Abstract

Malang State Polytechnic is a state university that is committed to the implementation and development of information technology. This commitment is realized with the existence of the Computer Center UPT (Puskom) as a unit responsible for technology. So far, the UPT Puskom has implemented ISO 9001: 2008 as a supplier service management standard. Regarding security responsibilities for the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008. However, this aspect of risk management is only a remedial program related to nonconformities. With the existence of risk management, this information is expected to strengthen the risk management aspects. Can reduce the risk that occurs. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to do risk management using the OCTAVE-S method. This method uses the knowledge of UPT Puskom staff on the organization's security practices and processes, as well as evaluating the current security at the UPT Puskom. In applying the OCTAVE-S method, an interview process is needed to request information about the current Puskom requirements, find out important assets, as well as infrastructure related to important assets. Meanwhile, the questionnaire was carried out to implement the security practices that have been applied by the Center at present. And observations made to obtain more information that has been obtained to strengthen the information. The results of this study prove that Puskom has 2 important assets, namely academic information systems and Puskom information systems. In addition, there are 5 areas out of 15 security practice areas at the UPT Puskom that do not meet OCTAVE-S standards. From this area, 2 security practice areas have yellow traffic light status, and 3 security practice areas have red traffic light status. Areas of security practice that do not meet OCTAVE-S standards are then mitigated. Based on the law, there are 4 mitigation points, the access control area is 4 mitigation points, the management area considers 3 mitigation points, the design & security architecture area is provided 1 mitigation point, the management area reports 3 mitigation points.

Abstract

Software Defined Network (SDN) is a new networking paradigm that decouples or separates the control plane from the data plane. The Software Defined Network makes it easy to develop and experiment new protocols, easy to manage and adapting in infrastructure changes. The A* algorithm implemented in ONOS Controller with Abilene topology works well. Using A* Algorithm can produce the shortest path that is calculated from the real distance with an average time to make a path is 15,766 ms. The results of testing is showing that the average value of throughput and packet loss at 5 clients is 100.2 Mbps and packet loss is 2.1%, for 7 clients is 92.5 Mbps with packet loss of 3.9% and 72.06 Mbps with 7.5% packet loss for 9 clients. The average delay value is 0.081 ms. The A* Algorithm implemented in the ONOS Controller also works well when there is a fail link with an average convergence time value is 20,773 ms.

Abstract

Futsal pitch services were one of a very popular today, especially in Malang. On a company named Champions Futsal, they got their 1 of their field rented for approximately 400 hours in 1 month only. But there were several complaints on that particular services, not only on the side of renting but also on sales of products, or monthly reports to the upper management, not stopping on that extend, data integrity also becoming an issue because of there is several cases of data losses and that is going to hamper the owner's decision making onward. Based on that, in this research writer going to develop a web based software that main purpose is to help management system on Champions Futsal. The software going to be developed using PHP programming language with the help of MySQL database service and hoping that it will solve issues that existed there. Development is going to be done step by step and going to be analyzed in the document, the steps are including but not limited to requirement analysis, designing, implementing, and last but not least, testing.

Abstract

Margamulya Puskesmas is one of 56 Puskesmas in Bekasi City. Margamulya Health Center has a vision that Margamulya Health Center "SEHATI" promotes margamulya urban community that is healthy and independent. The puskesmas also has a mission to provide quality and sustainable health services by establishing partnerships with all parties. At the puskesmas there are several problems including registration services that are not yet qualified, data that has not been integrated between poly clinics, managing medical records such as searching, making new medical records that are not according to standards, and making reports that require a long time to become obstacles in making decisions. This study uses the waterfall method in the requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing section. At the design stage using UML diagrams such as flowcharts, class diagrams, analysis classes This study uses codeigniter as a framework for implementation, and uses mysql as a DBMS. For the testing phase of this study using black-box testing, namely validation testing, and also user acceptance testing or UAT. UAT is used to measure user acceptance of the health center management information system that has been built. Validation testing in this study obtained a total of 100% valid in 40 test cases and UAT results obtained an average of 4 users namely 93.75% acceptance index, which means very accepting of the information system that has been developed. UAT is used to measure user acceptance of the puskesmas management information system that has been built.

Abstract

Tangerine (Keprok) is one of well known horticultural commodities products in Indonesia. Tangerine fruit quality is determined manually, so far. The tangerine's skin texture can be used as an indication of the tangerine image quality determination. This study implements the Haar Wavelet method to determine the quality of tangerines in standard and automatic ways. The processes carried out in this study are preprocessing, Haar Wavelet feature extraction, and classification of tangerine fruit images using the k-NN algorithm. Statistical calculations of mean, standard deviation, and skewness are used to represent the Haar Wavelet features. The result of the Haar Wavelet extraction process is an image of tangerine that has been classified into Grade Super, Grade A, or Grade B. The Haar Wavelet decomposition process in this study was carried out at level 1 and level 2. The test results showed that level 1 Haar Wavelet decomposition produces a higher accuracy than Level 2. The highest accuracy obtained is 90%.

Abstract

Malang city as a smart city has the aim of making it easier for the people of Malang City to obtain information. As a City of Education, many migrants from outside of the city who wish to continue their education in Malang City certainly need information because they do not know Malang City. This situation requires the education sector to use smartphone media in spreading the information to make it easier to reach people both inside and outside the city. The application of interaction design in the educational information module uses the Think Aloud and Human Centered Design methods. Think Aloud is used as a method for analyzing user needs while HCD is used as a flowchart to form a solution design. Analysis of user needs is an initial stage so that it knows the user's desires against solution design that will later made into a prototype. The final stage of this research is the evaluation of the solution design using the Usability Testing method and the SUS questionnaire. The evaluation resulted in 3 usability values, namely 95% for effectiveness aspects, 90.3% for efficiency aspects, and 83 for satisfaction aspects.

Abstract

MAGMA Indonesia is a platform for providing information on geological phenomena and potential natural disasters in the form of a website and mobile application developed by the Center for Volcanology and Geological Mitigation (PVMBG) under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). Although functionally WEBGIS disaster is already good even though there are few users, the quality of usability cannot be ruled out and it does not rule out that there are some functions that are less attractive to users and become problems for the purpose of creating the system. This problem is part of the usability problem that exists in the MAGMA Indonesia application. So there is a need for more intensive usability testing to measure the quality of usability as empirical evidence of user responses to the system. The focus of this research is to evaluate usability on the MAGMA Indonesia website using the WEBUSE questionnaire and interviews. The flow method used to test usability is the User-Centered Design methodology approach. Usability test results show that the overall usability point is good, consisting of Content, Organization, and Readability 0.76, Navigation and Links 0.73, User Interface Design 0.83, Performance and Effectiveness 0.74. This research also produces recommendations for improvement solutions and additional features from the list of usability problems found by examiners and can be used as a reference for the MAGMA Indonesia website development team in making website usability improvements.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth grew by 5.05%, this growth was recorded in the calculation of the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia in the second quarter of 2019. UMKM has became one of the drivers of Indonesia's economic growth. The popular UMKM in East Java is walnut cattle. An ongoing and continuous learning process is important to continue developing the walnut cattle business and the quality of the results of canary breeding. Learning media that can provide all forms, ranging from visuals and audio is the internet. The internet platform used as a learning medium for canary breeding is YouTube. In this study to make it easier for canary breeders to use YouTube, the author developed an Android-based application using the youtube API to help display videos containing information about canary breeding, and also to support video search and channel search features. This application was designed using the waterfall method. Testing is done by black-box testing method for system testing and beta testing. The result of black-box testing is a system that is built to run according to expectations, and the results of beta testing are applications that are built to be easily understood, have accurate information and meet the needs of canary breeders.

Abstract

Disability, disability, or self-limitation is a term that encompasses disruption, limited activity, andrestrictions on participation. In the Ministry of Social Affairs letter number: B.74 / Ministry of SocialAffairs / RS. Set.KS / ks.02 / 09/218 dated 12 Sepetmeber 2018 concerning Disability Assistance Staff.The task of the companion is that persons with disabilities are to ensure that handling and escort arecarried out optimally so that they will be able to meet the basic needs of persons with disabilities onthe condition that the companion must fulfill the requirements. Urgent assistance underpins thedevelopment of using location-based service methods. In this case location-based services are neededso that persons with disabilities who need assistance in the near future can find a companion inaccordance with the location closest to him so that it does not take too long, therefore location-basedservices are needed to assist this process. From the results of excavation needs obtained 2 types ofactors namely the disabled and companion. The application was developed with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and data storage using the Firebase service with the results of allfunctional tests successfully implemented with an average value above 80% which means it can beaccepted by the user, and can run on the Android operating system with a minimum version SDK 21through 29.

Abstract

There are a lot of medical facilities that use information technology to simplify data storing, one of those technologies is an electronic health record. In Rafael Clinic Malang, the health record process that was done there is still not efficient enough because the process still uses manual writing and excel. The procedure is carried out at least three times, that is, writing the data in a patient visitation book, patient ID, then rewrite the data to excel. The health record data are still kept in patient ID so it need some times to search for the ID, not including if the ID is missing or damaged. Based on those problems, the author developed a web-based electronic health record system. The purpose of this research is to know the result of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and the testing result of the developed system. Waterfall model is used as the development method, which has the principle that the next development stage cannot be carried out if the previous stage has not been completed. 47 functional requirements and one non functional requirement were obtained through requirement elicitation, in which security being the non functional requirement. Designing was done using object oriented approach, which produces sequence diagram and class diagram. Database, algorithm, and interface designing is also done. Unit testing using the white-box method gives 100% valid results. Acceptance testing with the black-box method for 80 test cases got 100% valid results. Integration testing gives 100% valid results. Security testing of electronic payments and login sessions has met expectations.
