model stands for Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluation. The development results show that the START-UP model has been successfully developed with its own originality and is considered valid by the validator. The conclusion of this research is that the research results can be used in the next process, namely empirical testing and implementation in learning.

Abstract

In the 21st century, Indonesian MSMEs must be able to compete in marketing in the digitalization era. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of digital literacy, competitive advantage and entrepreneurial character on the entrepreneurial success of AWBE members. Research that applies a descriptive quantitative approach. The descriptives that will be presented in this study are to find out how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. The population in this study is 143 members with a sample in this study is 50. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observation. Instrument trials using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Digital literacy and competitive advantage have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial success of members of the Sidoarjo Bringin Emas Entrepreneur Association. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial character does not significantly influence the entrepreneurial success of members of the Bringin Emas Sidoarjo Entrepreneurial Association. However, the results of the study show that there is a simultaneous significant influence between digital literacy, entrepreneurial character and competitive advantage on entrepreneurial success of 84.3%.

Abstract

Cultural infiltration can be considered as a threat to the sustainability of Indonesia's local cultural identity and values, so that in this context it can be said to be a "nation threat". This is especially the case if the adoption of a foreign culture is not carried out by considering its long-term impact on the sustainability of local culture and society. This study uses an interpretive qualitative approach with a realist ethnographic model. Literature studies and narrative interviews were used in this study to reconstruct the domain, taxonomy and interrelationships of cultural themes in this study, socio-economic issues concerning the reciprocal relationship between cultural infiltration and economic behavior. The cultural invasion of the Korean wave on the economic behavior of the Indonesian people can create purchasing decisions and people's consumption patterns. The existence of the Korean wave can change people's consumption patterns, especially digital natives who switch to consuming Korean products which are becoming a trend that has extraordinary magnetism to attract the interest of this digital native terminology group, which can threaten the sustainability of local industries and affect the nation's economic structure.

Abstract

The problem that often arises in relation to entrepreneurship is product marketing which is a very important aspect of running a business. Good product marketing skills can help to expand market share, increase sales, and improve brand image. 21st century learning is known as the 4Cs (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity) as four skills that are important and needed for 21st century education, especially in the learning planning process. This study raises the issue of efforts to use social media with the help of the Problem Based Learning model to improve product marketing learning outcomes in Craft and Entrepreneurship subjects. The research was conducted at Bumi Siliwangi High School Bandung - West Java in class XI IPS 1 and 2 as many as 36 people in each class. The implementation of this study used two classes where the IPS 1 class would apply Problem Based Learning and was said to be the experimental class and the IPS 2 class would apply lectures and was said to be the control class. Data collection instruments in the form of evaluation test sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing learning outcomes which produced scores and average values. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes, teacher and student activities, the teacher's ability to manage learning, and good student responses to the application of the Problem Based Learning model with social media which was more varied than the non-experimental class.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digitalization,  people, especially Generation Z, easily make transactions without paying attention to priority scale. This leads to poor financial management behavior. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on financial management behavior with a controlling focus as a moderating variable for economics education students Class of 2020 in Semarang City. The sample size was 219 respondents. Sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method uses a closed-ended questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and SEM PLS. The results of hypothesis testing show that financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant impact on financial management behavior, that locus of control is likely to enhance the influence of knowledge. financial awareness on financial management behavior and that locus of control has the potential to strengthen the influence of financial attitude on financial management behavior. The suggestion for further research is that students need to improve their financial knowledge and attitudes towards financial management  to be able to manage their finances better.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of the 2013 Curriculum Transition to the Independent Learning Curriculum and the P5 Project on Learning Implementation. This study is motivated by educational problems so far the learning is only group discussions and then it is required to think critically, ask questions and end with presentations, but in the independent learning curriculum this is interspersed with projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students so that it creates a distinct impression, besides that in the 2013 curriculum there is specialization in the science majors in high school, in the independent learning curriculum nothing is replaced by selecting subjects according to the interests and talents of students in the implementation of learning. It is the differences in the 2013 curriculum and the independent learning curriculum that make researchers interested in researching. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of the 2013 Curriculum Transition to the Free Learning Curriculum and the P5 Project Towards Learning Implementation. This research is a quantitative study using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The research subjects were 90 class X students of Sman 1 Pakel. The data analysis technique using multiple linear regression obtained the results of tcount (0.472) < ttable(1.987.) and tcount (9.325) > ttable (1.987). Simultaneously obtained Fcount (72.355)> Ftable (3.10). Thus in this study it was stated that there was no influence between the 2013 Curriculum Transition to the Independent Learning Curriculum on the implementation of learning but there was an influence between the P5 Project on the implementation of learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic assessments in economics learning in accordance with the 2013 curriculum at Muaro Jambi 6th State Senior High School and also to see whether there are any obstacles to economics teachers when implementing the 2013 curriculum in implementing authentic assessments. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method using the stake evaluation model. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, questionnaires, and literature studies on syllabus and lesson plans .The results of this study are (1) Authentic assessment procedures in economic learning are going well. At the planning stage, a percentage of 85.33% was obtained in the good category. At the implementation stage, a percentage of 77.7% was obtained in the sufficient category. At the yield stage, a percentage of 81.25% is obtained; (2) The teacher's constraints in implementing authentic assessment in economics learning are limited time constraints in one lesson, the many indicators of authentic assessment, and also the lack of student motivation in participating in innovative learning with authentic assessment and infrastructure that does not function properly
