Abstract

Dissemination is a group of people or individuals who can obtain information through an activity, thus causing awareness and acceptance so that the information can be utilized. This study aims to determine the dissemination program implemented by the Department of Information Communication and Encryption in improving information services to the community in Bone Regency, using qualitative descriptive research methods. The research data was obtained by using interview, observation and documentation studies. Furthermore, data analysis techniques, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that, face to face contact, carry out socialization; by telephone, carrying out the “Hallo Bone” program; by Post, publish brochures and pamphlets as a medium for disseminating information; by Display, placing banners and billboards in certain places within the Bone Regency area; Selective dissemination of information, releasing android-based information service applications; publication publishes an information bulletin; media that is carried out using newspapers/newspapers, website www.bone.go.i, local Radio Suara Bone Adat, Matajang Local Television, and Facebook and Instagram Social Media.

Abstract

Teachers' teaching creativity relates to designing and preparing teaching materials/subject materials, managing classes, using varied methods, utilizing media, to developing evaluation instruments. This study aims to determine the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department  at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive type of research. The informants in this study were 7 people using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusions, and withdrawal/verification. The results showed that the creativity of teaching teachers in the Office Administration Automation Department at SMK Nurul Qalam Makassar was in the Effective category. Judging from the aspect of formulating learning objectives well, Having companion books for students, Choosing learning methods, Creating/using teaching aids media.

Abstract

Admission of new students aims to ensure the acceptance of new students runs objectively, accountably, transparently, and without discrimination so as to encourage increased access to educational services. This study aims to determine the implementation of the acceptance of new zoning system students in the city of Tarakan in 2017. This study is a qualitative study, supporting instruments in this study are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and document study guidelines. The main informants in this study were the Head of the Education Officer, the Head of the Education Officer, the Head of the UPT High School in North Kalimantan Province, the Head of the High School Supervisor of North Kalimantan Province. While the usual informants in this study were all the heads of UPT Education in Tarakan City Regency and other parties who were considered to know the problems in this study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it was found that using a computerized system that determines the amount of quota through the poor family path, achievement path, reionization path, regular track, and out of town path.

Abstract

An organization, to improve employee performance depends on the leadership style itself. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on employee performance at the Watang Sawitto District Office, Pinrang Regency. This research is quantitative research that shows a causal relationship. The population in this study was 31. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using percentages and inferential statistical analysis using data normality tests, product-moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the democratic leadership style at the Watang Sawitto District office, Pinrang Regency was in the very good category in terms of decisions made together, respecting the potential of subordinates, listening to criticism, suggestions, and opinions from subordinates, and cooperating with subordinates. Meanwhile, employee performance is in the very good category in terms of service orientation, commitment, work initiative, cooperation, and leadership. Based on simple linear regression analysis, it shows that democratic leadership style influences employee performance. This research can be used as a reference that focuses on the democratic leadership style on employee performance because the previous research focused on employee work motivation.

Abstract

The concept of independent learning has been echoed and realized in the management of education in Indonesia, especially now that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected almost all aspects of human life. This research is intended to examine and analyze related to the application of learning from school. The type of research used is a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation review. The data analysis technique was carried out by descriptive analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that in distance learning (PJJ) or online but in its implementation there are still polemics or challenges experienced by teachers including; lack of online teaching skills, lack of Learning Facilities, lack of teacher interaction with students. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the ability of teachers in the implementation of online learning through workshops and the provision of assistance for learning facilities in the form of smartphones for the underprivileged.

Abstract

Computer and internet technology encourage learners' autonomy by allowing them to choose the time, place, and circumstances conducive to learning. The application of digital technology has meaningful connections with developing students' learning autonomy and promoting their skills independently. This research aimed to present meaningful information for the readers about the effectiveness of digital technology in promoting students' autonomous learning by answering the two research questions; what kinds of digital technology's characteristics, and which digital technology condition effectively promotes students' autonomous learning. The Simple Literature Review includes seven articles selected from 19 articles in Google scholar, 1.215 articles in Science direct, and four articles in Sinta (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6). The reviewed articles indicated seven apps; Schoology, Multimedia-assisted Instruction (MAI), Information Communication Technologies (ICTs), Memrises, Quizlet, Socrative, Sli-do, and Three-Dimensional (3D). The virtual environments allow students to promote their autonomous learning in such conditions as long-distance learning, classroom learning activities, and self-training activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of attendance (fingerprint) in improving employee discipline at the CV Hikayat Cipta Semesta office. This study uses a quantitative research type where there are two variables, namely fingerprint attendance and works motivation as independent variables and employee discipline as the dependent variable, using data sources including primary, secondary, population, and sample data. . Data collection methods used are interviews, distributing questionnaires to several respondents and documenting data or variables in the form of notes, and so on. As well as using measuring tools in the form of validity and reliability to see the validity and reliability of the research results in Cronbach alpha, then using data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis methods which are used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and simultaneously, namely the fingerprint attendance variable. From the results of this study, it was seen partially with the T-test that fingerprint attendance did not significantly affect employee discipline at CV Hikayat Cipta Semesta, while the work motivation variable had a significant effect on employee discipline at CV Hikayat Cipta Semesta. Furthermore, the simultaneous influence test with the F test, shows that fingerprint attendance and work motivation have a significant effect on employee discipline. From the results of this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for all parties, especially in improving employee discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Ambassador on Buying Interest at Lazada. This study uses quantitative methods. The variables that are connected in this study are Brand Ambassador (X) and Purchase Interest (Y). Sources of data used consist of primary data, population observations and samples in this study are consumers. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS 26. The results obtained from this research indicate that partially brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on buying interest at Lazada. Brand ambassador variable has a strong influence. The Adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.489. It can be said that the contribution of the brand ambassador to the purchase intention variable is significant

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital, firm size, and leverage on profitability in poultry industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2020. The analysis used in this study uses a fixed effect model with panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Intellectual Capital had no significant effect on profitability. Company size has a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Leverage (DER) has a negative and significant effect on changes in Profitability (ROA) of Intellectual Capital (VAIC), Firm Size (FSZ) and Leverage (DER) together have a positive and significant effect on changes in Profitability (ROA) in listed Poultry Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2012-2020. The coefficient of determination shows the result of 81.36%.

Abstract

Excellent service is closely related to the service business which is carried out in an effort to provide a sense of satisfaction and foster trust in customers or consumers. This study aims to determine the description of excellent service from the A6 aspect in Grapari Makassar. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study to provide an in-depth picture of excellent service in terms of A6. The informants in this study were five randomly selected customers, and one customer service. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and observation. The data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the excellent service from the A6 aspect has been carried out very well
