Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan (1) hubungan pemahaman Museum Aceh dengan hasil belajar sejarah pada siswa  SMAN di Kecamatan Kuta Alam; (2) hubungan  kesadaran sejarah dengan hasil belajar sejarah  pada siswa  SMAN di Kecamatan Kuta Alam; dan (3) hubungan antara pemahaman Museum Aceh dan kesadaran sejarah secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar sejarah pada siswa  SMAN di Kecamatan Kuta Alam.            Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa  SMAN di Kecamatan Kuta Alam yang terdiri atas dua sekolah yaitu SMAN 8 Banda Aceh dan SMAN 12 Banda Aceh berjumlah 100 siswa kelas XI IPS.  Ukuran sampel penelitian berjumlah 78 siswa. Ukuran sampel ditentukan berdasarkan Tabel Issac dan Michael. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dan angket. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur variabel pemahaman Museum Aceh dan hasil belajar  sejarah sedangkan angket digunakan untuk mengukur variabel kesadaran sejarah. Uji coba instrumen tes dilakukan untuk tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda dan reliabilitas. Uji coba kuesioner untuk mengetahui uji validitas butirdan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji linieritas. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pemahaman Museum Aceh (X1) dengan hasil  belajar sejarah (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,250 dan nilai 𝞡 value (0,027< 0,05). (2) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kesadaran sejarah (X2) dengan hasil belajar sejarah (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,234 dan nilai 𝞡 value (0,039 <  0,05). (3) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan secara bersama pemahaman Museum Aceh (X1) dan kesadaran sejarah (X2) dengan hasil belajar sejarah (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,317 dan nilai 𝞡 value (0,019 <0,05).

Abstract

This research was conducted from April to June 2016 in SMAN (Noemuti Public Senior High School of Noemuti). This school implemented local wisdom traditional art as teaching material in History subject corresponding to Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP 2006) containing the social-cultural characteristics of local community. This research aimed: (1) to identify the local wisdom values of Kefamenanu community, 2) to find out the historical learning plan based on the local wisdom values of Kefamenanu community, 3) to find out the implementation of historical learning based on the local wisdom values of Kefamenanu community, 4) to find out the evaluation process of history learning based on the local wisdom and nationalism values in SMA Noemuti; and 5) to find out the constraints encountered in the implementation of local wisdom values of Kefamenanu community in History Learning.The method employed in this research was descriptive one with qualitative approach. Technique of analyzing data used was an interactive analysis one encompassing data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. History and local wisdom values taught to the 10th graders of SMAN Noemuti is a preservation of cultural values because the history teacher inspires and motivates the students in order to find out and to understand the values contained in history learning. The results of research showed that: 1) martial dance art was not only a performing art or an entertainment, but it also contained of many moral messages and cultural values. The values contained in local wisdom included: (a) education, (b) religious/sacred, (c) custom/tradition, (d) creativity, (d) social care, and (f) commercial values. 2) In planning the history learning, the teacher referred to curriculum (KTSP 2006) to develop syllabus. Then, it was explained in RPP. 3) The implementation of local wisdom values exerted positive effect in which the students could understand the history of local wisdom development and the values contained within it. 4) The evaluation was emphasized on three aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, 5) the constraints encountered were related to limited time allotment (only 45 minutes/meeting). The alternative way to deal with the constraints was to give the learning material first to the students aiming to make the students able to learn the material taught before the next week meeting.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out the model of learning history which was held at SMA Negeri 4 Serang; 2) developed a model of learning-based history of the uniqueness of the area of Banten Lama toponimi which can boost the historical empathy of students; 3) knowing the effectiveness of model-based learning, the uniqueness of the area of Banten Lama toponimi to incrase historical empathy Senior High School 4 Serang.Research on the development model using a modified Borg and Gall which consists of 3 stages, namely: 1) preliminary studies, 2) model development, and 3) test the effectiveness of the model. The analysis of data used during the development of the descriptive analysis is the analysis of the feasibility of a model based on score criteria, and analysis tests the ability of the historical achievements of historical empathy and empathy learn history through the t-test.Results of the study it was concluded that: 1) model of learning history which was held at SMA Negeri 4 Serang hasn't been able to spur the growth of the social system, the reaction system, the impact of instructional; and support systems that can generate interest and historical empathy of students to understand and feel the situation of events and actions of the agents of history; 2) model-based learning uniqueness toponimi area Banten Lama has successfully developed with local history material characterisitics of holistic learning, cooperative learning, group-based syntax with the investigation and a contextual approach to improving historical empathy of students. Learning the history of the model developed is included in the category of "good" in terms of the results of validation experts.Trial results of implementation through the research methods class act showed improved models showed a significant increase in exploring historical empathy of students; 3) model-based learning, the uniqueness of the effective area of Banten Lama toponimi increase historical empathy based on results of testing gain score historical empathy experiment class and grade control, namely: the difference in score between pre-test with post-test Classroom experiments (M = 22,4250) have higher changes than the class control (M = 9,0500) and gain score achievement learning classroom experiments (M = 20,3500) have higher changes than the class control (M = 5,4500).

Abstract

The paradigm of learning at the school who just explore the science of Islam have now been displaced. It is characterized by the establishment of formal schools within the scope of the boarding school, so changing the paradigm of a typical boarding school to become an institution. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, and constraints in the learning process in the history of class X SMA Al-Muayyad Surakarta.Methods: Penelitianini a qualitative descriptive research with case study research strategy. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and document analysis. The sampling technique purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using interactive model by HB Sutopo.Results: 1) The teacher makes the planning and teaching of history with a good device and adjust the conditions, situations and needs of students; 2) in the implementation of the teaching of history, teachers tend to be less creative and overly dominate the learning process by simply using the lecture method; 3) in the teacher evaluation process using two evaluation techniques, namely formative assessment and summative assessment; 4) problems were found during the learning process includes three aspects, namely from the aspect of students, teachers aspects, and metode.5) recommended the integration between learning history by considering the diversity and multicultural learning ethnic background of students who are spread throughout the archipelago.Implications: Learning history in high school Al-Muayyad role in shaping national identity, intellectual identity and Islamic identity of the student or students. So that graduates produced boarding Al-Muayyad can continue to maintain the identity of the school and transform Ahlusunnah wal Jamaat Islamic characteristics to all levels of society to keep the Homeland of the threat of national disintegration.

Abstract

Abstrack        This article discusses about the relevance of local history and  lcritical thinking skills. Learning history today experiences many fundamental problems, including a lack of critical thinking skills. Which ultimately impact on learning that is boring, and not interesting. Though history learning should emphasize the learning process on philosophical and scientific meaning. Because learning history is not just a learning, but also a scientific discipline. Integrating local history into history learning is intended to enhance the analytical abilities and critical abilities of students in identifying local events where they live. The method used in writing this is the literature review method.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) Menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran sejarah di SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sukoharjo, 2) Mengembangkan media pembelajaran sejarah berbasis nilai-nilai tradisi kirab kebo 1 Suro untuk meningkatkan ketahanan budaya lokal siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sukoharjo, 3) Menguji efektivitas media pembelajaran sejarah berbasis nilai-nilai tradisi kirab kebo 1 Suro untuk meningkatkan ketahanan budaya lokal siswa SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Sukoharjo            Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan tahap sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian, yaitu 1) Tahap penelitian pendahuluan, terdapat eksplorasi yang menyangkut kegiatan studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan untuk menetapkan tujuan sehingga selanjutnya dilakukan penyusunan draf ( propotype ) berdasarkan permasalahan, kebutuhan guru dan siswa. Temuan selanjutnya didiskusikan dengan guru, 2) Tahap pengembangan, dalam tahap ini hasil temuan yang  telah didiskusikan dengan guru maka selanjutnya penyusunan propotype bahan ajar yang kemudian dilakukan beberapa hal, yaitu : (a) Expert juggement ( koreksi oleh tim ahli ), (b) Uji terbatas dan perbaikan ( uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba kelompok besar ), dan (c) Uji luas dan perbaikan draf awal sebagai validasi hingga propotype dinyatakan layak dan siap diekperimenkan pada tahap selanjutnya. 3) Tahap uji keefektifan dengan melakukan eksperimen untuk menguji keefektifan propotype yang disusun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Ak di SMK Negeri 3 Sukoharjo dan SMK Negeri 6 Sukoharjo. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Angket sebelumnya diuji cobakan dan diuji validitas serta diuji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan uji t            Pernyataan tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkanan analisis menggunakan uji t. Dari hasil uji t 2,2 > 1,96 = t tabel maka ditarik keputusan uji H0 ditolak dan itu artinya dua kelompok memiliki sikap ketahanan budaya lokal yang tidak sama. Uraian tersebut membuktikan bahwa produk media pembelajaran sejarah menggunakan audiovisual yang dikembangkan efektif untuk meningkatkan ketahanan budaya lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether the model application of Discovery Learning through visiting historical places can increase historical consciousness and learning acchievement of students  class XI IPS 1 SMANegeri 1 Wuryantoro, Wonogiri  in 2015/2016 academic year.This research method is a Classroom Action Research consists of three cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research subyect was class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri Wuryantoro, Wonogiri as many as 26 students. The data collection technique used tests, observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the analysis techniques of descriptive qualitative.The results of the research showed based on test results, obtained historical conciousness of  students on the first cycle with an average value of 73.58 and classical passing grade 61,53%, the second cycle with an average value of 74.62 and classical passing grade 73,07%, and the third cycle  with an average of 77.45 and classical passing grade 92,31%. While the students’ learning achievements obtained  in the first cycle with an average value of 73.58 and classical passing grade 51,85%, the second cycle with an average value of 76.65 and classical passing grade 76,92%, the third cycle with the average value at 80.23 with the achievement of 88,40% passing grade . The application of  discovery learning model through visiting historical places can increase historical consciousness and learning achievement of students.
