Abstract

The contribution of the creative industry to the Indonesian economy is targeted to continue increasing, with one of the largest contributors being the fashion subsector. The fashion industry in Indonesia is showing excellent development. Local clothing brands are starting to emerge, one of which is Uniquelymoz Daily, a fashion brand from Bandung. This article aims to develop a research model of marketing strategy to realize sustainable company performance. A literature review was conducted to build a research model that produces a framework for marketing strategy to enhance sustainable performance. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategies can be implemented by mapping the current business conditions through consumer analysis, internal and external analysis, as well as SWOT and TOWS maps. Empirical studies are needed to provide evidence of the reliability of the proposed research model.

Abstract

LPK Haruki Nihongo Gakkou, a Japanese-based training institute, faced challenges with inefficient business processes and a cumbersome invoicing system. This paper presents a case study on how they successfully implemented an Odoo-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with a Point of Sales (POS) module to address these issues and create a streamlined, integrated E-Invoice system. The paper emphasizes the need for a digital solution to simplify the school's business flow and improve operational efficiency. It details the selection process for the Odoo-based ERP system, highlighting how the system was customized to meet the specific needs of LPK Haruki Nihongo Gakkou identified through interviews and instructions. The implemented system underwent rigorous testing and evaluation by the school, ensuring its effectiveness and user-friendliness. The results showcase the significant improvements achieved through the new system. The paper discusses the positive impact on operational efficiency, streamlined business processes, and simplified invoicing procedures. Additionally, it underlines the enhanced system integration, allowing for seamless data flow across various departments. This case study demonstrates the successful implementation of an Odoo-based ERP system for E-Invoicing in the educational sector. It provides valuable insights for other organizations seeking to improve their business processes and achieve greater operational efficiency through digital integration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and discuss the impact of the magnitude of the influence of the wages and the production factors on the Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) of the personal care industry in Indonesia during 2010 up to 2023. The study use the expalantory research method, which is related to the hypothesis test between the affecting variables against predicted variables in the scheme of a model. The analysis technique in this research is linear regression for processing the secondary data and the time series type for 14 years. This study provides evidence of the hypotheses is stated in Model 1, there is a significant effect of the Wages variable on the IHSG of the consumtion In Model 2, there is a significant impact between the Production on the IHSG of the consumtion industry. Simultaneously shown in Model no. 3, there is a significant influence between the Wages and the Production on the IHSG of the personal care industry in Indonesia, with a contribution of 90,50 %. Indek Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) is one of the indices for measuring investment growth, so the Financial Services Authority (OJK) must monitor it more intensively so that it continues to grow and attract investors to invest their capital in Indonesia.

Abstract

The market share of PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia has experienced fluctuating developments. The main objective of this study is to examine the influence of E-wom, price perception, and product quality, on Vivo smartphone purchasing decisions both simultaneously and partially. Data were collected using a survey method. The questionnaires were distributed to Vivo smartphone buyers and users in the city of Semarang. Multiple linear regression techniques were administered. The results of this study indicated that both simultaneously and partially E-wom, Price Perception, and Product Quality have a positive impacts on Purchasing Decisions. The combined contribution of the three variables to Purchasing Decisions is 73.9% and the remaining 26.1% is likely influenced by other variables

Abstract

Indonesia stretches from the western tip to the eastern tip, from Sabang to Merauke, and has various potential resources that can be economically developed by the business world and society in the form of manufacturing businesses, home industries, and economic empowerment as an effort to drive the wheels of the nation's economy. The forms of community empowerment efforts vary according to potential. One of the many efforts is the production of brown sugar. The brown sugar business in Saparua, Tuhaha Village, Saparua Timur District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province is mostly carried out by brown sugar farmers as a home industry with limited equipment, simple processing management and marketing systems. The purpose of this study is to determine how the design of the strategy and marketing tactics of Saparua palm sugar products in Tuhaha Village, Central Maluku Regency by identifying internal and external conditions. This study is different from previous studies where in this study an STP strategy analysis (segmentation, targeting and positioning) was carried out by looking at the existing conditions of Saparua palm sugar marketing to formulate the direction of the strategy policy and marketing tactics of Saparua brown sugar

Abstract

Loyalty refers more to the behavioral form of decision-making units to make continuous purchases of the products of a selected company.The purpose of this study was to determine Customer Loyalty through Brand Trust and Service Quality with the Intervening Variable Customer Satisfaction at Meatlovers Outlets in Semarang City. by measuring indicators that affect the variables of Customer Loyalty, Brand Trust, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The population of this study were consumers of Meatlovers outlets in Semarang City. While the sampling technique used in this research is the Purposive Sampling Method. The number of research samples is 100-200 samples from the total population of respondents. This research technique uses two approaches: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model output in this study can make a positive contribution to Meatlovers outlets in Semarang City in an effort to be able to realize the continuity and sustainability of their business in customer satisfaction, both in the form of managerial implication suggestions and the formulation of scientific articles and measurement instruments. Managerial advice is aimed at Meatlovers outlets in formulating strategies to maintain their business so that consumers come back to buy Meatlovers outlet products.

Abstract

PT Eastwind Mandiri is an exporter of wooden-based furniture. To export their products, they need to prepare the goods, required documents, shipping arrangements, and payment processing after finding a buyer. This project explains the steps involved, starting from finding buyers, preparing the products and documents for export, to managing payments. Several parties are involved in this process, including Customs, Freight Forwarders, Ports, Surveyors, the Department of Industry and Trade, and Banks. The purpose of this research is to analyze the export procedure and payment procedure in exporting wooden table furniture to the United States without using a Letter of Credit (L/C). The research methods include observing the process, conducting interviews, and reviewing related information. This research uses secondary data in the form of documents used for the export of PT Eastwind Mandiri. The study shows that PT Eastwind Mandiri follows all required laws and regulations for exporting, including proper documentation and procedures. The payment method used is CAD (Cash Against Document), where payment is made after the buyer receives the shipping documents. This entire process is summarized in a simple flowchart for clarity

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the financial health of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk through financial ratio analysis for the years 2022 and 2023, and its implications for investors. The methodology includes an analysis of liquidity ratios, asset management effectiveness, funding structure, and profitability. The analysis results indicate an increase in the current ratio from 1.69 in 2022 to 1.72 in 2023, reflecting improved liquidity. The debt ratio also decreased from 0.49 to 0.46, signaling a reduced reliance on debt and enhanced financial stability. Although the accounts receivable turnover and asset turnover ratios experienced slight declines, both remain efficient and in line with good industry standards. Meanwhile, the cash turnover ratio saw a significant increase from 10.53 to 38.80, indicating greater efficiency in cash management. In terms of profitability, the profit margin, ROA, and ROE increased to 6.95%, 14.58%, and 27.00%, respectively, reflecting the company's effectiveness in managing costs and assets. Overall, this analysis demonstrates improved financial performance, providing positive signals for investors and enhancing the long-term growth prospects of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk as an attractive investment option

Abstract

Business continuity is an interesting phenomenon to study. Because businesses have very intense competition. Innovation is needed in order to continue to exist and develop, the application of strategies that have an impact on the environment is highly expected by consumers today with the rampant health issues that haunt society. The purpose of this study is to build Green Process Innovation Performance from Green Supply Chain Management based on Green Intellectual Capital which is described by Green Human Capital, Green Organizational Capital, Green Relational Capital. The population of this study were the actors of Batik Tulis Lasem SMEs in Rembang Regency. While the sampling technique used in this study is the Census Method. For the number of research samples is 100 samples from the total population of respondents. This research technique uses two approaches: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of organizational culture, workload, and procedural justice on organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Education, Youth and Sports Department. This research is quantitative research with primary data, taken using a non-probability sampling questionnaire by census of 50 respondents. Data was collected via Google form, then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that organizational culture and procedural justice have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, workload has no influence on organizational commitment. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for future researchers who will research at the Yogyakarta Special Region Youth and Sports Education Service.
