Abstract

Bila merujuk kepada berbagai pendapat tentang konsep Islam dan psikologi humanistik ketika berbicara potensi manusia, akan dijumpai beragam pendapat. Pada satu sisi ada yang memandang bahwa konsep yang ditawarkan oleh aliran tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam, sedang di sisi lain memandang bahwa apa yang ditawarkan oleh aliran tersebut bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam. Kelompok pertama, memandang psikologi humanistik mewakili suara Islam. Sementara kelompok yang kedua mengatakan bahwa over optimistik jika menjadikan manusia sebagai penentu tunggal pengembangan sumber daya manusia, sedangkan di dalamnya ada peran Tuhan.Bertitik tolak perbedaan persepsi ahli tentang hal tersebut, studi ini bermaksud memaparkan informasi normatif deskriptif melalui analisis kritis tentang potensi manusia sehingga dapat dipetakan bagaimana konsep pendidikan Islam dan bagaimana pandangan psikologi humanistik. Dengan itu, diharapkan akan jelas sisi mana dari psikologi humanistik yang sesuai dan benar-benar bertentangan dengan sudut pandang Islam, khususnya dalam melihat potensi manusia.Konklusi studi ini adalah, dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, manusia adalah suatu entity yang unik karena memilik potensi melebihi dari makhluk-makhluk yang lain. Salah satu kekhasannya adalah terkait wujudnya yang multi dimensi dan bahkan untuk menciptakannya pernah didialogkan lebih dahulu oleh Allah dengan Malaikat. Sementara mazhab psikologi humanis memandang manusia memiliki kebutuhan serta kecenderungan untuk mengaktualisasikan diri. Kendatipun semua manusia memiliki kemampuan ini, hanya kecil sekali prosentase orang yang berhasil mencapainya.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Pesantren Nurul Haq Semurup. This is a qualitative research. The data sources come from the ustadz and santri of the Pesantren Nurul Haq Semurup, scientific articles and related written documents. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data, the researchers uses the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and verifying or concluding. The results show that the strength of the Pesantren Nurul Haq Semurup lies in the development of Islamic education, general science, life Skills, the strategic location of the pesantren, affordable education costs, and the attached pesantren label. The weaknesses include the fact that Arabic lessons do not have the right teachers, there are no special unique characteristics of the pesantren, they do not study the yellow book directly, and they do not have special standard books that students must master regarding tafaqquh fiddin. The high public interest in learning Islam and the independence of children are opportunities for pesantren to respond well. Meanwhile, the threat comes if it persists in a state where there is no dominant skill as a hallmark that students get after studying at this Pesantren.

Abstract

The tradition of Mamakiah is a form of habit that students from generation carry out to generation to support and assist their lives in carrying out education at Islamic Boarding Schools in the Padang Pariaman area. However, the community sees this tradition as a habit that is equated with beggars and begging. This study uses a descriptive qualitative model to use a field research method (field research). The result of this study is that the mamakiah tradition carried out by the students of the Padang Pariaman Traditional Islamic Boarding School is a form of learning provided by the Pondok to help the cost of living and education students while at the Islamic Boarding School. In addition, this tradition also provides education to students related to Education of Patience, Sincerity, helping each other and providing opportunities for the community to give alms.

Abstract

Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) is a new institution in the Labuhanbatu region established to increase the funds of zakat, infaq, alms and waqf. This study used descriptive qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data sources. There are ten informants selected. They are interviewed to know the ACT strategy of fundraising. This study finds that Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Labuhanbatu's fundraising strategy in increasing the zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf funds is by identifying donors, using fundraising methods (direct and indirect fundraising), managing and maintaining donors, and monitoring and evaluating fundraising. In the first year of establishing the institution, ACT started its movement by expanding its indirect fundraising strategy to form a solid branding and positive image so that ACT Labuhanbatu could quickly adapt and build public trust. ACT already knew some definite donor targets with the previous year's branding activities, and the public was familiar with the institution's activities. This initiated ACT Labuhanbatu to upgrade its strategy by increasing direct fundraising and maximizing the maintenance activities of donors who often make their donations. In addition, ACT has conducted evaluations from both internal and external institutions so that Aksi Cepat Tanggap Labuhanbatu can increase the zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf funds in 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning of the commentators in explaining the verses of Fawatih Al-Suwar using Sighat Amr and Istifham using the Muqaran approach. This research uses qualitative methods in library research (Library Study). The study results can be locked that the control of fakhr al-Razi against the Fawatih al-Suwar verse by using Sighat Amr in the letters of Jin, Al-Alaq and Al-Kafirun. The command of Allah SWT the Prophet Muhammad SAW, storage using sighat istifham in the letters Insan and Al -Maun is an interrogative sentence that means affirmation in Surah Al-Naba’ the sentence means affirmation big news. Then according to Al-Thabari in supervising the verse of Fawatih Al-Suwar by using sighat Amr in the letters of Jin and Al-Alaq meaningfully to the Prophet Muhammad and Al-Kafirun’s letter is a warning order to the murikin. In contrast, sighat istifham in Surah Al-Insan and Al-Maun is an interrogative sentence that means affirmation. In Surah Al-Naba’ it is an interrogative sentence that means enormous news.

Abstract

Islam Nusantara refers to identity and religious character. The archipelago people accept Islam because of the close relationship between Islam and the fundamental cultural values of the Indonesian people. The dialectic of Islam Nusantara can be seen through the characteristics of religion that make it different from the religious patterns in some parts of the world, including showing a moderate attitude. Moderation, a guide for maintaining balance and justice in the nation's unity, can become harmony for religion, culture, and politics. In Islam, moderation is the middle wasatha ummah, namely moderate people who adhere to the principle of the bainiyyah (in between). The research method was library research by making books and library materials about Islam Nusantara a reference and primary source. The research results reported that Islam Nusantara, with its moderation movement, has brought together the universal Islam fundamental values by accumulating local values that make the beauty of religious moderation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesian Islam has its own unique characteristics as it is inseparable from local traditions and has been connected to the role of Indonesian Islamic organizations such as Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. This study observes the religiosity among Indonesian Muslims in Australia, especially in Sydney and Canberra in 2018. By conducting an online survey with 108 respondents, the study found that beside mandatory religiosity, Indonesian Muslims still very often perform nahdliyin-related religious activities such as celebrating halal bi halal, performing selamatan, requesting dua from ustadz, performing tahlilan and commemorating maulid an-Nabi. However, they prefer to pray teraweh with 11 rakaats and only very few respondents chose often and very often for teraweh with 23 rakaats. While most respondents felt being part of Nahdlatul Ulama, very few of them were an active member and a board member in Nahdlatul Ulama or Muhammadiyah. This is very interesting given the current rise of Islamism among Indonesian Muslims in Indonesia and overseas, as well as efforts made by some Indonesian Islamic organizations to spread moderate Islam throughout Western countries.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between state and religion due to polarization and identity politics during Joko Widodo's leadership in Indonesia. The data in this study were collected through media coverage of political events related to religion from 2014 to 2019. The media that became the data source were the online news portals Kompas.com, Tempo.com, Detik.com. The three online news portals were chosen on the basis of their existence being verified and on a national scale. Data were analyzed in four stages; data management, data memoing, description-classification-data interpretation and data visualization. This study finds that the relationship between the state and religion has entered a paradoxical relationship phase, which is indicated by various contradictory policies. This paradox was deliberately built by President Joko Widodo as a way and strategy to build a fantasy of power.

Abstract

Based on the current phenomenon, children are experiencing a crisis of exemplary because the lack of mass media that raises the theme of role models for children, for example the television  are dominated by entertainment programs variations such operas or celebrity gossip which cannot be expected to provide a complete example of life. In this exemplary crisis, the educators are an important basis. Therefore, educators must have high awareness, to be role models in the process of forming children's Islamic character. The results of this study prove that: exemplary in education is an effective method/way in preparing children in terms of morals, mental and social. Psychologically exemplary is applied as a method of Islamic education because basically humans since childhood have had a desire to imitate the movements or behavior of parents, teachers, and the environment. Based on the case parents and teachers have to have exemplary qualities as practiced by the Prophet. such as patience, compassion, morality, tawadhu ', zuhud and fair.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of kahoot media in the Islamic Education Methodology course at the Islamic Education Study Program, IAIN Curup; to determine student learning outcomes in the Islamic Education Methodology course after applying kahoot media in the Curup Islamic Education Study Program; and to determine the effectiveness of the application of kahoot media on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Education Methodology course at the Islamic Education Study Program.The research method is qualitative, and the research subject is a lecturer at IAIN Curup's Islamic Education Institute. Observation, interviews, and documentation are all methods for gathering data. Techniques for data reduction, data analysis, and data conclusionsLecturers must be creative and innovative in their use of media. The use of kahoot media in the classroom revealed numerous benefits and drawbacks. When Kahoot media is used effectively in class, learning objectives can be met. The meaning of the material presented is explained by media kahoot. Learning with this kahoot media makes learning more enjoyable and prevents students from becoming bored while taking difficult-to-understand lessons.
