Abstract

Female lecturers face various demands of the family and around their environment, the demands of work and the environment. Role one with other roles often contradicts later interferes with work, causing anxiety and stress. The research objective was to determine: (1) the level of career maturity of female lecturers, (2) husband's support, and (3) the contribution of husband's support to the career maturity of female lecturers. The technique in this study used correlation analysis and descriptive analysis. The research population of all female lecturers is 200 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the following characteristics: (1) female lecturers who have husbands, (2) female lecturers who have and care for biological children, (3) female lecturers over 3 years. The results of this study were found: (1) overall data on the support of husbands of female lecturers at FKIP Untirta by 58.6% were in the moderate category, (2) overall data on career maturity of female lecturers at FKIP Untirta was 66.9% in the moderate, and (3) Husband's support contributes to career maturity by 34.1%, the rest is influenced by other factors of 65.9%Husband's Support, Career Maturity

Abstract

This study aims to design and test the feasibility the modul of self-acceptance  and women happiness in work-family balance, that used to minimize family conflict due to tension and stress in dealing with multiple roles (as laborers/workers and as wives/housewives). The approach used is research and development (Research and Development) by taking female respondents who have double duties as workers and housewives from the Kasemen Kelurahan, Serang City, Banten Province. Data collection uses a scale of feasibility measurement and professional judgment then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The self-acceptance and happiness modules of women in work-family balance were developed in the form of a training module book. The results of this study are the book Module of self-acceptance and women's happiness in work-family balance. Based on the results of the feasibility test of the material and the learning modules tested to experts, the feasibility value of the module material was 88.15%, and the feasibility of the module delivery was 86.11%. While the feasibility value of practicing modules delivered by women module users was 82.66%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the learning modules developed according to material experts, instructional media experts, and potential female users are very feasible, and can be used to support the implementation of women self-acceptance and happiness training in the work-family balance of civil society empowerment. Keyword : learning modules, self-acceptance, happiness, work-family balance

Abstract

One year after the Tsunami Selat Sunda disaster, there were still victims who were traumatized. This study aims to describe the implementation of play therapy for students affected by the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. This research method is descriptive, that will dscribe how to do play therapy for traumatized students. Based on the results of the assessment, it is known that there are still students who experience physical, emotional, and habitual disorders. Play therapy activities carried out in three stages, namely initiation, outdoor activities, and indoor activities. The final results show that after participating in play therapy activities students begin to feel more comfortable because they can pour out their fears. Students also begin to reduce anxiety and fear.

Abstract

Adolescents are considered as individuals who are in the transition from childhood to adulthood. When teenagers are in transition, they talk a lot about themselves and their environment. Exploring outside that makes teenagers in the worst place in the conversation. Behaviors and sayings that are considered joking by teenagers, not a few that lead to a shy body but they themselves do not realize it. Thus it is necessary for research to reveal the perceptions of teenagers about body shame. The research methodology used is quantitative research methods, namely by using a questionnaire on female students of class X in the high school in Cimahi. Sampling is done using the Slovin technique. Slovin technique is used so that the sample used can be seen as a representative perception of female students of class X SMA in Cimahi City.The data obtained shows that the perception profile of the body is shy on female students of class X in the high school across Cimahi in a high position. This data can be interpreted about the general perception of female students of class X in the Cimahi City Senior High School to be more negative about body shame.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out the implementation of group guidance services in Sudirman Islamic Vocational Schools, 2) to determine the conditions of student entrepreneurship attitudes in Islamic Sudirman Vocational Schools and 3) to determine the effect of group guidance with simulation techniques on student entrepreneurship attitudes in Islamic Sudirman Vocational Schools. This type of research is quantitative with experimental models. The population in this study amounted to 110 grade X students, while the study sample numbered 10 students. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon formula. The results of this study are 1) The implementation of group guidance services at Sudirman Islamic Vocational School has been running but has not yet focused on developing behavior specifically only focused on increasing students to follow the rules, 2) Conditions of entrepreneurial attitudes namely 32 (for the highest grades) and 6 ( the lowest value) for entrepreneurial attitudes, and 3) The results of the implementation of group counseling with simulation techniques showed that asymp sig results were obtained at 0.03 <0.05. The conclusion of this study, that group guidance with simulation techniques had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes of students at SMK Islam Sudirman.

Abstract

Careers that developed throughout human life require academics and researchers to continue program development, methods and media to develop. The development of career maturity that has been underestimated and now, it considered to be important. It indicated by the number of studies related to career development in Indonesia both in terms of programs, methods, and media development. So far, career development media that have been developed sometimes follow the times so that the results are not very effective. This research intends to develop a career development media that can help students improve career insights that affect student career maturity. The media, called the Career Profession Card, will be a solution offered to teachers of guidance and counseling at school in order to help students improve their career insight.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the understanding and awareness of anti-bullying in class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Jatinegara through the provision of information services using socio drama techniques. This is classroom action research with subjects of class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Jatinegara towards 28 students.. The data collection methods used Likert scale, observation and documentation. The instruments used were anti-bullying awareness and understanding scale, observation and document analysis. The actions used are: power points and bullying videos, discussion and socio drama. In the first cycle use drama scripts, while the second cycle without using drama scripts and the actors were added. The sensing aspect arises in the first cycle, while in the second cycle the aspects of feelings, actions and thoughts. Increased understanding of anti-bullying in the first cycle is 46.42%, and the second cycle of 82.14% which is in the category of very high awareness. Anti-bullying awareness as evidenced by the acquisition of the first cycle of 53.57%, and the second cycle of 85.71%. Based on the criteria made, 75% of students have very high anti-bullying awareness; the results of this study indicate that understanding and awareness of anti-bullying can be improved through the provision of information services using socio drama techniques.

Abstract

The aim of research is for desaigning guidance and counseling program based on description of 5th grade student’s development step in all of study program in FKIP Untirta by using Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) and Analisis Tugas Perkembangan (ATP) software. This research was held in FKIP University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Subject of this research is 5th grade of students of all study program in FKIP University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa 2019/2020 academic year. Research using descriptive quantitave methods and using Inventory Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) instrument.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of problem solving based skill life skills. This research was conducted at PKBM Sinar Lentera which is located at Jl. Kp. RT RT. 04 Rw. 08 Ex. Pagerbatu Kec. Majasari Pandeglang Regency Banten with a sample of respondents who were sources of information from the PKBM chair, learning residents, and tutors. The research method used is research and development which is divided into three stages, namely: 1) qualitative description analysis. Each research subject was collected through the Social Problem Solving Inventory-Revised instrument. The indicators in the instrument are: (1) unproductive problem solving techniques and helpless attitudes towards problem solving, (2) effective & systematic problem solving techniques. The results of this study are in general it can be concluded that the skill of life skills based on problem solving in PKBM Sinar Lentera is in the medium category.

Abstract

Merawat diri adalah suatu keharusan dalam diri setiap individu yang hidup untuk menjaga kesehatan dan menjaga kebersihan diri agar terlihat sehat dan menarik. Marawat diri adalah salah satu pembelajaran yang paling mendasar dalam pembelajaran untuk anak tunagrahita. Adapun macam-macam dalam pembelajaran merawat diri misalnya, mandi, berias, makan minum, kebersihan diri, mencuci dan lain sebagainya. Menurut Delphie (2006), tunagrahita adalah anak yang memiliki problema belajar yang disebabkan adanya hambatan perkembangan inteligensi, mental, emosi, sosial dan fisik. Anak tunagrahita juga dapat diklasifikasikan antara lain, tunagrahita ringan, tunagrahita sedang dan tunagrahita berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data primer dan sekunder dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Serta di dukung dengan landasan teori dari berbagai sumber baik dari buku maupun internet. Data akan Dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa M belum terlalu menguasai untuk bina diri sehari-hari misalnya dalam mencuci baju, melipat dan menyetrika. Dalam bidang akademik M belum menguasai abjad sepenuhnya dan dalam menghitung M belum mengetahui bentuk angka.
