Hospital is an advanced healthcare provider for the patent of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) / National Health Insurance members. Providing qualified and satisfied services for all JKN members are very important to answer the negative image that lays within the community about the poor quality of services towards JKN member patent. RumahSakit Mata Cicendo (RSMC) or Cicendo Eyes Hospital-Bandung is a national health referral hospital in Indonesia. JKN members put a very high expectation regarding RSMC service quality level. Therefore, studying the JKN member patents’ family satisfaction which leads to health care service repurchasing intention is very important to be conducted. The current study is aimed to picture and analyze the correlation between JKN member patents’ family satisfactionlevel, and repurchasing intention towards RSMC service. This quantitative study is conducted at RSMC Bandung in December 2016. Based on Slovin formula, the study samples generated are 91  respondents. The research finds that both satisfaction and service repurchasing intention are high. In addition, path analysis with SPSS v23 shows that health care service satisfaction level positively influence repurchasing intention at about 75,3%.

Abstract

Telkom Divisi Digital Service (DDS) is a unit responsible for product innovations for Telkom. An internal survey conducted in June 2016 showed the lack of good understanding about the innovation process among employees. Entropy measurement showed that the organization culture categorized as “less than healthy”. Moreover, the implementation of virtual organization resulted in a lot of confusion among the employees. This research aimed to investigate the influence of Organization Culture variable and Organization Structure variable to the Innovation Process variable. Data were collected by distributing online questionnaires to 308 DDS employees and got 202 valid responses. Path analysis with SPSS showed that both Organization Culture and Organization Structure, either simultaneously or partially, had a positive influence toward Innovation Process. The Organizational Culture variable has a 37.27% influence towards Innovation Process variable, whereas the Organizational Structure variable has an 8.94% influence towards Innovation Process variable. In accordance with the research result, it is suggested that Telkom DDS focuses on the improvement of the organization culture to increase the innovation process. And for further research, it is recommended to explore other variables uncovered yet in this research, such as leadership within an organization, work environment, etc.

Abstract

The decision of how firms finance their investments is among the prominent researchers in the area of corporate finance. The capital structure of banks, however, still relatively under-explored. Banking is one type of industry that employs a high level of leverage in creating companies’ value since its operating profits come from lending and borrowing activities.  This research aims to analyse the effect of the mix of capital structure on financial performance of commercial banks in Indonesia. We use annual data for the period 2009 – 2017 that are extracted from the audited financial statement. The data is then analysed to find relationship on the use of leverage to the firms’ performance. Our study finds strong evidence that short term loan significantly has positive influence on profitability of banks through Return on Equity (ROE), which indicates that deposit is considered as the cheapest source of funding. However, banks should carefully maintain their liquidity risk to ensure the availability of funds to pay for withdrawals obligation. We also found that the use of long-term debt and the use of equity, in general, do not have a significant effect on firm value, which indicates that, in terms of long-term financing, profitability and firm value are insensitive to capital structure.
