Abstract

This study addresses challenges in recruitment and selection at PT. Kayika Waskita Indonesia and aims to evaluate how these processes support employee motivation and performance. A qualitative field approach was employed involving 30 informants from management, HR/personnel, operations, and outsourced employees. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed thematically using source triangulation. The findings reveal constraints involving candidate availability, selection time, manual administration, and labor market competition.
