Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the use of debt on Return On Equity at PT. Alam Sutra Realty, Tbk. This research is an associative type using a research instrument in the form of a list of tables containing data on total short-term debt, total long-term debt, net income and total equity at PT. Alam Sutra Realty, Tbk. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Alam Sutra Realty, Tbk in the form of a balance sheet and profit and loss report since being listed on the IDX from 2007 to 2021, namely for 14 years. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Alam Sutra Realty, Tbk in the form of a balance sheet and income statement for 10 years, from 2012 to 2021. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously short-term debt and long-term debt have no effect on Return On Equity at PT. Alam Sutra Realty, Tbk.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of payment systems on spending behavior in the millennial generation in Surabaya, with digital financial literacy as a moderating variable. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causal research type. The data obtained came from respondents’ answers through a questionnaire distributed online using Google Form with 107 respondents. Samples were taken using Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique by utilizing the Smart-PLS program. The result of this study indicates that digital payment has a significant effect on spending behavior, where the convenience offered by digital payment can cause excessive spending. Cash payment also has an influence on spending behavior because it is difficult to remember how much spending has been done when using cash. The effect of digital financial literacy as moderating variable on the relationship between digital payments/cash payments and spending behavior is negatively correlated, where DFL does not function effectively as moderation in the relationship between DP/CP dan SB.

Abstract

The implementation of Corporate Governance (CG) in managing social and environmental risks is a strategic step aimed at creating responsible, transparent, and sustainable company operations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Governance principles at PT Fajar Sakti Prima, especially in managing social and environmental risks. The CG principles applied include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. This implementation is realized through the establishment of a governance structure, the implementation of policies based on international standards (ISO 14001 and SMK3), and stakeholder engagement. The results of the study show that PT Fajar Sakti Prima has adopted a social and environmental risk management policy that is integrated with the principles of Corporate Governance. The company has formed a Governance and Risk Committee, as well as a special social and environmental management division that is directly responsible to the board of directors and board of commissioners. The environmental management strategy is carried out through post-mining land reclamation activities, waste management, and carbon emission control. Meanwhile, social risk management focuses on the management of indigenous peoples' rights, community participation in decision-making, and community empowerment through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.

Abstract

Goal of the study is to determine how customers' decisions to purchase azarine sunscreen are influenced by online user reviews, perceptions of product quality, and pricing. Therefore, this research can provide a deeper understanding of the factors motivating consumer purchase decisions, particularly among students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The respondents are management students from the 2020-2023 cohorts at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, totaling 80 individuals as calculated using the Heir formula. The study's findings show that the variable Online Customer Reviews had no discernible impact on consumers' decisions to buy Azarine sunscreen, while the variables Product Quality and Price Perception have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Azarine sunscreen.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan persyaratan sistem e-procurement dari perusahaan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari wawancara dengan informan tunggal, dokumentasi sistem, dan observasi. Dengan menggunakan paradigma Waterfall, metode ini mengikuti System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tiga tahap termasuk analisis sistem berbasis kebutuhan, desain, dan formulasi persyaratan. Dari ketiga sistem yang digunakan perusahaan, tidak ada satupun yang benar-benar sesuai dengan tujuan mereka menurut penelitian. Khususnya, ketiga proses pengadaan tidak secepat atau seefektif yang diinginkan perusahaan. Dengan kemampuan terintegrasi berdasarkan kebutuhan bisnis dan alat otomatisasi, seseorang dapat merancang sistem yang mencakup ketiga fungsi dan fitur. Seseorang dapat menggunakan teknik System Development Life Cycle bersama dengan model Waterfall untuk tujuan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and predict bankruptcy in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is descriptive using quantitative data types. The research instrument uses a list of tables consisting of working capital data, total assets, current assets, current liabilities, total debt, net profit before tax expense and net profit of construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021. The population used in this study is all company reports in the construction and building sub-sector that are listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021 in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss reports. The sample in this study is the financial statements of the balance sheets and profit and loss of construction and building sub-sector companies registered on the IDX for 5 years, from 2017 to 2021. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used was the 1984 Modified Altman Z-Score Model, descriptive analysis and one sample t-test. The results showed that the altman z-score for the construction and building subsector companies listed on the IDX was less than 2.6, which means that the construction and building subsector companies listed on the IDX were in the gray zone to the distress zone.

Abstract

Coffee grounds waste briquettes are charcoal blocks, lumps, or sticks that can be burned, manufactured from coffee grounds waste that has been printed in such a shape and size with a certain pressure strength and mixed with a fuel adhesive such as tapioca flour. Coffee grounds waste as biomass waste has the potential to be used as a raw material in the production of bio briquettes due to its calorific value of 5,764 kcal/kg, which is higher than that of medium-rank coal (5,141 kcal/kg). PT. Energia Kopi Kreasindo is a biofuel briquette manufacturer that processes biomass. The surplus of coffee grounds produced by the instant coffee processing industry and their underutilization in 2022 inspired the conception of this product. This study will examine how the coffee dregs briquettes market can attain its full potential by preserving its supply chain and quality management.

Abstract

It is very important for a business or business to be able to offer advantages to consumers with the aim of attracting consumers to decide to buy the products or services offered. There are many aspects that can drive consumer purchasing decisions, including the store atmosphere, store location and product displays offered at the store. The purpose of this research is to determine the shop atmosphere, shop location and product displays on purchasing decisions at the Raja Grosir Shop, Bima City. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Population in this research The population used in this research is all consumers who have purchased products at the Raja Grosir Shop in Bima City whose exact number is not known (unknown population). To determine the number of samples in the unknown population, the Cochran formula is used and a sample is obtained. as many as 96 people. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Research data was collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study and then analyzed by hypothesis testing, t test and f test. The research results show that the shop atmosphere, shop location and shop displays partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at the Raja Grosir Shop in Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure, user capability, socialization, and supervision on the effectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD). The population in this study was the Expenditure Treasurer and Assistant Expenditure Treasurer of Payakumbuh City. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data in the form of questionnaires with a sample size of 195 respondents taken based on saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of various Partial Least Squares (PLS) variants. Measurement model or outer model, structural model or inner model testing, and hypothesis testing with the help of Smart-PLS 4.0 software as a testing tool. The results showed that the availability of infrastructure, user capability, and supervision significantly influenced the effectiveness of SIPD implementation. However, socialization did not show a significant influence. This study concludes that to improve the effectiveness of SIPD, there needs to be an improvement in the quality of infrastructure, more intensive training for users, and better supervision mechanisms.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah pada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 karyawan Klinik Pratama Salsabila Medika Kediri dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (Y), Kepuasan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi secara parsial dan Komitmen Organisasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi Parsial di Klinik Pratama Salsabila Medika Kediri.
