Abstract

This study examines the effect of profitability, intellectual capital, and credit risk on firm value, with institutional ownership as a moderating variable in Indonesian banking companies. Using panel data from 22 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024, the study applies moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results show that profitability and intellectual capital positively affect firm value, while credit risk negatively affects firm value. Institutional ownership strengthens the effect of profitability, weakens the effect of intellectual capital, and does not moderate credit risk. These findings imply that balancing financial performance, intangible assets, and governance mechanisms is essential to enhance sustainable firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inclusive leadership on Generation Z employee performance at PT Bank Sulteng and examine the moderating role of Kaili local culture. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on 39 Gen Z respondents. The results show that inclusive leadership does not significantly affect employee performance, and local cultural internalization does not moderate the relationship. These findings suggest that local cultural values are not yet operationally embedded in organizational work systems. The study implies the importance of contextual inclusive leadership practices and local cultural integration to enhance Gen Z performance in regional banking. Keywords: inclusive leadership, local culture, Kaili values, employee performance, Generation Z, organizational behavior, internalization, banking sector

Abstract

This study examines the impact of influencer credibility, brand image, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on purchase intention for Wardah Facial Wash products on TikTok. Using a quantitative survey of 100 respondents, data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests and multiple linear regression via SPSS. Results show that while all three variables significantly affect purchase intention collectively, only brand image has a positive and significant individual effect. These findings highlight the dominant role of brand image over influencer credibility and e-WOM in shaping consumer purchase decisions in the TikTok marketing context.

Abstract

The banking sector plays a strategic role in Indonesia’s economy, acting as a financial intermediary and driver of poverty reduction. This study examines the relationship between bank credit and poverty levels in both urban and rural areas across Indonesia. Using a descriptive-quantitative method and Spearman Rank Correlation on 2000–2023 BPS data, the findings show a significant negative correlation between bank credit and poverty (Sig. 0.00) in all areas. These results highlight bank credit as a key factor in poverty alleviation, underscoring the need to expand public access to financial services.

Abstract

The rise of digital technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has increased Generation Z’s interest in cryptocurrency investment, despite its high risks. This study analyzes the effects of regret aversion, risk tolerance, and risk perception on investment decisions, with income perception as a moderator. Using SmartPLS 3.0 and 125 respondents, results show no significant effect of psychological factors on investment decisions. Risk perception fails to mediate, and income perception does not moderate the relationships. These findings highlight the limited role of psychological factors, suggesting stronger external influences and the need for enhanced financial psychology literacy and future research on social aspects.
