Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of managing village funds in Tamalanrea Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative (case study). The source of this research data is the Village Fund Budget Realization Report. The results of this study indicate that the results of this study indicate that Village Fund Allocation Management is effective in increasing village development in Tamalanrea Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. In addition, there are inhibiting factors in the form of human resources who do not understand and participate in the village fund allocation management process

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in financial performance in cement sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (case study of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk) seen from the Current Ratio (CR), Debt ratios. To Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The research instrument used in this research is a table listing the Current Ratio (CR) variable indicators, namely current assets and current debt, the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) variable indicators, namely total debt and total equity and the Net Profit Margin (NPM) variable indicator which contains net profit and sales at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk. The population used is all profit and loss financial report data in the form of sales or income, profit after tax and profit before tax from the company PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk with the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data was collected by means of documentation and literature study then analyzed using an independent sample t test. The research results show that there are differences in the financial performance of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk and PT. Semen Indonesia, Tbk when viewed from the Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER).

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence organizational commitment have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah,, work life balance have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah, and workload have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Research variable data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. The results of this research show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance, work life balance does not have a significant effect on performance, workload has a significant effect on performance. The R-Square value shows 70.8%, the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

MSMEs are the supporting pillars of the economy. MSMEs also have an obligation to protect the environment. With this role and impact, an analysis is needed regarding the role of MSMEs in Green Supply Chain practices that seek to reduce negative impacts on the environment. The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement the Cikarang MSME Green Supply Chain practices. In practice, Green Supply Chain includes the policies, practices and tools that organizations implement in the context of a sustainable environment. This research is descriptive research that describes how the Cikarang MSMEs Green Supply Chain practices. The sample were 100 Cikarang Manufacturing MSMEs. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Google form. The scale in this study is a Likert Scale 1-5. Data processing is done with Ms.Excel. The results of the study state that Cikarang MSMEs agree to carry out Green Supply Chain Practices in their business processes which consist of environmentally friendly purchasing, customer cooperation with environmental requirements, investment selection, and environmentally friendly design. By conducting this research, increasing the awareness of MSMEs to carry out business practices by reducing the negative impact on the environment.

Abstract

Technological developments is currently making the financial business and loan business from cash (cash) to Cashless, from Credit to Online credit (Shopee Paylater). In Indonesia, Shopee Paylater is an example of a company that currently dominates the fintech market in the paylater sector in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence on the variables of ease and trust on the variable of customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were customer who had used the Shopee Paylater feature with a sample size of 57 respondents. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the Trust variable had an effect on customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater. The ease variable has no effect on customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater. Trust and ease variables. Influence on customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Basic human needs encompass not only food, clothing, and shelter, but also a sense of safety and control over health-related risks. In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, the consumption of packaged and convenience foods has risen significantly, prompting rapid growth in the processed food industry and increased market competition. This shift poses new challenges in managing dietary risks, particularly regarding the intake of unhealthy food that contributes to non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, whose prevalence continues to rise in Indonesia. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to evaluate the role of front-of-pack nutrition labeling—specifically formats such as Nutri-Score and Health Star Rating—as tools of consumer risk management. The findings indicate that clear and easily interpretable labeling designs are effective in improving nutritional literacy, influencing consumer behavior, and guiding healthier food choices. Thus, nutrition labeling acts not only as an information tool but also as a preventive risk mitigation strategy in public health. This review contributes to the discourse on labeling policy development and supports its integration into broader health risk management frameworks to promote healthier dietary practices.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment and employee engagement on turnover intention, both directly and indirectly, among millennial workers in the hospitality industry. The independent variables in this study are organizational commitment and employee engagement. Turnover intention as the dependent variable and job satisfaction as the mediating variable. A sample of 300 respondents was taken purposively from millennial generation workers in the hospitality industry, especially hotels. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online via social media by sharing a google form link with target respondents. After the data was collected, the Hayes macro model regression analysis was carried out using the SPSS process to carry out hypothesis testing. After testing, the results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had no effect on turnover intention, while employee engagement had a direct effect on turnover intention. Apart from testing turnover intention, testing was also carried out on the job satisfaction variable as a dependent variable. The results prove that organizational commitment and employee engagement have a positive effect on job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction is proven not to mediate the influence of organizational commitment and employee engagement on turnover intention of millennial workers in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

The research topic requires to discover the impact of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction. This research utilize quantitative methodologies. Accumulation of data along with application of questionnaires, and the responses were scored on a five-point Linkert scale. The data had been examined utilizing the SmartPLS version 3 program. The participants in this research's respondents were employees of PT Telkom Access Solo's SPBU division, who numbered 40 in total. Following a series of analyses, the findings revealed that leadership, motivation, and organizational culture all had a positive and substantial effects on work satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that cause fraudulent behavior in student organizations. Using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological methods. Data collection techniques include observation methods and in-depth interviews. Therefore, this research makes it possible to obtain broader information and is based on the experience of the sources regarding how and why fraudulent behavior occurs within the scope of student organizations. The characteristics of the resource persons have been determined, namely students who have experience in managing student financial organizations. The resource persons in this research were three students with different organizational backgrounds, and each resource person had experience as a policy maker, directly managing and supervising the finances of their respective organizations. The results of the research show that there is a condition (fraud) in student organizations, in the form of damage to organizational assets and manipulation of the presentation of financial reports. The factors that encouraged this incident to occur were situational pressure, the opportunity to commit the incident (fraud), the action of the incident which was entrenched and considered normal and permitted and the ability of the students who carried out the incident to identify the situation and determine decisions within the organization.

Abstract

The utilization of the Shopee application among Indonesian online shoppers has surged in popularity, particularly among Generation Z, making it one of the most favored online shopping platforms in the country. This study endeavors to investigate how content attractiveness, information security, and ease of use affect the intention of Shopee app users to repurchase items. The research targets active students enrolled in the Management Department of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo from the 2020-2023 cohorts. Non-probability sampling, specifically employing purposive sampling, was utilized for participant selection. Data collection involved the dissemination of online questionnaires via Google Forms shared across various social media platforms, ultimately reaching 90 respondents. The research variables were assessed multiple linear regression analysis was conducted utilizing a five-point Likert scale. SPSS served as the primary analytical approach. The study findings indicate that while information security does not significantly influence repurchase intention among Shopee app users, both content attractiveness and ease of use significantly impact their intention to repurchase items. Kata Kunci: content appeal, information security, ease of use, repurchase intention
