Abstract

The area around the prot forms an ecosystem for companies supporting export-import activities, especially freight forwarding. The competitive environment requires freight forwarding business acotrs to develop accurate strategies to increase company sales. There was a decline in sales at PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Semarang during 2021-2022. Effort that have been made to increase sales are by Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing.This study aims to explain the effect of Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing on Purchase Decisions for services at PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Semarang. Respondents in this study were 75 service users of PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Semarang. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. This Study uses mutltiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing variables have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.51 means that Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing contribute 51% to Purchasing Decisions and the remaining 49% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

The preservation of the natural environment is an increasingly growing issue in Indonesia. The program to convert oil-fueled motorcycles to environmentally friendly electric energy has not been successful as expected.This study aims to analysis the influence of Green Perceived Value and Price Fairness on Purchase Intention of Electric Motorcycle Moderated by Environmental Knowledge. The sampling method was purposive sampling with119 university students as    respondent. Data analysis techniques used linear regression with moderated variable. Result of research, Green Perceived Value and Price Fairness with moderated by Environmental Knowledge, have a significant effect on Purchasing Intention of Electric Motorcycle. It is hope to contribution a solution to the problems, with the implementation of green perceived value, price fairness, and environmental knowledge to increase purchasing intention of electric motorcycles among young customer.

Abstract

PT. Kusuma Energi Mentari providing renewable energy using solar panels. Work targets increasing every year, means that the company is well developed. However, the increase in work targets has not been realized optimally. Therefore, PT. Kusuma Energi Mentari strives to improve their employee performance. This research was conducted to find out what factors can influence employee performance at PT. Kusuma Energi Mentari, especially in term of financial motivation, teamwork, and leader supervision. Those factors needs to be re-examined because there are inconsistent results from previous research. The sample was 32 employees or used saturation sampling technique. Data was obtained using questionnaire and tested using multiplier linier regression analysis in SPSS 23 application. The results show that financial motivation, teamwork, and leader supervision partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. It means when the salary, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and protection programs provided by the company   going higher, the quality, quantity of work, sense of resposibility, teamwork, and initiative in the employees will be higher too. If the sense of responsibility in the team, the sense of mutual contribution, maximizing ability, coordination in the process of completing task, and effective communication within the team member increase, it will increse the quality, quantity of work, sense of resposibility, teamwork, and initiative in the employees too. When the setting of work standars, work assessment, work measurement, and analysis of work deviations improve, it will improve the the quality, quantity of work, sense of resposibility, teamwork, and initiative in the employees too

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Cempaka Indah Murni Semarang. The respondents of this research are all employees of PT Cempaka Indah Murni Semarang. The sampling technique used is total sample technique. Data were collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data were analysed using the least square technique. The results showed that work ethic and work environment have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction. The work environment has a dominant influence on job satisfaction. The suitability of the work environment, both physical and non-physical, creates a feeling of satisfaction and pleasure with the results of his work

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate reputation and direct marketing on purchase decision at PT Angkasa Pura Logistics Semarang Branch. The sampling technique used total sampling of 36 respondents. The independent variables of the research are corporate reputation and direct marketing. Meanwhile the dependent variable of the research is purchase decision. Primary data collection using questionairre as well as literature studies for secondary data. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the calculations that have been done using SPSS 25 version, the regression equation is Y = 3,096 + 0,50X1 + 0,427X2 + e. The Result of the t test show that the calculated t value is greater than t table value and produces a significance value of less than 0,05. The result of the F test shows that the calculated F value is 28,870 while the F table is 3,28. So it can be concluded that corporate reputation (X1) and direct marketing (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions (Y). the influence of the independent variable that influences purchasing decisions dominantly is the corporate reputation variable with a regression coefficient of 0,50

Abstract

Online learning is a solution that is widely used in Indonesia during the Covid 19 pandemic at all levels/levels of education. Online learning is the main method chosen so that the learning process continues and the transfer of knowledge from teachers to students continues. Even though the application facilities used have varied, it does not mean that all learning processes are going well and satisfying students. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out whether the quality of online learning services in Business Administration   majors has satisfied students. This is important to know as an effort to evaluate and improve if there is something that needs to be fixed and also if in the future an online learning process is carried out again. The results of quantitative analysis based on the regression value of each variable shows a positive effect. The first has the greatest influence on student satisfaction is the Empathy variable (X6) which is equal to 0.691, then the Assurance variable (X5) is 0.643, the Ease of use variable (X2) is 0.372, the Responsiveness variable (X4) is 0.340, the Responsiveness variable (X3) is 0.270, and the last is the Website design variable (X1) of 0.047. However, based on the t test, there were only 3 variables that had a significant effect on student satisfaction in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic, namely the Ease of use variable (X2), the Assurance variable (X5), and the Empathy variable (X6). Judging from the Adjusted R2 value, it is obtained a number of 0.610, which means 61% of the variance of student satisfaction in online learning for the Business Administration     Department is explained by the variance of the variables Website design, Easy of use, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, while the rest (100% - 61% = 39%) is explained/influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The research focuses on Charles and Keith customers in Semarang, with data collected from 869 customers who registered for membership in 2023. Purposive sampling technique was employed to gather 150 respondents for the study. The study utilizes Online Consumer Review (X1), Perceived Quality (X2), and Price Perception (X3) as independent variables, while Purchase Decision (Y) serves as the dependent variable. It employs a quantitative approach using literature review and questionnaires for data collection, with Likert scale employed for measurement. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Version 29. The regression equation obtained is Y = 12.221 + 0.044Online Consumer Review + 0.239Perceived Quality + 0.077Price Perception. The results indicate that Online Consumer Review, Perceived Quality, and Price Perception collectively have a significant and positive influence on Purchase Decision. However, only Perceived Quality significantly and positively influences Purchase Decision

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector is closely related to the participation of the community around the tourist area. Then, the welfare of the surrounding community is a driving factor for the success of the tourism development. This study aims to investigate the breadth of research on public welfare and the tourism sector. This study uses a quantitative method based on bibliometric analysis using VOSViewer. Data obtained through the Scopus database with a total of 182 documents. The results showed that research with the keyword community wellbeing has a close relationship with tourism and tourism development. Meanwhile, in the context of community in tourism, namely health status, food security, social capital, life satisfaction, agriculture workers and environmental protection, it still needs to be studied more deeply. Even though tourism is the mainstay of Bali's development and economy, its development creates its own problems, especially for natural resources, the environment and creates anxiety for the community, especially related to income inequality

Abstract

PT Reza Karya Abadi is an outsourcing company that was founded in 2009. As an outsourcing company, core business of PT Reza Karya Abadi is to provide manpowers to clients. At this time, the recruitment system at PT Reza Karya Abadi is still using the traditional way. Therefore, the recruitment process at PT Reza Karya Abadi takes a lot of time and effort and there is frequently a mismatch between the candidates provided and client needs. Creating a recruitment system with web-based ATS features can be a solution for companies to find suitable candidates and make the recruitment process more efficient. The process of developing a web-based recruitment system is carried out using the waterfall method. The implementation of this system is limited to the process of managing vacancies, managing candidates and implementing ATS features for the admin side, while from the applicant's side the implementation is limited to the process of managing personal data, submitting applications and applicant status. Testing of this system using the blackbox method. The results of this study are in the form of a web recruitment system for PT Reza Karya Abadi which can make it easier for applicants to submit applications and make it easier for admins to find suitable candidates
