Al Qodiri : Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan April dan Agustus. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari.

Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum aims to enhance learning quality in Indonesia. At SD Negeri Petompon 02 Semarang, challenges include the need for differentiated teaching modules, lack of structured teacher coordination, low teacher motivation and competence, and high workloads. This study explores the quality of learning through classroom management, affective support, and cognitive activities, using a descriptive qualitative method. Findings highlight the significance of effective classroom management, consistent affective support, and engaging cognitive activities as benchmarks of learning quality. The principal plays a vital role in leading school development, while teachers are responsible for motivating and guiding students. Students demonstrate active participation and positive responses to the learning process. Despite these achievements, continuous evaluation and improvement remain necessary. This study underscores the need for synergy between principals, teachers, and students to achieve optimal learning quality aligned with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. Abstract

This article further delineates the implementation of student development management through both curricular and extracurricular activity programs. The research employs a qualitative approach, specifically case study research focused on fieldwork. The study centers on the following aspects: First, the role of school principals in designing student development programs aimed at enhancing learning motivation. Second, the execution of student development programs with the objective of increasing learning motivation. Third, the oversight of the student development program by the principal. Abstract

Community participation in the formation of laws and regulations is an important element in realizing a democratic legal system. Active community involvement in the legislative process is necessary to ensure that the laws produced reflect the needs and aspirations of the wider community. This research aims to examine the importance of community participation in each stage of regulation formation, identify obstacles in its implementation, and formulate strategic steps to increase the effectiveness of this participation. The results of the study show that even though there are legal regulations regarding public participation, their implementation still faces significant challenges, such as a lack of transparency, limited access to information, and a lack of formal mechanisms that support substantial public involvement. To overcome these obstacles, strategic steps are needed, including increasing the transparency of the legislative process, optimizing information technology for public consultation, institutionalizing participation mechanisms, and revising regulations that make community involvement a legal obligation. Collaboration between government, civil society and academics is also an important factor in creating more inclusive and responsive regulations. The conclusion of this research confirms that effective public participation not only strengthens legal legitimacy, but also increases public trust in the legislative system. With integrated steps, community participation can become the main pillar in creating a legal system that is fair, democratic and oriented towards the public interest. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the problems of implementing management in Islamic educational institutions that are faced as challenges to improving the quality of education as well as constructive efforts to address them. The quality of graduates at Islamic educational institutions in general still needs to be improved. This is a problem that is currently still trying to find solutions and alternatives that can be used to improve the quality of these graduates. This research aims to determine the problems and implementation of quality standards for graduates of Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this article is a literature study by reviewing several literatures related to the theme that the author will study. The results show that one of the management problems in Islamic educational institutions is that there are still authoritarian and centralized leadership practices that apply in several Islamic educational institutions, and there is still a lack of quality human resources, especially in the academic field as well as inadequate facilities and infrastructure and lagging technology. Abstract

This research is to find out the form of legal protection for the delay in the construction of the JLS apartment based on the reservation agreement. The type of research method used is the normative juridical method using literature study of legal materials. Marketing is allowed to be carried out before the construction of apartement. There are many legal problems because the building has not reached 20% of the total building so it cannot use PPJB as an authentic deed. So in this case the sale of apartment units through pre-project selling is based on the form of a reservation agreement. In reality, it often harms consumer rights because there are delays in development that cause material and immaterial losses. The Reservation Agreement has fulfilled the legal requirements of the agreement based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The delay in the construction of the JLS apartment unit promised by the developer is included as a breach of contract. Legal protection for buyers of these apartments can request reimbursement of costs, losses and interest based on Article 1243 of the Civil Code, Article 7 letter G of the Consumer Protection Law, dispute resolution can be through consensus deliberation efforts, if not reached then dispute resolution can be carried out in public courts or out of court. Abstract

This research is to determine the urgency of updating and Unification of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations. The type of research method used is a normative juridical method using literature study of legal materials. Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations is a legal product that has regulated land law since 1960. This law is still in effect today. By looking at the year the legal product was created, it becomes an interesting topic regarding its validity and application. There are several problems that arise because there has been no update to the law governing land. This is due to Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles Regulations. Abstract

Along with the advancement of time, the educational curriculum in Indonesia has undergone various changes and updates, now referred to as the Merdeka Curriculum. This research aims to identify and analyze the challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN Inpres 2 Koya Timur. Several challenges are encountered by teachers, especially in remote areas such as Koya Timur, namely: 1) teacher capacity building and training, and 2) strengthening stakeholder support and involvement. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The researcher used data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The subjects of this research consist of 20 class teachers, including the principal of SDN 2 Inpres Koya Timur, Papua, determined using a focus group discussion (FGD) sampling technique. The results of this study conclude that the readiness of teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is still varied, thus requiring special attention. Strategies to improve teacher readiness through continuous professional development, mentoring, and teacher collaboration have proven effective. Teacher readiness has significant implications for the success of the Merdeka Curriculum implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of teachers in improving student character through learning Pancasila education at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Pinang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research on the role of teachers in improving student character through learning Pancasila education at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Pinang. It was found that teachers have a very important role in growing and developing the character of each student. This can be seen from the Pancasila education subject, the teacher invites students to pray before starting the lesson and also pray after finishing the lesson, the teacher invites each student to practice the Pancasila values, one of which is the value of religious character and discipline character through material on the Pancasila education subject, the control card. , and congregational prayers. Abstract

This study explores the intersection of religious and cultural festivals, with a focus on their role as tourism commodities, particularly in the case of the Suroan and Larung Saji festivals in Malang Regency, Indonesia. It examines how religious meaning is embedded within these cultural festivals and how they contribute to the preservation of local traditions while promoting religious tourism. The research highlights the strong connection between religious beliefs and cultural practices, where these festivals serve not only as a spiritual expression but also as a significant driver of local economies through religious tourism. The study finds that the commercialization of these festivals has led to the creation of religious tourism destinations, attracting both local and international visitors. The research further identifies the role of cultural festivals in maintaining social identity, as they embody historical values and contribute to cultural preservation. Motivations for attending these festivals are largely driven by religious beliefs and cultural interest, with religious tourism playing a crucial role in sustaining these practices. Moreover, the research suggests that the development of tourism infrastructure and destination branding is vital for enhancing the economic and cultural impact of these festivals. The findings emphasize the importance of balancing tradition and commercialization, ensuring that the cultural and religious significance of the festivals is preserved while supporting the growth of the local tourism industry.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami bagaimana manajemen festival mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mengelola hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan penting yang berkaitan dengan pemaknaan kuasa untuk memperoleh sumber daya yang diperlukan demi kelangsungan suatu acara. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengembangkan konsep umum mengenai peran kuasa atau pemangku kepentingan yang dapat diterapkan pada berbagai jenis festival dalam konteks yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel festival diambil dari Jember, Jawa Timur, khususnya Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC), dengan melibatkan berbagai jenis festival, termasuk festival musik, festival kota gratis, serta festival swasta yang berorientasi laba. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai pengelolaan hubungan antara manajemen festival dan pemangku kepentingan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang terkait dengan pemangku kepentingan dan pengelolaannya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengelolaan festival dan memperkaya literatur mengenai peran pemangku kepentingan dalam konteks festival, serta menyarankan model konseptual yang dapat diterapkan pada berbagai jenis festival di berbagai konteks.
