Industri kecil memiliki peranan strategis dalam perdagangan nasional hal ini karena proporsi usaha skala kecil mempunyai daya serap tenaga kerja yang sangat besar. Kota Tasikmalaya memiliki banyak sumber daya yang dapat dikembangkan, baik industri bordir, makanan atau kerajinan. Industri Kecil Menengah telah terbukti mampu menghasilkan berbagai komoditas, lokal maupun pasar internasional, tetapi daya saing dari produk yang dihasilkan pengusaha tersebut belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh koordinasi dengan pengembangan industri kecil produk usaha kerajinan tangan dan bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh koordinasi terhadap pengembangan industri kecil produk usaha kerajinan tangan dan bordir sebesar 29,7 % sedangkan 70,3 % disebabkan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The village as a spearhead of development has an important role indevelopment. With the birth of the Law of vilage No. 6 / 2014 opened a greatopportunity for the village to get a sizeable village funds. The village as an autonomousregion has the authority to remedy to manage the funds of the village, but the largeamount of funds that must be managed professionally and appropriately. Meanwhilecapabilities village head and village in Serang District still is lacking. The purpose ofthis study was to analyze the capabilities of the village in managing the funds of thevillage. This study is a qualitative study, by observation and analysis of documents.Guiding theory is a theory of Leonard and Barton (2002), namely: Based on theknowledge and skills, managerial systems, Technical Systems, Values and Norms. Theresults of the study explained that the knowledge and skills capability village head andvillage in Pandeglang in the management of village fund allocation is still lacking,especially the skill and expertise in accounting, financial reporting and accountability.Managerial capabilities are lacking because the village head in planning some of thevillage chief has yet to make programs according to priorities. Technical capabilitiesconcerning the financial management of the State is still lacking. Most treasurervillages do not have enough knowledge in financial management and not a backgroundof expertise such as accounting vocational graduates. Financial management is stillmanual. Capabilities Values and Norms. Village Head in Pandeglang in general it canbe said either they already have good values and norms that come from the community.It's just that their values and norms of society can not be performed / implemented inorganizational life.

Abstract

College as an educational institution is an organization that is very close to the community, its existence is determined by acceptance. The choice of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences August 17, 1945 Jakarta (Jakarta UTA'17) based on the assumption that the organization is within the scope of UTA'17 Jakarta that have characteristics that differentiate with other faculty. Based on the discussion, there are some conclusions of this research are: 1) The leadership shown by the leadership in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Jakarta August 17, 1945 are included in the category of Being a tendency to good categories, and 2) Variable organizational processes displayed by the leadership Faculty of Administration at the University of Jakarta August 17, 1945 included in the category of Being a tendency to lead to bad category.

Abstract

Upaya pengembangan usaha mikro garmen terutama ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan wirausaha para pengusaha mikro tersebut. Keterlibatan dinas instansi terkait sangat dibutuhkan, dalam pelaksanaannya perlu didasarkan pada payung hukum yang jelas seperti peraturan daerah maupun keputusan kepala daerah. Faktor pendorong yang membentuk kemampuan wirausaha pengusaha mikro industri garmen adalah: 1) Tingkat pendidikan; 2) Sifat keuletan dalam menjalankan usahanya; 3) Pergaulan dalam menjalin hubungan dengan pihak lain; 4) Kepekaan dalam melihat perkembangan pasar dan perubahan situasi ekonomi; 5) Kejelian dalam mencari sumber-sumber permodalan; 6) Sikap mental terhadap resiko yang akan dihadapi; 7) Sikap optimistic dengan pertimbangan yang masuk akal. Sedangkan ukuran perkembangan usaha mikro adalah: (1) terciptanya kepuasan berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan dengan usaha mikro; (2) meningkatnya kesetiaan pelanggan terhadap produk yang dihasilkan. (3) mampu meningkatkan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. (4) memiliki kemampuan bersaing di bidang usahanya. (5) terjadi peningkatan pendapatan.

Abstract

The high number of abstention in the implementation of national and local elections in Indonesia are already in an alarming stage . Indonesian young people are expected to break the deadlock that situation with no bandwagon becomes abstentions . It becomes important because the 2015 election , predicted more than 20-30 percent of young voters nationwide are among young voters . Future owners of this country is the youth . Therefore, the people's democratic party that is in sight should be exploited youth in playing its role to oversee the passage of the election , so that the election can run an honest , fair and transparent . As well as the need for support from the government to continue to encourage and empower youth in Indonesia to get involved directly in political participation

Abstract

Model pengembangan konsep Reinventing Local Government dan eGovernment, melalui konsep Local Economic Development atau Science dan Technology Park merupakan interaksi berbagai komponen kelembagaan yang saling mendukung sebagai pusat ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (R&D) pada kawasan industri yang mencakup produksi, produsen, pengolahan, distribusi, pemasaran, pembiayaan, merupakan kolaborasi, partisipasi, komunikasi antar aktor untuk membuat kerjasama memorandum of understanding antara peguruan tinggi (lemlitbang), pemerintah daerah (Bappeda), UMKM (industri kreaktif) dan koperasi (KUD, BUMDES) dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan, mempercepat pengembangan produk untuk memperoleh economic return mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi menjadi terintegrasi dan diterima oleh seluruh stakeholders. Pemerintah Daerah Propinsi Jawa Barat dapat membentuk kawasan Science dan Technology Park Jatinangor-Cimanggung yang mempunyai enam perguruan tinggi, 22 desa, pusat riset & pegembangan IT, apartemen, pusat rekreasi, pendidikan, pelayanan bank (BRI, BNI, BPD Jabar, Bank Mandiri) pelayanan sosial, terminal, jasa, distribusi, pusat pemasaran barang dan jasa, hotel, restoran, fasilitas rekreasi hiburan berbasis ICT dan olah raga, pusat pelayanan kesehatan, kegiatan industri, permukiman, perkantoran namun pengembangannya harus memenuhi berbagai fasilitas seperti e-biz hub, Internet Data Center & Data Recovery Center, ICT Research & Development Center, ICT Training Center, ICT Convention & Exhibition Center, Software House Center, Office Center dan ICT Center. Abstract

In industrial relations, there could be a dispute between workers and employers(companies). Law no. 2 of 2004 concerning the proposed already complete set,following the steps of the mediation process and the documents required. So themediator's role is very important in helping to resolve the dispute. Disputes oftendetrimental to workers in obtaining their rights, they often ask for helpDisnakertrasns Serang in resolving cases they face. Disnakertrans should be ableto face the challenges in the future related to frequent disputes. In this study,researchers conducted interviews, to find out more in depth how the role of themediator can perform its duties and functions well.

Abstract

Universities are institutions that aim scored scholars with theoretical andpractical abilities . Theoretical and practical ability is not enough to make them jump insociety , necessary values can lead character undergraduate students to be superior . Valuechampion ( Honest , Fair , Authority , trustful , Religious and Accountable ) are the valuesinstilled in all students of the University of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa so that they can besuperior undergraduate and character . The purpose of this study is to determine how muchthe application of the values of a champion on students of Public Administration Faculty ofSocial Sciences University of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa . This research is quantitativedescriptive survey method . The respondents of this study as many as 100 people .Determination of respondents with incidental sampling . The results of this study indicatethat the application of the values of Champions at the State Administration of ScienceProgram Faculty of Social Untirta amounted to 78.75 % in both categories .

Abstract

Distance education in Indonesia was opened to reduce the education gap betweenurban and remote areas nor with the purpose PLIK program of the Ministry ofCommunications and Information Technology is to reduce the digital divide betweenurban and rural areas. In line with that distance education provides an opportunity toimprove education are not bound classes by utilizing the internet facility and programPLIK give people the chance to improve skills in the field of information technology,including to improve the quality of public education through affordable Internet accessby the availability of internet cafes in the district level and car PLIK to reach people inremote villages. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative method byanalyzing the data of Indonesia Open University document and the document PLIK ofthe Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The results showed thatProgram PLIK that began in 2010 has 5939 internet cafes and internet car but wasstopped since 2014 can be used as a medium by universities such as the OpenUniversity which has 39 regional office (UPBJJ) across Indonesia to reach UT studentsin various parts of the region in the service of online registration and tutorial online aswell as to facilitate the UT students get academic information over the internet frominternet cafes and car PLIK provided at district level throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kondisi bahwa masyarakatseringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapat informasi dari Badan Publik diKota Serang, Data dan informasi yang disediakan oleh Badan Publik seringkalitidak up to date. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanapersepsi mahasiswa Universita Sultan Ageng Terhadap Keterbukaan InformasiPublik di Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang dignakan adalah kuantitatifdeskriptif, Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas SultangAgeng Tirtayasa yang berlokasi di Kota Serang. Teknik sampling yang digunakanadalah kuota, jumlah responden adalah 100 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap keterbukaan informasi di KotaSerang sebesar 76.3 termasuk dalam ketegori baik.

Abstract

Community empowerment as the main paradigm of good governance thatinvolves the State/Government, businesses and communities need a clear path in theimplementation of development programs through the clarity of the structure. Theorganizational structure is intended to divide all the tasks and functions of all membersof the organization that runs the appropriate authority of the duties and functions ofeach, in order to optimally achieve program objectives. Not stopping there, the clarityof the structure determines the success of policy implementation. With the structure, itcan be known who is doing what and how the flow goes organizational authority. Theresults show the organizational structure and work flow procedures of governmentbureaucracy in the implementation of PNPM Mandiri fragmented in terms of interagencycoordination, facilitator and program implementers. These circumstancesresulted in the throwing authority and responsibility because of the vagueness of theirroles, responsibilities and functions, resulting in inaccuracies in determining thequantity and quality of resources needed,
