Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of parents in developing children’s potential and indentify various problems faced. Parents are not only the instrument in developing children’s potential, but their presence as a place of first learning contributes to influence other factors such as schoold and the environment. By special study with descriptive qualitative research types, and strengthened by revelant literature to answer or confirm the research findings. The result of study indicate the stage of children’s education should be carried out in the womb up to six years old. Each child’s potential for development respectively, careful in understanding of the child’s potential will determine accuracy in facilitating their needs. Millenial era is a challange for parents in controlling child’s will especially in using gadget, as anticipation not having a bad impact but also doesn’t deny the great benefit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tujuan tulisan ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas strategi Personal Vocabulary Notes(P.V.N) dalam mengajar kosakata pada siswa kelas empat MIS swasta di Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pra eksperimental. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang tidak memiliki kelompok kontrol. Peneliti menggunakan satu kelompok desain Pretest-Posttest. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengukuran untuk mengumpulkan data. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Sampelnya adalah siswa kelas IV C yang terdiri dari 33 siswa menggunakan cluster random sampling. Perbedaan antara pre-test dan post-test dianggap signifikan. Skor rata-rata pre-test adalah 55,76 sedangkan skor rata-rata post-test adalah 74,39. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kesenjangan antara nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test adalah 18,63 poin. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji normalitas data berdistribusi tidak normal, sehingga peneliti menggunakan uji Wilcoxon signed-rand sebagai tes alternatif untuk mengetahui hasil data. Artinya ada efektif setelah menggunakan teknik PVN kepada siswa di mengajar kosakata. Kata kunci: Catatan Kosakata Pribadi, Pengajaran kosakata ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to find out the effectiveness of Personal VocabularyNotes(PVN) strategy in teaching vocabulary at the fourth grade students. This research was a Pre experimental research.. The sample of this research was IV C class consisting 33 students taken by using cluster random sampling. The different between pre-test and post-test was considered significant. The pre-test mean score was 55,76 while the post-test mean score was 74,39. It indicates that the gap between pre-test and post-test mean score was 18,63 points. Based on the computation of the normalty test the data is in non normal distribution, so the researcher use Wilcoxon signed-rand test as an alternative test to know the result of the data It means that there was effective after using PVN technique to the students in teaching vocabulary. Abstract

effect of Achievement motivation training on improving the achievement motivation of Women Entrepreneurs in Sambas Regency. This research is quasi-experimental, research subject, Sambas Regency Women Entrepreneurs. This study uses population research as a research subject, so this study uses all members of the population as research subjects. The research instrument used a questionnaire of 30 items and had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used SPSS 20. The results of the study after the Women Entrepreneurs were given achievement motivation training results obtained 5 Women Entrepreneurs with low motivation criteria, 29 Women Entrepreneurs with moderate motivation criteria and 14 Women Entrepreneurs with high achievement motivation criteria. Based on the results of the posttest, it can be seen that there is a decrease in the number of women entrepreneurs who have low achievement motivation from 19 women entrepreneurs to 5 women entrepreneurs, on the contrary, there is an increase in the number of women entrepreneurs who have a moderate achievement, from 21 women entrepreneurs to 29 women entrepreneurs. Criteria for Women Entrepreneurs High achievement motivation also increased from 8 women entrepreneurs to 14 women entrepreneurs. Keyword: Achievement Motivation Training, Woman Entrepreneurs ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek dari pelatihan motivasi prestasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi pencapaian wirausahawan perempuan di Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimental, subyek penelitian, pengusaha perempuan Kabupaten Sambas. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian populasi sebagai subyek penelitian, jadi studi ini menggunakan semua anggota dari populasi sebagai subyek penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner 30 item dan telah diuji untuk validitas dan kehandalan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian setelah pengusaha perempuan diberi hasil pelatihan motivasi prestasi yang diperoleh 5 perempuan pengusaha dengan kriteria motivasi rendah, 29 perempuan pengusaha dengan kriteria motivasi moderat dan 14 perempuan pengusaha dengan kriteria motivasi prestasi tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil posttest, dapat dilihat bahwa ada penurunan jumlah perempuan pengusaha yang memiliki motivasi prestasi rendah dari 19 perempuan pengusaha menjadi 5 perempuan pengusaha, sebaliknya, ada peningkatan jumlah perempuan pengusaha yang memiliki prestasi moderat, dari 21 perempuan pengusaha menjadi 29 perempuan pengusaha. Kriteria untuk perempuan pengusaha prestasi tinggi motivasi juga meningkat dari 8 perempuan pengusaha menjadi 14 perempuan pengusaha. Kata kunci: pelatihan motivasi prestasi, perempuan pengusaha

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study revealed the teaching speaking by using role play. This is classroom action research. The subjects under the study was the students of class VIIA in academic year 2017/2018, it consist of 31 students. This is done in 2 cycles. The research result is the speaking ability in VII A MTs Mathla’ul Anwar Pontianak had an improvement. It could be seen with the mean score in cycle 1 achive 57.60 % and in cycle 2 had achive 73.54%. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation and the evaluation from the parents perspective as the vital stakeholder in new students admission service PPDB zoning system in Pontianak.. This research is case study. The results of the study are it is good policy because the reasons of learners that agree with the zoning system in accordance with the purpose of the government is to bring the quality of public schools in Indonesia and move closer to the school, so that students are more safety and more save time and cost in transportation. The zoning system still needs improvement and improvement of the system so that the Government's objectives to ensure the quality of the school are in fairness. The reason parents do not agree with the zoning system is because it is worried that it can negatively affect the spirit of learning for The students of high academic ability because of the competition not as strict as the value system/final test score. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kebijakan yang baik dalam hal system Zonasi karena pendapat dan alasan dari pelajar yang setuju dengan sistem zonasi sesuai dengan tujuan pemerintah adalah untuk membawa kualitas sekolah umum di Indonesia dan bergerak lebih dekat ke sekolah, sehingga siswa lebih aman dan lebih menghemat waktu dan biaya dalam transportasi. Sistem zonasi masih perlu perbaikan dan peningkatan sistem sehingga tujuan pemerintah untuk memastikan kualitas sekolah yang adil. Alasan orang tua tidak setuju dengan sistem zonasi adalah karena khawatir bahwa hal itu dapat berdampak negatif terhadap semangat belajar bagi siswa kemampuan akademik tinggi karena persaingan tidak seketat dengan adanya nilai ujian akhir/Skor UN. Abstract

Abstract Vitamin D is known to play an active role in the development of nerve cells, as well as regulating the expression of one of the important genes in serotonin metabolism, namely THP2. Vitamin D and serotonin play an important role in the development of various neuropsychiatric diseases, Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. Method: An article review was carried out by tracing various scientific literature relating to theories regarding the relationship of vitamin D and Serotonin, as well as neuropsychiatric disorders related to metabolic disorders and the production of vitamin D and serotonin. Results: The biological activity of vitamin D is mediated by the vitamin D receptor (VDR). The bonding complex between VDR and VDRE in the promoter of a gene will initiate the transcription process, one of which is TPH2, which plays an active role in the synthesis of brain serotonin. Serotonin has an important role as a neurotransmitter, hormone and morphogen for the brain. This neurotransmitter have important functions in the brain in controlling appetite, energy expenditure, sleep, body temperature, mood, and social cognition. Conclusion: Vitamin D plays an active role in the transcription of TPH2, which plays an active role in the synthesis of brain serotonin. Vitamin D facilitate tryptophan metabolism by increasing TPH2 to synthesize serotonin. Disruption of vitamin D levels will change serotonin levels and function in the brain, resulting in impaired behavior and executive brain function. Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper derived from the results of a study entitled Language Acquisition in 2.5-Year Old Children. At The age of 2.5, a normal child can utterance to phonemes, and limited words in accordance with with their environment and the objects around them. In addition, the words that came out were still fragmented and the words were still slipped. At The age of 2.3 to 2,5 years, the words produced have begun to increase and start from nouns and verbs. Treasury development has begun with abstract nouns. While nouns and verbs are also obtained as a result of repetition from the acquisition of either friends, Brothers, or parents. At The age of 2,5 years children can assemble simple words, ranging from one, two to three words, and finally make sentences. Keywords: acquisition, Language, todler ABSTRAK Tulisan ini berangkat dari hasil penelitian yang berjudul Pemerolehan Bahasa Pada Anak Usia 2,5 Tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bahwa pada umur 2,5 tahun, seorang anak yang normal sudah dapat mengucapkan fonem-fonem, dan kata yang terbatas sesuai dengan lingkungannya dan benda-benda yang ada di sekitarnya. Selain itu, kata-kata yang keluar adalah masih terpotong-potong dan ucapannya masih terpeleset. Pada umur 2,3 sampai 2,5 tahun, kata-kata yang diproduksinya sudah mulai bertambah dan mulai dari kata-kata benda dan kata kerja. Perkernbangan perbendaharaan bahasanya sudah mulai dengan kata-kata benda yang abstrak. Sementara kata-kata benda dan kata kerja juga bertambah diakibatkan oleh repetisi dari pemerolehan baik dari teman, kakak, maupun orang tuanya secara sadar maupun tidak sadar. Pada umur 2,5 tahun anak sudah bisa merangkai kata-kata secara sederhana, mulai dari satu, dua sampai tiga kata, dan akhirnya membentuk kalimat. Kata Kunci: Pemerolehan, Bahasa, Anak

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap pola sosialisasi masyarakat, temasuk penyebaran informasi dan interaksi antar orangtua seputar pengasuhan anak. Situs jejaring sosial menjadi media untuk orangtua melakukan sharenting salah satunya adalah instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan fenomena sharenting yang dilakukan oleh ibu muslim dan bagaimana fenomena sharenting ini ditinjau dari al quran terutama dari QS. Lukman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitaif deskriptif, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis akun instagram ibu muslim yang melakukan sharenting. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sharenting yang dilakukan oleh ibu muslim di instagram telah sesuai dengan pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh Luqman Hakim terhadap anak-anaknya sebagaimana terkandung dalam Q.S Lukman. Technological developments affect the pattern of socialization of society, including the dissemination of information and interactions between parents around childcare. Social networking sites become a media for parents to do sharenting, one of which is Instagram. This study aims to show the phenomenon of sharenting conducted by Muslim mothers and how this sharenting phenomenon is viewed from the Koran, especially from the QS. Lukman. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by analyzing the Instagram account of Muslim mothers who do sharenting. The results showed that the sharenting conducted by Muslim mothers on Instagram was in accordance with the parenting applied by Luqman Hakim towards his children as contained in Q.S Lukman.

Abstract

Discrimination against women, both in the social sphere and in the teaching source literature, still occurs in many places. This has an impact on gender inequality in the community, even in Islamic boarding schools. The Al-Mar'ah Bayna Asna-Syarah Wa Al-Ḥaya Study Program is present at the Fahmina Cirebon Foundation to foster a more progressive gender awareness. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using three ways in data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. This research shows that the program that is raised by KH. Hussein Muhammad as the speaker of book study was quite successful. The study of the book Al-Marah bayna Asy-Syarah Wal Ḥaya can foster gender fair awareness of female students. ¬The number of women present is more dominant than men. From the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, it can be seen the results of female students' catch ability, namely by asking questions, criticizing and understanding the gender material delivered. In the affective domain, female students benefit from the study of the book. Whereas in the psychomotor domain, there are female students who apply gender awareness by socializing lessons about gender.

Abstract

Talking about women’s leadership in politics and Islamic law, there were differences of opinion. In Islamic Sharia, which is comprehensive, elastic, dynamic and flexible, it determines the criteria that must be possessed by a leader, among others, fair, has scientific capacity (world and the hereafter), physical and mental health. When viewed in Indonesia, women are allowed to take part in the political world. Normative women’s leadership has powerful legitimacy, both theologically, philosophically, and legally. However, at the level of reality, there are still many challenges and obstacles, both internally and externally, and the fact that occurs in the community is often not by the above statement, where discrimination and injustice still happen to women. This article will explain some of the problems of women’s leadership both from a political perspective and an Islamic legal perspective. According to the author, it is essential to discuss to provide an overview of the position of women in politics, and how Islamic law views women as leaders, moreover it can provide an understanding of the community how women are placed in politics.
