Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the factors that affect high consumer purchasing intentions is due to a positive attitude in the product. Factors that can influence a consumer being positive on Korean halal noodle products are the level of religiosity, halal logo, halal awareness, halal certification, and safety ingredients. This study uses a non -probability method with the purposive sampling method, the sample size is 231 respondents and the analysis test using Sem Amos 22. The results of this study are religiosity, halal logo, halal awareness, halal certification and halal security positive and significantly on attitudes. Then the attitude as a provision of the relationship between religiosity in consumer purchasing intentions is proven.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of non-physical work environment, job satisfaction and workload on the performance of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bima Regency. This type of research is associative using a Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study were all employees at the Bima Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, consisting of 119 employees. The sample in this study were 36 employees with civil servant status at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bima Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that the non-physical work environment, job satisfaction and workload simultaneously affect the performance of the employees of the Bima Regency Population and Civil Registry Service with a very strong level of relationship.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and capital structure on dividend policy in transportation and logistics companies listed on the IDX. Research Method: The researcher used a quantitative research method. This study uses causal associative research, which is a method that aims to analyze the cause and effect relationship between variables. The population in this study consisted of 37 transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used was 6 companies selected using the Purposive Sampling sampling technique. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2024 period. Results: The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant effect on dividend policy, while leverage and capital structure do not have a significant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

The primary aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between demographic factors and the investment experience of stock investors. Specifically, it explores how factors such as gender, age, educational level, income level and occupation are related to the duration of an investor’s experience in the stock market.  This study is quantitative and employs a purposive sampling technique, focusing on stock investors in Surabaya City with a sample size of 110 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire created on Google Forms. The data acquired was analyzed using SPSS Version 29 software, employing two statistical tests, Chi-Square test and ANOVA. The Chi-Square test was used to examine the relationships between demographic factors - gender, age, occupation, educational level and income level - are significantly related to an investor’s investment experience. Based on the ANOVA test, which was used to compare differences, it is shown that only gender had a significant impact on investment experience.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Quality of Work Life toward the employee performance of BLUD Women's and Children's Hospital of Aceh Province with the organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research population is all employees of BLUD Mother and Child Hospital in Aceh Province with the number of 254 people. The total sample of 156. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The results showed that the job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life have a significant effect on the organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational Commitment able to mediate the effect of the job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life toward the employee performance is partially.

Abstract

This research focuses on the involvement of fashion influencers in consumer purchasing intentions in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive analysis research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research uses the probability method combined with random sampling techniques. The sample used in processing the data was 116 respondents who were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis unit, which was run with the AMOS program and was then tested for the model’s goodness of fit to determine whether it was feasible. The conclusion obtained from this research is that there is a positive influence between Subjective Norms and Attitudes toward Influencers. This means that the increasing consumer perception of influencers can increase consumer attitudes towards influencers; There is a positive influence between perceived suitability and attitudes towards influencers. This shows that the more suitability felt by consumers towards the influencers they follow will increase consumers' attitudes towards influencers; Consumer attitudes towards influencers are positively related to consumer purchasing intentions, thus showing that using influencers they like will produce positive attitudes and therefore increase consumer purchasing intention.

The population in this study are employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari branch. The sampling method used purposive sampling where the determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study were 56 respondents. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for the data in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of activity ratios on profitability at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used is a list of tables consisting of sales data, total assets, cash at the beginning of the year, cash at the end of the year, average cash, total fixed assets and net profit at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 1990 to 2022, which is 23 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study. The sata analysis technique uses the t test and f test. The research results show that Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Cash Turnover (CTO) and Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) influence Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk.

Abstract

This research investigates how profitability, liquidity, and leverage impact the value of companies within the pharmaceutical subsector over the period 2017-2021. This research seeks to investigate and clarify the impacts, both singularly and jointly, of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the valuation of companies within the pharmaceutical subsector throughout the period from 2017 to 2021. This study utilized secondary data, specifically the Financial Statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The impact of independent variables, including Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage, on the dependent variable, represented by the company's value measured by the price-to-book value (PBV) metric, was evaluated using SPSS software version 25. This research's findings indicate that the profitability variable does not partially impact the Value of the Company. The Value of the Company is demonstrated to remain unaffected by profitability levels, as determined through the Return On Assets metric. Conversely, the liquidity variable is found to have a positive partial effect on the Value of the Company. Similarly, a positive partial impact originating from the leverage variable on the Value of the Company is noted

Abstract

Study aims to understand marketing strategies in facing business competition, the challenges encountered, and solutions in facing marketing challenges for Muslim clothing at Nazwa Hijab Store. The data collection method used in this research is through observation and interviews with informants. After collecting the data, it is then analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that (1) the marketing strategy implemented by Nazwa Hijab Store in facing business competition includes maintaining the quality and standards of its products, following clothing trends, setting prices according to product quality and affordability, and being located in strategic locations. (2) The challenges faced by Nazwa Hijab Store in marketing its products include a shortage of employees, delayed product deliveries, fluctuating trends, an unstable economy, and easily replicable business strategies. (3) The solutions proposed by Nazwa Hijab Store to address marketing challenges include maintaining product quality, improving service quality, prioritizing customer satisfaction and comfort, setting pricing strategies, and refining marketing strategies while enhancing the quality of customer service.
