Al Qodiri : Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan April dan Agustus. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the challenges faced by female journalists in the digital space, and to examine the safety threats they encounter, including online gender-based violence (OGBV), cyber trolling, and harassment. The study will also investigate the strategies employed by both female journalists and media organizations to address these issues. A mixed-methods approach will be used, qualitative methods. The qualitative data will be collected through in-depth document analysis of media safety protocols. The study will focus on digital space, which has not been extensively researched in terms of gender-based violence in journalism. By identifying the unique experiences and safety challenges faced by female journalists in this region, the research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the issue and provide recommendations for improving safety measures and gender-specific protection strategies. This research will offer valuable insights for media organizations globally in addressing the digital safety of female journalists and ensuring their well-being both online and offline.

Abstract

Supervisi merupakan salah satu fungsi dari administrasi pendidikan. Supervisi dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memastikan pelaksanaan kurikulum dilakukan secara optimal. Pengkajian mengenai supervisi manajerial era merdeka belajar dalam upaya peningkatan mutu layanan administrasi pendidikan dalam kurikulum merdeka di madrasah dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dengan analysis content. Keberhasilan pendidikan di madrasah harus ditunjang dengan pelayanan administrasi madrasah yang teratur, terarah, terencana dan terlaksananya proses administrasi harus mengikuti arah jaman yang semakin bersaing dan semakin modern. Dalam rangka peningkatan mutu layanan administrasi maka diperlukan supervisi manajeral pendidikan dalam proses terlaksananya fungsi administrasi di madrasah.Supervisi manajerial di era merdeka belajar dilakukan oleh pengawas madrasah dengan memberikan layanan pendampingan kepada kepala madrasah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan dalam optimalisasi pengelolaan dan administrasi pendidikan kurikulum merdeka belajar yang diterapkan di madrasah. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of using Educaplay Game media on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject class XI SMA N 2 Ungaran, Semarang Regency. This research is a survey, where the population is all class This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the research show that: The results illustrate that there is a relationship or influence of the Educaplay Game media on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA N 2 Ungaran Semarang Regency, it is known that the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05, so the variable (X) of the Educaplay Game media can influence the variable (Y) of student learning outcomes, explaining that the influence of the Educaplay Game variable (X) on Student Learning Outcomes (Y) is 55%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Game Educaplay terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas XI SMA N 2 Ungaran Kab.Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan survey, dimana populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 2 Ungaran tahun ajaran 2024/2025 berjumlah 429 siswa, dengan sampel 81 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin dengan margin of error 10%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat hubungan atau pengaruh media Game Educaplay terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA N 2 Ungaran Kab. Semarang, diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, maka variabel (X) media Game Educaplay dapat mempengaruhi variabel (Y) hasil belajar siswa, menjelaskan bahwa pegaruh variabel Game Educaplay (X) terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa (Y) sebesar 55%. Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) class X students of the Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) department at SMKinuruliimanimuntilanimagelangiforithei2024/2025 academic year are using the Blogspot website.As times change and information technology advances quickly, online or internet-based government media is emerging as one of the most effective ways to raise the standard of education.As a free blog platform, Blogspot is utilized to provide PAI materials in an interactive and engaging way.I In order to demonstrate the use of the Blogspot website media in PAIi learning, as well as its benefits and obstacles, this study combines a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology.I The results demonstrate that the use of the Blogspot website as a learning tool in PAI can boost student engagement, give students flexible access to materials, and let teachers share learning resources in innovative ways.But there are problems. Abstract

This article comes from the results of research that aims to determine: 1) the influence of learning methods on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 2) the influence of learning motivation on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 3) the influence of interaction between learning methods and students' learning motivation on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 4) the influence of students who use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method with students who use the lecture method on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes; 5) the influence of students who have high motivation is higher than students who have low motivation on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes. The research method used is a quantitative method using a factorial design model, namely 2 x 2, then this study uses two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group or comparison group, the sample of this study was 36 students of SMP Plus Al-Qodiri for the experimental class or using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method and 36 students for the control class or using the lecture method. The final data processing results obtained an average value of the experimental group of 83.28 with a standard deviation of 6,055 and a variance of 36,663, while the average learning outcome using the lecture method was 75.92 with a standard deviation of 5,500 and a variance of 30,250. The highest score of PAI learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method is 94 and the lowest score is 71 while the highest score in the class using the lecture method is 86 and the lowest is 66. The average score of learning motivation using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method is 102.44 with a standard deviation of 9,330 and a variance of 87,054 while the average score of learning motivation using the lecture method is 102.33 with a standard deviation of 7,830 and a variance of 61,314 the highest score in the class learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method is 127 and the lowest is 87 while the highest score in the control class learning using the lecture method is 121 and the lowest is 91 This shows that learning motivation using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method is better when compared to student learning motivation using the lecture method. Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the way the people of the archipelago preserve local wisdom. As a cultural heritage that reflects traditional values, local wisdom now faces challenges from the dominance of global culture, homogenization of values, and decreased involvement of the younger generation. On the other hand, digital technology offers opportunities as a tool for documentation, promotion, and preservation of local culture through platforms such as digital applications and social media. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by digitalization in preserving local wisdom in Indonesia. With a qualitative approach based on library research, data were obtained from relevant literature, such as books, journals, and official documents. The research findings show that digital technology can document and promote local wisdom through social media, applications, and video platforms. However, serious challenges arise from the risk of cultural commodification and inequality of access to technology in remote areas. Therefore, synergy between traditional methods and digital technology is very important to maintain the sustainability and authenticity of local wisdom amidst the flow of globalization. Abstract

Principal leadership management is the ability possessed by the principal as the leader of the school or educational institution in managing or influencing teachers and staff to be willing to carry out their tasks and responsibilities with full confidence and enthusiasm to achieve the school's predetermined goals. The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the principal's program planning in improving the quality of education, (2) the implementation of the principal's program in improving the quality of education, and (3) what obstacles are encountered in implementing the principal's program in improving the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of the study are: principals, teachers, administrative staff and students. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes: data reduction, data presentation and data verification (drawing conclusions), while to test the validity of the data using data triangulation and member check. This research produced the following findings: (1) School program planning includes: teaching programs, including: teacher needs, distribution of teaching tasks, procurement of textbooks, teaching tools and demonstration tools, procurement or development of school laboratories, procurement or development of school libraries, learning outcome assessment systems, and curricular activities; (2) Implementation of school programs, namely: strategies applied to achieve improvements in the quality of education, including: program socialization, SWOT analysis, problem solving, quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of school programs; and (3) Obstacles in school program planning, including lack of community participation and economic difficulties so that their support for school management is also low. It is expected that supervisors can direct and supervise school principals in improving the quality of education regarding school program planning, program implementation and obstacles faced appropriately, effectively and efficiently so that the quality of education in the school can be improved properly. Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing students' internal problems in learning English, as these significantly influence their academic success or failure in acquiring English as a foreign language. This study uses a qualitative methodology to get a deeper understanding of the internal problems faced by learners in English language learning at the beginning of their educational journeys. This research used a case study in Pariwisata program in the Second Grade (SMA). The students reported psychological challenges and diminished motivation, including low self-confidence, shyness, lack of interest in speaking, fear of public speaking, and apprehension over peer criticism, which led them to neglect studying and speaking English previously. The students' propensity for anxiety was significantly increased by psychological or cognitive illnesses. The study suggests that English is essential for enhancing the quality of learners' speaking proficiency.

Digital marketing has become a new paradigm that defines marketing strategies, especially in the context of mobile coffee businesses. In this context, digital marketing involves the use of online platforms, social media, and digital technology to increase the visibility and appeal of mobile coffee. This analysis includes aspects such as consumer appeal, problems that occur, and trends that are happening among the people of Surabaya. With the significant growth of mobile device usage, the digital marketing strategy for mobile coffee includes mobile apps, online ordering, and e-payment to provide convenience to customers. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis konsep dan prinsip yang mendasari pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian peserta didik dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, di mana peneliti menggali berbagai sumber literatur terkait kurikulum pendidikan Islam serta proses pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan Islam memiliki konsep dan prinsip yang tegas dalam membentuk karakter dan kepribadian siswa, berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Islam seperti iman, takwa, dan akhlak. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa prinsip penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian, antara lain pengembangan potensi diri, keterampilan sosial, dan kemampuan spiritual. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi yang bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang lebih efektif, terutama dalam usaha membentuk karakter dan kepribadian peserta didik.
