Abstract

The existence of e-commerce mobile applications, makes it easier for online buying and selling transactions. About 95% of buyers review a product or service via cellphone. Shopee leads as the number one popular application on the Google AppStore in the free and shopping category, followed by Tokopedia in second place and Bukalapak in the 4th rank. This research is intended to find out whether application users choose applications based on usability or other factors. People At The Center of Mobile Application Development (PACMAD) usability model identified 7 attributes that reflect the usefulness of applications: effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, learnability, memorability, errors and cognitive load. The PACMAD method is considered suitable for solving problems with sentiments of review of mobile application users. The achievement of usability values ​​obtained by Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Shopee experienced a flat increase in the efficiency aspect. Only Bukalapak's aspects of effectiveness have increased, while Tokopedia and Shopee have decreased. Learnability aspects produce values ​​that are in line with aspects of effectiveness. The value of the memorability aspect is obtained in line with the combination of the comparison of effectiveness and efficiency values. Shopee got result of SUS Score at 73.75, while the Tokopedia performance score is 65.83 and Bukalapak is 67.92. Shopee got NASA-RTLX score at 8.2 followed by Tokopedia at 6.69 and Bukalapak with at 5.35 for the assessment of cognitive load aspects which indicate the severity of the demand for application use.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 1 Gondanglegi is a junior high school with a total teacher reaching 45 and the average number of students reaches 750 each year. The research at SMP Negeri 1 Gondanglegi was aimed to improve the business process of managing student grades to be more efficient and flexible in the working time and student report card printing process. The method used in this study was Human Centered Design (HCD). There are four stages in the HCD method is understand and specify context of use, specify user requirements, produce design solutions and evaluate the design against requirement. Results from this study was a web-based information system. The information system built has been carried out black-box testing which produces valid values ​​in all test cases. Then compatibility was used to test non-functional requirements with success on all browsers tested. In usability testing there are 3 aspects: effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction. The results of usability testing on the aspect of effectiveness of the average of all user groups is 98%. While on the average efficiency aspect the overall total efficiency aspects in the user group are 93%. Whereas in determining aspects of satisfaction using the PSSUQ questionnaire with an average score of all categories reaching 1.64. In the PSSUQ questionnaire it had the principle of lower score high usability, where if the score obtained is getting smaller then the usability is getting bigger.

Abstract

Mobile Ad-Hoc Network is a network consisting of nodes that can move in all directions (mobile). These nodes can communicate with temporary communication channels). On mobile ad-Hoc networks, routing protocol is useful in determining the best data packet delivery path. Issues that exist in the MANET network are limited bandwidth, energy, transmission range, and security. In the security aspect, data packet is still vulnerable to forms of attack, one of them is black hole that can dropping data packets. To knowing the routing protocol's performance against black hole attacks, then the performance analysis of reactive routing protocols (Dynamic MANET On-Demand and Location-Aided Routing) needed. When black hole run, the average value of packet delivery ratio routing protocol LAR and DYMO is 51.38% and 51.92%. The average end to end delay value of LAR and DYMO routing protocol is 70.58 ms and 24.01 ms. The average value of normalized routing load of routing protocol LAR and DYMO is 2.68 and 1.38. Based on the comparison of these average values, the DYMO routing protocol gets better performance than the LAR routing protocol in the normalized routing load, average end to end delay and packet delivery ratio parameters when black hole is run.

Abstract

The recording of medical records is generally written and stored in each health facility unit to maintain the privacy of the patient's health information. Displacement of patient treatment at health facility resulted in new health facility must be perform patient data rechecking. If in an emergency this condition will reduce the patient's emergency response time. The centralized of medical record system will bridge the limitations of this information. By utilizing REST technology the web service system can process and store information centrally. So it is expected that the records of medical record patient's from previous health facilities can be known. From white box testing that is by unit testing of centralized medical record system get result 87,5%, while for testing blackbox with validation test get 100% result. Web service testing is done using the Postman Application to test methods on services such as GET, POST, PUT and DELETE and yields a 100% success rate. Based on the average total percentage of successful functional testing if the conversion into predicate table of functional suitability feasibility of the system developed declared as very good.

Abstract

The general election of legislative candidates in Indonesia is the biggest election and being a spotlight of the world. There were 14,556 reports related to the legislative elections and 3,318 or 23 percent regarding election violations, such as gratuities, bribery, vote inflating, political money, administrative violation, and deceptive news. Even in campaigning it still contain political money and invalid information. The campaign media using banner, and a piece of paper as well as still unable to get to know the legislative candidates more closely. Nowadays, the gamification method is considered very effective in attracting people to be more interactive and consumptive in using the application. Some elements in gamification method which are points, bagdes, levels and ranking have also been implemented in various domains such as training, education, health and other. The development model with a hybrid approach is also currently very popular because it saves energy, time, cost, and can be implemented in two different platforms which are Android and iOS. To overcome these problems, researcher developed an information legislative candidates application by applying the concept of gamification and hybrid approach using the Ionic Framework. From the research result, founded an usability value of 80.5% which indicates that the application can be well received by the user, then the compatibility value of 100% in 3 different platform experiment, which means the hybrid approach runs well, and based on the average of the user's answer from the question of a positive SUS questionnaire of 92.8% and a negative SUS questionnaire of 44%.

Abstract

Bali is one of the best tourist destinations in Indonesia. The number of tourists coming to Bali always increases by 300.00 to 500,000 people every year. In 2017 amounting to 62.89% of tourists visiting Bali chose to stay at the hotel. But based on the wrong comments found in one of the largest hotel booking applications in Indonesia, Traveloka is still found to have complaints about hotels that are not in accordance with tourist expectations. Therefore, the hotel recommendation system is made by calculating the value for each of the points considered important in the assessment of a hotel. In this system two methods are used, namely Naive Bayes and Weighted Product. The Naive Bayes method is used to classify the input given by the user into the existing hotel category and the Weighted Product method is used to provide hotel recommendations by doing hotel ranking that is closest to the criteria that the user wants. In this system there are 7 rating points for hotels and hotels divided into 3 categories. The results of system accuracy testing using 50 hotel data resulted in the best level of accuracy of 100%.

Abstract

Kenaf plants have many benefits. However, currently it has limitation production of Kenaf palnts. According to Research and Development Agency, Malang City stated that Kenaf seed production was just about 0.3-0.5 tons/ ha, while farmers' need for superior seed of Kenaf plants was about 0.7-1.0 tons/ ha. Balai Penelitian Tanaman Pemanis dan Serat (BALITTAS) Malang city was directly elected to carry out certification of seed consist of field inspection, laboratory test, and labeling. Seed certification aimed to ensure seeds quality. For seeds certification, BALITTAS has difficult to estimate resulted seeds. This estimate was required to prepare certification requirements such as laboratory equipment, yarn, gunny sack, and workers. This can be solved by built an estimation system using backpropagation algorithm. The number of neurons in the input layer was 4 inputs ie the number of seeds production was the age of flower I, bottom diameter, the weight of 10 plants seeds, and the number of mature capsules, and produced 1 output as resulted seeds. The calculation process starts from initialled initial weight with nguyen-widrow, feedforward and backpropagation, then update weight and bias. Test result showed the best mean of MAPE value was 0,938% with 90% testing test scenario, 10% test data, 5 neurons in hidden layer, learning rate 0,3, maximum 1% MAPE and maximum limit of iteration 5000.

Abstract

SIAIM is an application used by the Quality Assurance Center to improve their performance. For several months using SIAIM, users provide feedback on the use of SIAIM applications. User issues gleaned from feedback are about non-functioning "Clarification Input" features, disseminating the use of SIAIMs and the display of poor SIAIMs such as font colors and less attractive interface layouts. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate usability on SIAIM to explore deeper problems and measure the usability level of SIAIM. Usability evaluation is based on 5 aspects of usability efficiency, effectiveness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. Data collection using usability testing method, interview and questionnaire. The result of the evaluation of usability that has been done shows that the usability level of SIAIM is good because the value of each aspect of usability is above the standard average. In addition, SIAIM applications still can be improved again because there are still some problems during the evaluation usability. Recommendations were given to improve the SIAIM based on the problems gained during the evaluation of usability.

Abstract

Banana fruit is one of the fruits that are consumed by many people, because bananas contain good nutrition. For this reason, many bananas are cultivated by the community. Banana cultivation is done by banana farmers or ordinary people. To find out the maturity of bananas, generally when still in the tree by looking at the color of the banana peel and by massaging the texture of the banana. But this method has a different level of maturity because everyone's perception is different. For production needs, bananas are needed with the right maturity, for that research is made about the maturity of bananas based on the fruit skin color and the weight of bananas that make decisions using the Naive Bayes method. This prototype was built using a Color Sensor to detect colors from banana peels, and loadcell sensors and HX711 modules to detect the weight of bananas and Arduino Mega as data processors from sensors and to display classification results. Based on the results of system testing, testing for loadcell sensors has an accuracy rate of 93.89% when compared to digital scales. The color sensor gets an accuracy rate of 85.53% compared to Corel Photo-Paint. Of the 10 test data tested, there is 1 data generated by the system that is not in accordance with the actual conditions, then the classification produced by the system has an accuracy rate of 90%.

Abstract

PT. Arthamas Citra Mandiri is a money changer company. The company has not applied CRM (Customer Relationship Management) so that company still applying the same service to all customers. Some customers often have transactions, but on the other sides, some customers are rarely. The data used in this research is the transaction history from January 2017 until December 2017 and it including 981 transactions. Segmentation is a process to identify customers so it can help us to know the profitable customers for the company. The characteristics of the customers could be seen from RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) which means Recency (the last customer transaction), Frequency (the number of transactions), and Monetary (the amount of money spend). One of the clustering methods that can be used in this research is Fuzzy C-Means. Elbow method is used to help the researcher determine the best cluster for Fuzzy C-Means. Partition Coefficient and Euclidean Distance are validation methods to knowing the best cluster. In this research, cluster 3 is the best results. Cluster results are visualized by the dashboard with some graphics which contains segmentation customer based on RFM value of PT. Arthamas Citra Mandiri customers transactions. Dashboard visualization is given to the company and researcher doing usability testing to know the effectiveness of the dashboard visualization. The results of the usability testings are 77.5. It means the dashboard is an acceptable categorized or can be accepted by the company.
