Abstract

Insomnia is a sleeping sickness in which the time and quality of human sleep is not sufficient due to difficulty getting to sleep or difficulty maintaining sleep. Early diagnosis and treatment of insomnia is necessary to prevent chronicity and death resulting from untreated insomnia. The body's required ECG signal can be detected by installing a sensor on the human body. The ECG signal has several points, namely P, Q, R, S and T points. There are PR intervals, PR segments, QRS complex, ST segments, and QT intervals as areas in the ECG signal. In this study, we will use the R-R interval of human ECG signals taken when the sleep condition is for 2 hours which already represents one person's sleep cycle. The features to be used are the Mean RR and SDNN features. The K-Nearest Neighbours method classifies new data by finding the shortest distance from the training data, this makes this method suitable for this study because the training data used has significant differences between one class and another class. The tools that will be used to detect insomnia are the Arduino Uno microcontroller and the AD8232 module which are used to detect and filter the detected signals. AD8232 is a module used to acquire ECG signals. The use of K-Nearest Neighbours as a classification method has an accuracy of 86% for K = 3 and obtain an average computation time of 79.9 ms.

Abstract

CV Wins Advertising is a printing company that was established in 2011 in Batu City. Currently, CV Wins Advertising carries out its business processes using conventional methods such as monitoring, recording orders, and submitting orders to the production department. This has the potential to cause problems, namely loss of order records and negligence of business processes. Therefore, digitization and good interaction design are needed for the digital solutions being developed. This study aims to design interactions with information systems supporting web-based printing business processes for the monitoring process, order recording, to delivery to the production department so that order records can be stored in a structured manner and minimize negligence in business processes. The design approach used is Human Centered Design (HCD). In this study, two types of designs were produced, namely high-fidelity prototypes on computers and mobile phones. The two types of design are evaluated by users using scenario-based usability testing on the Single Ease Question (SEQ) to measure the level of difficulty. The evaluation results show that the design is easy to use and resulted in several suggestions for improvement which include detailed reports, additional content requirements for employee presence, and additional requirements in the form of notifications.

Abstract

Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a wireless network that has several interconnected nodes and acts as a router to transmit data. Several nodes can interact with each other by implementing routing protocols, one of which is TORA. TORA has a control message in the form of UDP (Update) to update the routing table and a CRL (Clear) control message that can minimize the occurrence of continuous looping which results in data not reaching its destination. The minimization process is not said to be perfect if there are many additional nodes. Research needs to be done using other methods, namely manipulating control traffic on the network by adding attacks in the form of wormhole attacks. Wormhole has characteristics that are very likely to affect the environmental conditions of MANET using TORA. The characteristics possessed by Wormhole are 2 nodes that can be connected to each other and can send data even with a very far position so that it is likely to reduce the occurrence of looping during packet transmission. The test results are obtained based on the Packet Delivery Ratio, Packet Loss, Troughput, and End to End Delay test parameters. Overall, the application of wormhole in TORA produces better performance compared to not applying wormhole. Packet delivery ratio testing with a scenario of 20 nodes shows 90.56% results compared to only 79.64% without wormhole. Testing the average troughput with a scenario of 20 nodes shows results of 95.06kbps compared to only 83.6kbps without wormhole. And testing the average end to end delay with a scenario of as many as 20 nodes shows results of only 19.18ms compared to without a wormhole rising to 30.12ms.

Abstract

Internet is a medium used to collect information such as news and information related to institution or daily work. One of the media used for dissemination and providing information is sman5kotabogor.sch.id. According to SMAN 5 Bogor IT Team, website never been analyzed or improved since created in 2017. The hypothesis regarding “are users satisfied with the website?” arises because lack of user experience data. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze user experience and usability of website. To measure user experience, researcher use meCUE questionnaire consisting of 5 modules and 10 aspects. Usability data collection was carried out based on usability metrics from ISO 9241-11 and data was collected by task testing, interviews, and answering system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire. Based on results evaluation of meCUE questionnaire, website have a total value of 1.7 which included in positive category. Analysis also produces negative values ​​on intention to use, commitment, and status aspects. In analysis of usability metrics, satisfaction value is 63 or below acceptable and produces normal effectiveness and efficiency values. Improvement according to meCUE questionnaire resulted in 12 improvement (RP) to fix aspects with negative value and improvement based on usability metrics resulted in 9 improvement to improve usability aspects.

Abstract

To determine the tempo in a song, Metronome is needed to help as a tool, because the metronome will produce sound on every beat of the song. However, the metronome used on the market is less effective in terms of helping the tempo during live shows and can also interfere with hearing when using earphones if the volume of the metronome should be increased. A metronome arm band can be a solution because it produces a vibration that can be felt in the hands. Users can also set the desired number of beats per minute (BPM) via a smartphone application that is connected via bluetooth. There are 3 elements to be used, which are; Smartphone as input, ESP32 as processor and Vibration Motor as an output. Because metronomes must have high accuracy in keeping the tempo, RTOS is needed to help avoid interruptions when the user sends other commands during vibration. There are 3 tests carried out to determine the accuracy of the Metronome Bracelet. The first test to see whether 60 bpm on the metronome produces an output of exactly 60 beats per minute. The second and third tests are also the same but at different tempo numbers, which are 90 and 120. The expected output of the metronome should be exactly like the number shown in the bpm value on the Metronome Bracelet, where 60 produces a vibration accuracy of 60 bpm, 90 produces 90 bpm, and 120 produces 120 bpm.

Abstract

ABC Higher Education Institute is an Educational institution located in Pare, Kediri, East Java. ABC Institute of Higher Education has a process or flow in mail management for student needs. During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, ABC Higher Education began implementing an online mailing system, but it did not yet have a clear process flow. Based on these problems, the author raises the topic of business processes in the administrative department and focuses on the management of Research Licenses, street vendors, and Student Activity Signs. The Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method is used by authors to conduct research on the quality level of mail management business processes for student needs. Based on the results of research on the online student letter management process, it was found that there are parameters that do not run according to the target, namely timeliness. From the results of the evaluation, a problem-root analysis was then carried out. In this study, analyze the root cause using the 5 Whys method. The use of the 5 Whys method is to give a series of "why" questions until you don't get an answer anymore. The result of this research is there is three quality factor that is not as is expected as what the target that has been set by the ABC Institute Student Administration and Academic Directorate that is the punctuality of data verification (Q7), punctuality of making appointment with the dean (Q9), and punctuality of making appointment with the dean (Q14).

Abstract

PT. Okejek Kreasi Indonesia is one of the company that engaged in the field of online transportation with it's flagship product, Okejek. However, Okejek still unable to compete with the giants in the field of online transportation. To find out the main causes of these problems, one way that can be done is by using sentiment analysis. Therefore, a sentiment analysis using 1890 data from user reviews on Google Play Store is performed. By using Recurrent Neural Network algorithm, an accuracy value and F1 score of 96% is obtained. After the sentiment analysis was successfully carried out, it is followed by Root Cause Analysis that based on 3 aspects which are service, price, and staff aspects. From these 3 aspects, the main problem were found to be a problem in the application, driver-partner's behavior, and the existing payment system. Therefore, a joint recommendation were made with stakeholders which resulted in the form of solutions that are improving applications, tightening SOPs, and also improving payment services.

Abstract

In Indonesia OLX is the largest platform for promoting online classified ads. This platform can be used by anyone for free by visiting the website and downloading the application. The OLX platform mobile app got several reviews from its users who found the system not what they expected. The location of the ad in the application makes them touch it often, the item they were looking for was not displayed to their expectations, and second-hand promotion that can't appear without explanation. Because of that evaluation of the OLX application is necessary. The method used is usability testing and giving the SUS questionnaire. Usability attributes that will be evaluated are learnability, memorability, efficiency, effectiveness, error, readability, and satisfaction. The effectiveness attribute scores 75% and 100% for the both group and did a little misstep for the error attribute. For efficiency attribute the average participant can complete a task by 3.3% in one second and for the learnability aspect, participants get 1.5x faster when compared to the first use of system. Then the memorability attribute has increased, the average number of steps is 114 to 58 steps. For the readability aspect, the average participant gets a score of 87 for understanding the application content. Then the satisfaction attributes measured using the SUS questionnaire produced a score of 67.9.

Abstract

Water is a very important natural resource for the survival of humans, one of which is as a source of consumption. The safety standards for drinking water established by the government are very important to ensure the safety of the drinking water we consume. To be safe for health, drinking water must meet physical, microbiological, chemical, and radioactive requirements. However, there are still some areas in Indonesia that face difficulties in ensuring the safety of the drinking water they consume. From this problem, researchers want to make a drinking water quality detection system that can provide information related to pH and water clarity to users. The drinking water quality detection system is made using the pH-4502C and turbidity SEN0189 sensors and the Arduino UNO microcontroller connected to the 16x2 LCD as an information display. The results of the two sensors will then be classified using the Naive Bayes method. In this study, sensor testing and method testing have been conducted. The results obtained in the pH-4502 accuracy test are 96.54%. Then, based on the results of the SEN0189 turbidity sensor test, it can be seen that the SEN0189 turbidity sensor can work well in reading the condition of water being cloudy or not. From the readings taken on drinking water (clear) and coffee water (cloudy), it can be seen that the voltage values produced by the sensor are different. A higher voltage value indicates that the water is clearer, while a lower voltage value indicates that the water is cloudier. In the Naive Bayes accuracy test, the result obtained is 100% of 15 total test data and 30 training data. The data is in the form of drinking water in a public environment.
