Abstract

This study aims to find new meanings of hadiths regarding fathers, especially on the theme of: 1) the prohibition against hating fathers; 2) fathers entitled to the property of their children; 3) fathers as well as possible the gates of heaven. The side of study is the authenticity and meaning of the hadith. The approach that used in this study is hermeneutics offered by Hassan Hanafi in understanding the text of revelation as a source of law. Namely by building three consciousnesses; historical, eidetic, and praxis. This study found that in terms of quality, the three hadiths were in the position of maqbul, which could be accepted as proof. In meaning, it is understood that the role of a father in his child’s life is very importance. Hating father is the result of making a child fall into kufr. No matter how bad the condition of a father, children should not hate or not admit him. The threat of a big sin was given by the Prophet to the person who did it. Child service must also be realized in the form of compensation for the father. Father's glory is symbolized as the best door of the heaven for the child.

Abstract

Research on the manuscripts found in the Syatariyah tarekat surau collection in Calau, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatera Province. ancient manuscripts were not only stored and displayed in one place, but the knowledge contained in them can still be studied and developed and one of them is research. about the manuscripts of the treatises of the seventy-three groups that are stored in the Surau. This research is library research using takhrij hadith. This discussion focuses more on the discussion related to the hadith contained in the treatise manuscripts of 73 groups found in Surau Calau, Sinjunjung Regency and doing takhrij in finding the quality and authenticity of the hadith. In this study, the authors took 3 hadiths contained in the manuscript. From the results of tracking the 3 hadiths, it was found 10 traditions from various hadith and narrators. And after takhrij sanad and matan hadith, it can be concluded, that all hadith chain paths are judged dhaif (mardud) by hadith scholars, except for the hadith path narrated by al-Qadhi al-Maki number 1357, because the hadith is considered hasan by hadith scholars

Abstract

The science of Islam sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith should not be positioned in a place apart from other clusters of science, but should be put as a source of knowledge. The Qur'an and Hadith as the source of Islamic teachings serve as guidance (al-huda), explanation (at-tibyan), differentiator (al-furqan), and even healer (as-syifa'). There are many mathematical studies in the Qur'an that describe the science integrated in the Qur'an. One of the Qur'an explains about mathematical concepts such as set, line, calibrate, integer, fraction, and circle. Mathematics is a central science in everyday life and mathematics has been introduced early on. Mathematics is the language used in the creation of the universe. Thus, to learn and understand the verses of Kauniyyah is necessary mathematics. Understanding of the universe will lead to the awe of the power of Allah SWT. In addition, mathematics is also capable of providing a deeper approach to understanding Qawliyyah verses. Muslim scientists contribute thoughts and findings on mathematics. Abstract

The attitude opposing Pancasila on one hand rests upon the Qur’an as the legal basis for the people and on the other hand is a consistently hot discourse. The foregoing makes it essential to study the relevance of Pancasila and the Qur’an. The researchers examine the Qur’anic viewpoint on Pancasila by examining its relevance to the values of Pancasila’s points. This library research is descriptive qualitative. The researchers use the maudhu'iy tafsir approach in elaborating Qur’anic verses to see their compatibility with Pancasila. Maudhu'iy's interpretation begins by collecting verses related to the problem, analyzing their meanings so that they come to a conclusion. From the research, it can be understood that Pancasila and the Qur’an have the same intentions and meaning relationships. In principle, Pancasila is the Islamic teaching in the Qur’an. This conclusion is indicated by the 45 points of Pancasila’s values in that all of which have relevant meanings to the Qur’an

Abstract

Majelis Taklim is a non-formal educational institution that acts as a place for education, training, and teaching and learning activities to learn, explore, and understand Islamic religious knowledge. The purpose of the establishment of majlis taklim is as a forum to carry out various activities that provide benefits to pilgrims and the community through recitation activities that can foster religious awareness, shape Muslim personality, enhance the ability to read and write Al-Qur'an as well as understanding and guiding towards a view of life that is Islamic. This article aims to find out the role of the Taklim Mardhotillah Assembly located in the BTN Idaman Permai housing complex in Air Bang Sub-district, Curup Tengah District in instilling Islamic values in the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, is inductive and aimed at describing and analyzing social activities, events, phenomena, perceptions, ethics, and beliefs in Majlis Ta'lim. Data collection techniques are using observation, interview and documentation methods. This study concludes that the role of Majlis Ta'lim Mardhotillah as a place of study that conveys material about increasing aqidah values, sharia values, religious values and socio-religious values in the people of Central Curup District especially BTN Idaman Permai Air Bang housing residents

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the efforts of the Karangsari Village government in sowing the attitude of community tolerance. The research on the efforts of the Karangsari Village government in sowing the tolerance attitude of the community was carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research) with data collection techniques using Interview, Observation and Documentation Techniques. The research subjects or informants in this research are the Village Head and Religious Leaders of Karangsari Village. The results of the study indicate that the efforts of the Karangsari Village government in cultivating an attitude of tolerance with various efforts, namely by: (1) Efforts to maintain community unity by prioritizing community unity have long been conditioned by mutual assistance and respect between the community. (2) Efforts to cultivate an attitude of mutual respect, namely by greeting each other and not alienating other religions, participating in every activity carried out by the community, and not insulting other religions. (3) Efforts through religious activities, namely by inviting each other when there are religious activities but not participating in worship of other religions and helping each other and mutual cooperation in inter-religious activities. (4) There are no inhibiting factors in efforts to sow tolerance in the Karangsari Village community because all communities and government all complement each other and inter-religious communities respect, motivate, remind and respect each other. While the supporting factors in efforts to sow tolerance in the Karangsari Village community are the figures in the Karangsari village often meet and coordinate in maintaining tolerance between the people and their communities which are easy to regulate and the community has a high tolerance spirit that is embedded in the soul.

Abstract

Konsep mubadalah (kesalingan) hadir menjadi pilihan paling logis dalam sebuah hubungan yang setara. Dalam perkembangannya, konsep ini tidak hanya berlaku untuk sebuah hubungan suami istri saja, melainkan bisa juga antara orang tua dan anak. Pola asuh menjadi faktor penting dalam pengembangan potensi seorang anak. Oleh sebab itu, pemilihan pola asuh yang menjunjung tinggi kesetaraan gender, sedikit banyak akan mengurangi ketimpangan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengelaborasi bagaimana formulasi konsep mubadalah dalam pola asuh anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis deskriptif secara kritis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep mubadalah dalam pola asuh anak sangat berguna dalam membentuk karakter anak di kemudian hari agar tidak memandang manusia berdasarkan gendernya. Selain itu, potensi anak perempuan juga bisa dimaksimalkan secara maksimal .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of women customer of the Bank BTPN Syariah MMS (Mobile Marketing Syariah) X Koto Tanah Datar Future Package financing program. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques: Observation, Interview and Documentation, Data Analysis: Miles Huberman. Bank BTPN Syariah unit MMS (Mobile Marketing Syariah) X Koto presents a future package financing program based on sharia principles which focuses its activities on providing business capital financing and aims to prosper underprivileged women in rural areas, especially (mothers) in X Koto Tanah Datar. The results showed that the implementation of the future package financing program for Bank BTPN Syariah MMS X Koto was not in accordance with sharia principles, the installment payment system was not affordable and the margin / profit received by the Bank was very high at 30% to 43%. This has resulted in poor perceptions from customer mothers of future package financing programs.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the track record of Turkey's efforts to become a member of the European Union. Various ways and strategies have been achieved by Turkey in order to meet the requirements to be accepted as part of the supranational organization that unites the European nations. However, the big dream of the country led by President Erdogan Recep Tayib has never been real. Various obstacles confronting, pros and contra continue to color the split voices of European Union members. Religious sentiment also emerged because Turkey's population is Muslim, reaching 74 percent of the total population. Various conditions include improving the image as a human rights violator against ethnic minorities, to claims as a gateway to terrorism that is not in line with the European spirit
