Abstract

This study examines the effects of electronic payment usage, fintech adoption, financial innovation, financial literacy, and financial vulnerability on financial inclusion among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Using a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 100 MSMEs through purposive sampling and analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression (SPSS 27). The results show that all variables simultaneously influence financial inclusion (R² = 75.1%). Partially, fintech adoption, financial innovation, financial literacy, and financial vulnerability have positive and significant effects. However, electronic payment usage shows a negative coefficient, indicating potential limitations in its effectiveness in promoting broader financial inclusion.

Abstract

Laboratory services are essential for accurate diagnosis and effective public health action, requiring competent and standardized Medical Laboratory Technology Professionals (ATLM). This qualitative study examined competency development among ATLM personnel at 15 Community Health Centers under the Sukabumi City Health Office and developed an integrated competency model. Data were collected through interviews, observations, document review, and focus group discussions, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model with triangulation. Findings revealed strong professional attitudes and motivation but deficiencies in technical skills, quality assurance, laboratory management, and certification. An evidence-based, context-specific competency model is proposed to enhance laboratory quality and public health outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of coaching as a non-classical competency development method for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Sukabumi City Government and proposes an improved coaching-based model. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving policymakers and ASN participants. Although formally introduced in 2019, coaching remains administrative and misaligned with the GROW framework, with unclear goals, limited exploration, coach dominance, and weak follow-up. Consequently, its impact on performance is limited. This study proposes a modified GROW-based model integrating preparation, structured dialogue, and systematic monitoring to enhance sustainable competency development and organizational performance.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital financial literacy in moderating the relationship between risk perception and e-wallet use among MSME actors across generations in Morowali Regency. Using a quantitative survey of 160 respondents analyzed with SEM-PLS and Multi-Group Analysis, the results show that risk perception negatively affects e-wallet use. Digital financial literacy significantly weakens this negative relationship, with the strongest moderating effect found in Generation Z. These findings imply that enhancing digital financial literacy is essential to reducing perceived risks and encouraging inclusive digital payment adoption among MSMEs across generational groups.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of price and promotion on purchase decisions for Wardah cosmetics in Samarinda, with customer loyalty as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative survey of Wardah consumers and PLS-SEM, the results show that price does not significantly influence purchase decisions, whereas promotion has a positive and significant effect. Both price and promotion significantly affect customer loyalty, but loyalty does not significantly influence purchase decisions and does not mediate the effects of price or promotion. These findings indicate that promotional strategies are more critical than pricing strategies in driving Wardah purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of work environment, teamwork, and emotional intelligence on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction, within the Surabaya City Government. The objective is to analyse both direct and indirect relationships among these variables in the context of organizational efficiency policies. A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied using survey data from 156 employees, analysed through Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that work environment and emotional intelligence significantly affect performance, while teamwork influences performance indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction partially mediates all relationships. These findings highlight the importance of contextual and psychological factors in improving public sector performance.
