Abstract

ABSTRACTAffective evaluation is one of the evaluation types in PAI learning. However, problems found in the field, that teachers tend to ignore affective evaluation and focus more on learning on cognitive completion alone. So that a gap emerges, the values listed on the student's affective column are not necessarily in accordance with student behavior. So the problem in this study is how to implement affective evaluations of students in Sultan Agung  Islamic Junior High School 4 Semarang in PAI learning.This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study were the principal, PAI teacher, and students of Sultan Agung  Islamic Junior High School 4 Semarang. While the object of research is the affective evaluation of PAI learning with researchers as a key instrument in research. Data in the study were collected using observation and interview techniques to obtain primary data and documentation to obtain secondary data. In the process of collecting data, researchers always make field notes so that the data obtained is not forgotten and can be accurate data. Increasing the persistence of observation, triangulation, and  analyzing the negative case, and member check is the technique used to test data credibility. Furthermore, the data are analyzed by steps: analyzing the data that has been collected, conducting data reduction, arranging data, checking the validity of the data, interpreting the data, and concluding the results of the research inductively.The results showed that the implementation of affective evaluations of students at Sultan Agung  Islamic Junior High School 4 Semarang had not been done effectively. This is because the teacher has not prepared a good affective evaluation plan and in its implementation is not yet in accordance with what is stated in the planning. The teacher only uses daily observations and observations without using observation sheets in conducting evaluations. Keywords: Affective Evaluation, PAI Learning

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the efforts made to build the performance of human resources management is to foster work motivation through the development of Human Resources into qualified, professional and devoted personnel. Employee performance is very important in determining company performance. Sultan Agung Hospital is the first health service provider institution to organize the tahfizh al-Qur'an learning program for employees held at the House of Tahfizh Darus Syifa '. Preliminary study results at RSI Sultan Agung show that employees involved in memorizing the Koran have a good performance. This can be proven through the achievement of employee Key Performance Indicators (KPI), DP3 (List of Work Implementation Ratings) and work achievements. The approach used in this research is quantitative with experimental and survey methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through the collection of performance documents and questionnaires for 38 employees as samples of research objects. Abstract

A research based article “The model of PAI curriculum development at Junior high school in Semarang” is intended to see how far the development of PAI curriculum at Junior High School in Semarang. The main problem in this research is:   how is the development of PAI curriculum at Junior high school in Semarang. The techniques of collecting data applied in this research are (1) observation to collect data of PAI curriculum development application at NASIMA Junior High School and Sultan Agung Islamic Junior High School  I; (2) An interview to get  a clear, comprehensive and indepth information about PAI curriculum policy and it’s implementation at Nasima and Sultan Agung Islamic Junior High School I; (3) documentation, is for collecting  a history documentation, to formulate a curriculum. Descriptive-interpretative is used to analyze collected data.The reseach result shows that Nasima Junior High School and Sultan Agung Junior High School – Semarang have innovative and strategic steps in developing a curriculum. The curriculum is interpretated based on the needs of school and society through a religion and Islamic school culture   activity.

Abstract

This article discusses an institution that has long existed and has a very important role in Pontianak. Beginning with the study conducted at the home of H. Arif until the establishment of an institution called "Islamic University". Islamic educational institutions are institutions or places where the educational process takes place with the aim to change the behavior of individuals for the better through interaction with the surrounding environment. The change in question is certainly based on Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach that narrates and interprets the role of an Islamic educational institution from its foundation. Research Findings show that Islamic schools experience development and progress as Islamic education institutions in Pontianak and have challenges in dealing with invaders. Keywords: Perguruan Islamiyah, Institutions, Islamic Education

Abstract

This article is based on the library reseach using an analysis content. This research is trying to analyse an Islamic education based on Abdurrahman wahid or Gus Dur’s thought, before he was elected as the fourt President of RI periode, from 1970 to 1998. This essay is based on the text written by Gus Dur, whether in the form of books, articles, newspaper section and any other types of the text , and also the papers from other figures who tried to interprete his thought. Based on Abdurrahman Wahid, the unclear national education direction programmed by the government - since colonial period until the reform era , that did not eliminate the colonial era heritage - is to create "kelas kerani". This class featured an alternative education concept with Paulo Freire and Ivan Illich as the figure with their oppressive education system as the main concept or the domination of strong people to the weak people. Based on Gus dur, the alternative education proposed by Paulo Friere still has the weaknesses in the approach used. It is still political in the confrontative context to the ruler. Therefore, this can make the confrontation against the ruler. This is not appropiate with the Indonesian society character who are not easy to accept the paradigm “ the confrontation between “the have and the have not”. Thus, Gus Dur offered “an alternative education” with the cultural approach” represented by “ Islamic Boarding School”.Keywords: National Education, Islamic Education, Islamic Boarding

Abstract

Early childhood learning uses the principle of playing while learning so that it must be arranged so that it is fun, uplifting, and democratic. Quantum Learning is a learning method that is loaded with edutainment concepts. Based on the studies conducted, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Quantum learning and edutainment both emphasize the urgency of a pleasant and easy atmosphere; (2) Equally starting from the world of non-education; (3) Both give primary attention to an exciting learning process, which involves physical-sensory, emotional, and suggestive beliefs; (4) Quantum learning and edutaintment are able to foster student confidence; (5) Quantum learning builds student learning skills through a variety of cutting-edge discoveries, and edutainment continually seeks to facilitate optimal learning processes; (6) Quantum learning and edutaintment simultaneously build effective communication to students. Keywords: learning, quantum learning, edutaintmen

Abstract

The growth of radical religious and political thought developed in Indonesia and become a serious threat to the nation. It is marked by still a lot of data of radical action and terror in Indonesia. Treatment and prevention of the spread of radical requires active participation of all parties. In that case, the role of educational institutions is very significant to help stop the rate of radicalism. Therefore, this research is trying to find the design of Islamic education based on anti radicalism, as well as portrait of Islamic educational institutions that implement antiradicalism based education system. This research is included in this type of qualitative research. While in terms of methods, this study includes case studies. The case is the subject of study in this research is the implementation of Islamic education in boarding Amtsilati anti radicalism Bangsri Jepara. Educational anti radicalism is implemented with two models, namely classical and non classical. As a boarding school with salaf and modern system, PP. Darul Falah was quite serious in printing his santri into moderate Muslims. This is evidenced by the existence of learning that is focused on anti-radicalism materials that must be followed by santri.Keywords: education, anti radicalism, Amtsilati Boarding School.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAlong with the times, women today, especially those left in big cities tend to play a double roles. Some of them even have multifunctionally function because they have got the widest opportunity to develop themselves. Thus work and important positions in society are no longer monopolized by men. They work in various sectors with a variety of different reasons. Not infrequently they must increase competitiveness and deal with men. These are what are usually referred to as career women.The reason of women leaving home to work include (1) filling in their spare time (2) helping to increase the cost of family needs (3) providing for the family (4) as a result of the needs of the industrial sector that requires female labor, and so on.The position of career women who work outside the home often raises new problems. Their responsibilities as housewives are potentially neglected. The Islamic concept that places mothers as the first “madrasah” for children's education often cannot be run optimally. In addressing the issue of women who work there are 2 (two) opinions among scholars. First, rejecting women for careers, by working outside the hause there will be many obligations that must be abandoned. Second, allowing women to have a career with the demands of basic needs that require them to work. The woman's energy is needed by the community and the work cannot be done by men. Regarding the first opinion, women may work outside but their obligations as mothers and educators for their children must still be fulfilled. Keywords: Family Education, Islamic Law, Career Women

Abstract

ABSTRACTTri Ugering Ngaurip is a teaching developed by K.G.P.A.A. Mangkunegara IV, the king of the Kraton Mangkunegaran - Surakarta, in his work called Serat Wedhatama which contains three handles of life that must be owned by Javanese society. With these three concepts, the community will have a motivating guide in developing skills and achieving life direction based on Islamic perspectives that tend to be tassawuf.Tri ugering Ngaurip concept is interesting to be discussed because it reveals financial independence, guarding honor, and trying to gain intelligence. These three things are stated to be the handle of Javanese people's life which includes arta (wealth or economy), wirya (glory), and winasis (intelligence). In the realm of education development, it should be directed towards achieving these three categories. This concept is actually a description of the Javanese philosophical expression of "work" by choosing the term "pangupa soul pangupa" (looking for food for the soul).Wirya means honor, nobility, and dignity possessed by someone in his community. This concept also includes moral and ethics that must be possessed by someone in the process of social interaction. Arta or economy plays a role in people's lives. While Winasis is directed at the conception of multidimensional intelligence, namely emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.The achievement of tri ugering ngaurip is a motivation that underlies Javanese society to cultivate a livelihood, including the world of entrepreneurship. Practicing tri ugering ngaurip in life is actually the practice of trying to carry out religious obligations to earn a living. Therefore, the implementation of Islamic education should be  insighted tri ugering urip , both as a motivation in developing entrepreneurship and in a more practical realm. Abstract

This study aims to find out what should be done to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Teaching subject matters (PAI) by using hypnoteaching method for students of grade VII C of State Junior High School 1 Limbangan Kendal in 2016/2017 ineven semester.This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning result of PAI in the classroom. The subject of the study were students of class VII C who had the lowest learning result.This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle used a model or research design Kemmis and Taggart which is consisting of four components namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data completion technique used test learning result technique, where there are two tests result of learning. Those are pre-test and post-test. The test in this research used formative test in the form of objective test, the test question manifested in multiple-choice form. Data analysis technique by comparing average result of learning test before and after action is done.The results of this research showed that hypnoteaching method can improve PAI learning result with indicators, there is enhancement on the average PAI learning result from pre-test by 70.06 increased to 73.91 in cycle I, increased again to 76.79 in cycle II and increased again to 78.94 in cycle III. KKM achievement also increased from precycles of 36.36% to 60.61% incycle I, increased again to 72.73% incycle II and increased again to 81.82% during cycle III. From the result, there has been a significant improvement in the result of cycle III, so hypnoteaching method can be standardized into a model to improve the results of learning PAI with the following actions: 1. Affirmation by saying yells that involved the body movement and emotion, 2. Visualization by presenting something in the shadow alongside the members' body movement, 3. Reciprocation by peer tutoring in a group, 4. Invitation the students to be grateful for the knowledge Allah has given.
