Abstract

The payment system has evolved from cash payments to non-cash payments along with the development of the internet and the emergence of e-commerce. Digitalization in the current payment process provides various options and one of them is an electronic wallet or better known as an e-wallet. Although e-wallet has experienced significant development, users still experience problems in using it. This study aims to identify the obstacles to the use of e-wallet. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The sample used is e-wallet users who are 20 years old and over. Collecting data using a questionnaire and data analyzed by factor analysis. The results of the study show that the obstacles faced in the use of e-wallet are dependence on the internet, servers and electricity. ; merchant limitations and funds must be spent; funds cannot grow (not interest); digital crime.

Abstract

This research has an important goal of discussing the effect of GDP and credit interest rate on the average income of Indonesian people during the pandemic. Hypothesis testing is carried out according to the provisions of the use of explanatory research methods that explain the causal relationship between the predicting and the predicted variables. Linear regression is a form of analytical technique in this study for processing, analyzing secondary time series data in 2008 - 2020, for 13 years. The results of this study through hypothesis test, there is a significant positive effect between GDP on average income, and there is a significant negative effect on credit interest on the average income of Indonesian people, and simultaneously, there is a significant effect of 97.10 percent between GDP and credit interest rate on the average income of the Indonesian people during the pandemic.

Abstract

Acquisition Duty of Rights on Land and Building (BPHTB) is a tax levied on the acquisition of land and/building rights. The Acquisition Duty of Rights on Land and Building (BPHTB) is one of the highest sources of Local Tax Revenue in Kediri City. The purpose of this final project is to determine the level of effectiveness and contribution of revenue from Acquisition Duty of Rights on Land and Building (BPHTB) to Local Tax Revenues of Kediri City in 2016-2020. The methods of data collection used were interviews and documentations. The data writing method used is description and exposition. Data analysis methods used are effectiveness analysis, contribution analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of the discussion, it is known that the effectiveness of the receipt of Acquisition Duty of Rights on Land and Building  (BPHTB) in 2016-2020 shows the results in a Very Effective category with an average effectiveness level of 159.48%, although the average effectiveness rate of Acquisition Duty of Rights on Land and Building (BPHTB) shows very effective results but the contribution to Local Tax Revenue shows results in the medium category with an average of 28.39% from 2016-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence variables of process innovation, product innovation, and technology for operational performance at PT Pagilaran UP Pagilaran. The data analysis technique used multiple regression as technique analysis. The data collection methode in this study used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. From this analysis it can be concluded that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a positive effect on operational performance. The results of the t-test and f-test in this study indicate that process innovation, product innovation, and technology have a significant effect on operational performance. Furthermore, based on the results of the descriptive analysis of process innovation, product innovation, technology, and operational performance, the criteria for a high index value mean that the variables have been carried out well by PT Pagilaran UP Pagilaran Batang

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the role of innovation for knowledge management to influence the MSMEs performance in Semarang City during COVID-19. This research used a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The primary data used in this research is collected from questionnaire. The amounts of the respondents are 176 who are the workers of MSMEs in Semarang City. The analysis tools used in this study is SPSS 23 for instrument testing and AMOS 22 for model fit, outlier evaluation, SEM assumption, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that knowledge management significantly and positively influences business performance directly, knowledge management significantly and positively influences innovation directly, innovation significantly and positively influences business performance directly, and knowledge management significantly and positively influences business performance indirectly through innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Firm Growth on Debt Policy with ProfitabiliSty as mediating variable on infrastructure sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016-2020 period. Research population was all infrastructure sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of 57 companies, while the research samples were 36 (thirty six) companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis model used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis model and analysis technique used were partial test (t test) and sobel test to test the mediating variable by SPSS 25.00 program. The result of this study showed that the Firm Growth had a negative and significant effect on profitability. Profitability had a negative and significant effect on Debt Policy. Meanwhile, Firm Growth didn’t directly effect on Debt Policy. The mediating role of Profitability as an mediating variable had significantly contributed to the effect of Firm Growth on Debt Policy

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the ideal seater combination for hotels industry based on customer preference at Semarang City.  The samples of this research were 100 respondent selected by implementing incidental sampling technique.  Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires while secondary data was obtained from literature study.  This research used a conjoint analysis with the rank based technique.  The result indicated that the most ideal seater combination was wood – fabric – cushion.  The highest level of the attribute relative importance was cover with a weight of 0.483.  Hotel industry in Semarang was recommended to use seater with wood – fabric – cushion combination and suggested the use of cover on the seater

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand awareness and brand trust on the decision to use the delivery service of PT ID Express Central Java. Data collection methods used in the study were observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The questionnaire scale in this study used a Differential Semantic Scale with the form of the scoring technique carried out in this study was a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10. The sample in this study was 100 consumers of PT ID Express Central Java who were selected using the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that partially or simultaneously brand image, brand awareness, brand trust had a significant positive effect on the decision to use the delivery service of PT ID Express Central Java with an influence contribution of 56%. This means that in improving the decision to use services for consumers, it is necessary to increase brand associations, especially the formation of a positive brand image, increase brand awareness through effective marketing management, and memorable services in order to create high confidence in the company's brand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the effect of tax knowledge and service quality on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Semarang Gayamsari. The population used in this study is the individual taxpayer employees who are registered at the Pratama Semarang Gayamsari Tax Service Office with a total of 15,901 people. This study is conducted against 100 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Incidental sampling technique. Data analysis used is the instrumental test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate, that the level of tax knowledge and service quality has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the level of tax knowledge and service quality jointly contribute to taxpayer compliance by 32%. The remaining 68% of taxpayer compliance is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The Directorate General of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture continues to make various kinds of breakthroughs to produce competent human resources according to the demands of the business world and the industrial world. One of the programs carried out is the upgrading D3 program become an applied bachelor or D4. Based on this, the Marketing Management Study Program, Business Administration Department, Politeknik Negeri Semarang, wishes to open an Applied Undergraduate Study Program (D4). However, at this time it is unknown how the positioning and trend of industrial interest towards graduates of the Applied Bachelor Study Program (D4) in Marketing Management. Therefore, it is necessary to find out whether the Applied Undergraduate Study Program (D4) Marketing Management Department of Business Administration Politeknik Negeri Semarang deserves to be opened from an industrial perspective so that later they will get awards and better careers because D4 graduates are already equivalent to S1. In this research, a survey was conducted with quantitative and qualitative analysis. The data sources of this research are companies that become the place for on the job training for third grade students, partner companies for the P3TV program of the Marketing Management Study Program and several other related companies that have the potential to absorb graduates of the Applied Bachelor Study Program (D4) in Management. Marketing. Based on the results of the research above, it can be seen that partially both positioning and interest have a significant effect on feasibility and simultaneously both positioning and interest have an effect on feasibility. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Applied Bachelor Study Program (D4) in Marketing Management deserves to be opened in the perspective of global job market trends because it has a high interest and positioning index.
