Abstract

This study analyzes factors influencing occupational safety culture and formulates improvement strategies at PT PLN Indonesia Power Generation Business Unit in South and Central Kalimantan. Using a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS and SWOT analysis, key determinants identified include accident management, OSH participation, regulation awareness, and worker motivation. Supporting factors are PPE use, management commitment, and OSH prioritization, while reporting, training, and monitoring act as systemic reinforcements. Findings show safety programs are well-internalized, indicating that improvements should emphasize leadership, active participation, optimized reporting, and integrated OSH training, supervision, and motivation.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of transformational leadership and work climate on teacher performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable at Al Azhar 56 Islamic School Malang. Using a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS analysis, data were collected from all teachers through questionnaires. Results reveal that both transformational leadership and work climate positively affect performance and motivation. Moreover, work motivation significantly mediates their effect on performance. These findings highlight the importance of inspirational leadership, a supportive work climate, and enhanced motivation in sustainably improving teacher performance in educational settings.

Abstract

Hunger and food insecurity remain key challenges in Southeast Asia. This study analyzes the determinants of the hunger index in Timor Leste, Laos, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Cambodia using panel data from 2011–2019 and dynamic panel estimation via the Generalized Method of Moments. Key variables include past hunger levels, corruption, food security, social protection, poverty, and human capital. Results show strong persistence of hunger and significant effects of all examined variables. The findings underscore the need for integrated policies to improve governance, food systems, social protection, and human capital to effectively combat hunger in the region.

Abstract

This study explores how Parasocial Relationships with influencer Fadil Jaidi affect purchase decisions for Head & Shoulders, mediated by brand credibility and word of mouth. Using a quantitative approach, data from 209 respondents were analyzed via PLS-SEM. Findings reveal Parasocial Relationships significantly influence brand credibility, word of mouth, and purchase decisions. Both mediators also positively affect purchase decisions. These results suggest that influencer closeness fosters trust and positive brand communication. Head & Shoulders should consider engaging relaxed yet authoritative influencers and implement reward-based promotions to boost word-of-mouth engagement and consumer trust.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of organizational commitment and psychological well-being on lecturer performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at private universities in Malang. Using a quantitative survey method, data from 82 lecturers selected via purposive sampling were analyzed with PLS-SEM. Results show that both organizational commitment and psychological well-being significantly influence performance, directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. These findings highlight the role of internal factors in supporting the tridharma of higher education. The study underscores the need for HR policies that enhance commitment, well-being, and satisfaction to drive sustained academic performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of brand image, lifestyle, product quality, and advertising on Generation Z’s purchasing decisions for OMG cosmetics in Purbalingga Regency. Using a quantitative survey approach, data from 125 respondents were collected via questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale. Purposive sampling and the Lemeshow formula determined the sample. SPSS 27 was used for analysis. Results indicate brand image, lifestyle, and advertising significantly influence purchasing decisions. The findings highlight the strategic role of these variables in shaping consumer behavior toward OMG products among Generation Z in Purbalingga.

Abstract

Employees in creative industries often struggle with work–life balance and job satisfaction due to continuous innovation demands. This study investigates the impact of social support on work–life balance, with job satisfaction as a mediator, among employees of PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. Survey data from eligible employees (incidental total sampling) reveal that social support significantly affects job satisfaction (β = 0.514, p < 0.001) and work–life balance (β = 0.568, p < 0.001). Although job satisfaction influences work–life balance (β = 0.251, p = 0.004), its mediating effect is not supported.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial attitude, financial literacy, and lifestyle on the financial management of NTT students studying in Yogyakarta. The research aims to analyze the partial effects of these variables on students’ financial management. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was employed. Data were collected from 100 respondents using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that financial attitude, financial literacy, and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on financial management. The findings imply that strengthening financial knowledge and fostering positive financial attitudes can improve students’ financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of product quality, price, promotion, lifestyle, and brand image on consumers’ purchasing decisions for iPhones in the Calingmas region (Cilacap, Purbalingga, and Banyumas). A quantitative survey was conducted with 130 iPhone users selected through accidental and snowball sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression in SPSS 27. The findings reveal that product quality, price, and brand image significantly affect purchasing decisions, whereas promotion and lifestyle do not. These results highlight the dominant role of functional value and brand strength in shaping consumer decisions.

Abstract

This study develops a conceptual framework of AI-Powered Knowledge Map (KMAP) to address organizational knowledge management challenges. Using a conceptual design through literature synthesis, this study proposes KMAP as an intelligent enterprise hub integrating strategy, processes, capabilities, and organizational learning. The framework consists of ten conceptual pillars that explain AI's role in activating knowledge and bridging the strategy–execution gap. Results imply that AI-KMAP enhances decision quality, supports adaptive learning, and transforms knowledge into performance-oriented organizational intelligence.
