Graves' ophthalmopathy is an autoimmune disease with major involvement in extraocular and orbital muscles. Graves' ophthalmopathy is one of the most common extrathyroid symptoms in Graves' disease. This review aims to provide the latest reference on graves ophthalmopathy, including the diagnosis approach and appropriate management to provide an understanding so that it can reduce the incidence of worsening of the condition in the future. Literature searches were conducted using databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar in the period 2020-2024 with the keywords "Graves Ophthalmopathy", "Thyroid Eye Disease", "Diagnosis" and "Treatment". The diagnosis of ophthalmopathy can be established if there is immune-related thyroid dysfunction, signs of abnormalities in the eyes and radiological evidence of fusiform enlargement of the tendons in one or more extraocular muscles. The classification of OG can be based on clinical activity and severity. Treatment of OG can be done based on the severity so that treatment from the beginning must be carried out immediately to avoid severe severity that can threaten vision.

This research is about the juridical analysis of the proof of transfer pricing disputes with an example of the case of the Tax Court decision No.Put.74576/PP/M.IB/15/2016. The ruling granted an appeal filed by PT HI, a foreign investment company from Japan. Transfer Pricing or TP occurs in transactions involving "Taxpayers with parties who have a special relationship" (affiliates) based on Article 18 of the Income Tax Law. Taxpayers with affiliated transactions are required to fill in the information and method of testing TP on the Corporate Income Tax Return based on TP documentation. In the case of PT HI, the Director General of Taxes checks import purchase transactions from affiliates using the method listed in the Corporate Income Tax Return of PT HI. PT HI fills in the information of affiliate transactions in the Corporate Income Tax Return not based on TP documentation. PT HI makes TP documentation, and submits it to the tax office during the objection process. At the objection stage, the DGT rejected the objection submitted by PT HI. PT HI then appealed to the Tax Court. In its decision, the Tax Court granted the appeal and canceled the DGT's correction to the import purchase cost. This study aims to find out and analyze the efforts of the Panel of Judges at the Tax Court to obtain material truth in making decisions by referring to the theory of free proof. This study uses a normative juridical research method because it focuses on literature research which essentially examines legal principles, legal systematics, and legal synchronization by analyzing them. The results of the study show that the Tax Court with the principle of free proof obtains material truth by digging up legal facts from affiliate transactions.

High labour turnover rates in the health care sector are a major concern for human resource management. This phenomenon has an impact on the quality of health services, the workload for the remaining staff, and the cost of recruiting and training employees, so it is necessary to understand the factors that cause it. Therefore, this quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of burnout, work engagement, and job security on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction in nursing staff using a cross-sectional approach. Purposive sampling was used to select 129 health workers in a private hospital in Jakarta. Data collected through online questionnaires were analyzed using the PLS-SEM analysis method. The results showed that burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention as indicated by the T-statistic value >1.96 and P-value <0.05, while work engagement, job security, and job satisfaction have no effect on turnover intention with a T-statistic value <1.96 and P-value>0.05. In addition, job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between burnout, work engagement, and job security. This finding has practical implications, namely that hospital management HR professionals must be able to overcome burnout conditions among clerical staff at XYZ Jakarta Hospital. This is because from the results of this study, burnout is proven to be one of the factors that can affect the high and low turnover intention among nursing staff.

Highway infrastructure development faces significant challenges due to unstable soil conditions, which can lead to ground settlement and structural failures. One effective soil improvement method is Deep Soil Mixing (DSM), which integrates native soil with binding materials like cement to enhance load-bearing capacity. This study aims to analyze the influence of cement composition and curing duration on Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS) in the DSM method and examine the correlation between soil parameters and stabilization outcomes. The tests were conducted with cement variations of 175 kg/m³ and 200 kg/m³ and curing durations of 7, 14, and 28 days. The results indicate that increasing cement composition significantly enhances UCS, with the 200 kg/m³ composition achieving the highest UCS of 2.10 MPa at 28 days. Additionally, UCS values from full-scale DSM work exhibited an increasing trend with curing time, with STA 17+450 recording the highest value of 2.47 MPa. Correlation analysis revealed that qc values from cone penetration tests positively correlated with UCS, whereas Plasticity Index (PI) and Fine Content showed negative correlations. Thus, DSM has proven to be an effective technique for stabilizing soft soils, and understanding soil characteristics plays a crucial role in optimizing this stabilization process.
