THE EFFORTS TO INCREASE ADOLESCENT KNOWLEDGE OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH THROUGH LIFE SKILL EDUCATION TRAINING. The internet will make adolescent easier to access information needs and carry out productive activities based on technology; on the other hand it will be backfiring when used to access some things that are counterproductive. Life skill education training for adolescent reproductive health is an effort to improve adolescent skills in self-management in facing and solving reproductive health problems they faced. The method used is a theoretical approach and practice through case studies and role play. Reproductive health life skill education training can have an impact on increasing adolescent reproductive health knowledge even though it has little impact.The conclusion of the activity was life skill education training for adolescent reproductive health in the PIK-KRR ABC group in XYZ Village, Bantul District can increase teenage knowledge, although not significantly due to the small number of trainees. This is an evaluation of the service team to collaborate with other youth groups in providing reproductive health education.

BUSINESS BRANDING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT CANTEEN OF THE INDEPENDENT BUSINESS UNIT HEAD OF MUHAMMADIYAH YOUTH BRANCH OF KASIHAN, BANTUL. The Head of the Muhammadiyah Kasihan Youth Branch (PCPM Kasihan) is one of Muhammadiyah's autonomous organizations. Muhammadiyah Youth became the hope of Muhammadiyah as the successor of the movement which was expected to have expertise and independence so that later it would become a qualified successor and master all fields that became the pillars of Muhammadiyah, including the pillars in the economic field. PCPM Kasihan is actually an autonomous organizations that is quite active and developing in the Pity branch especially in the management of organizations, except that the productive economic sector has not been touched, even though the field needs to be developed to create organizational independence. Based on these problems, the idea emerged to establish a canteen as an independent PCPM Kasihan business unit engaged in the economy. For the initial establishment of a business unit, proper branding planning is needed in order to be able to attract consumers. In addition, knowledge related to financial management is also needed so that the income and expenditure of the funds obtained can be controlled. Therefore, the method used in this PKM is by facilitating the making of branding for marketing strategies as well as training and mentoring in carrying out planning, financial recording and financial reporting. The implementation of this service resulted in the initial branding for business establishments in the form of neon boxes and container boxes. While the implementation of service for the management aspects, namely training and assistance in financial records needed in running a business later.

ENHANCING USER CREATIVITY WITH MS-WORD AND CANOFILE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF MASS LETTER DOCUMENTS FOR TEENAGE TEACHERS AND SANTRI OF TPQ NURUL HUDA SUNTER MUARA, JAKARTA UTARA. The conditions that are seen today, many small agencies at this time so easily become worse because of data processing constraints that are not or have not yet adapted to technological advances resulting in very rapid setbacks, because they are unable to keep up with technological trends. even middle and upper agencies can experience the same thing that will experience a downturn. Thus the implementation of this community service provides solutions for small institutions such as TPQ Nurul Huda Sunter Muara to be able to adjust to wrestling about computer technology, especially in word and database Canofile applications. Starting from the results of the free test process, it was seen that on average many did not know it, after going through this training process with high enthusiasm and enthusiasm, participants were asked to return to fill in the instrumentation in the form of a questionnaire as a barometer post test and the results were processed using the Direct Rating Method, which is processed mathematically, by using five variables and ten indicator questions. The results obtained and processed using a combination of these two applications, given good results seen from the graphic display with an average weight is 4.61 and 76.93. Thus, through computer training activities which are bridged in the form of community service, it can be said that there is an increase in good learning outcomes, although there are still psychomotor variables that must be improved, so that these psychomotor variables require routine and continuous treatment.

MOSQUE-BASED ZAKAT EMPOWERMENT TRAINING TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY ECONOMY IN GORONTALO CITY. The empowerment of Zakat applied so far has been focused more on zakat which is consumptive and sometimes lacks the target and is effective for the recipient of zakat. The purpose of this dedication activity is to optimize the empowerment of zakat which is more productive in a mosque-based manner. The implementation method used is a combination of socialization and training. The results obtained from this training are knowledge about community economic empowerment by using zakat instruments for the community and more specifically mosque management which includes the formation of zakat collection units, administrative management and effective distribution of zakat for zakat mustahik.

TRAINING OF WEB BASED STUDENT ASSESSMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR TEACHER GROUP OF RUMAH QUR’ANI IMAM BUKHARI IN GOWA REGENCY, SOUTH SULAWESI. The activities of the student assessment system at the Rumah Qur’ani Imam Bukhari (RQIB) of Gowa Regency are still conventional. Students also have to wait a long time to find out their grades. Because they have to wait for the homeroom teacher to distribute the daily test papers and assignments students. Therefore, the lecturer team offers solutions including providing counseling for RQIB partners on student assessment information systems, providing simulations about implementing online-based student assessment information systems in processing final grade data, and activating an assessment information system site students at partner schools. The target achieved from this community service activity is that the RQIB student assessment system service site has been activated. Then the counseling and simulation systems have been implemented for teacher group partners. So that, it can help partners quickly and easily to manage student final grade data.

TRAINING ON OPERATION OF CNC MACHINES BASED ON SWANSOFT SIMULATOR TO MACHINING TECHNIQUE STUDENTS IN SERANG CITY. The CNC machine operation is a potential part that students must master. The limited availability of CNC machines and learning that only prioritizes theory are issues that need to be anticipated. Efforts are being made to provide training in the operation of CNC machines assisted by swansoft simulator software to students. The purpose of this training is to provide stimulation and find out students' responses from CNC machine training assisted by swansoft simulator software. This training activity was attended by 51 students from SMK Agriculture and SMK PGRI 1 in Serang City on machining technique with a simulation model. Retrieval of data used in the questionnaire. This dedication activity produces training that can provide stimulation to master CNC machines by using a swansoft simulator. This is following the response of students who agree with the existence of CNC machine operation training activities assisted by swansoft simulator software so that it helps students to improve their competency in mastering CNC machines.

BUSINESS MODEL CANVASS SOCIALIZATION FOR DEVELOPING MELINJO CHIPS BUSINESS IN TEGALWANGI VILLAGE, MENES DISTRICT, PANDEGLANG REGENCY. Pandeglang Regency is an agropolitan area in Banten Province. Melinjo agricultural land area has the largest land area in this area, which is 1250 Ha. The large area of melinjo agricultural land is very supportive of the emping (chips) melinjo production business, especially in the District of Menes which has been designated as an Agropolitan area by the Government of Pandeglang Regency with the main income of emping melinjo. Entrepreneurs of emping melinjo can produce and sell 1-2 tons of emping melinjo every month. However, it still needs to be developed emping melinjo business based on the result analysis of business model canvas. The results of the analysis are conveyed through socialization to emping melinjo producent in Tegalwangi Village so that producents can develop their businesses more.

IMPROVEMENT OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE COMPETENCE OF SMAN 11 PANDEGLANG STUDENTS THROUGH “HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH CONFIDENTLY” ENGLISH TRAINING. Confidence is the key of success in education. Armed with confidence, every student could certainly develop into a human with a good character. Student who are confident will be able to accept himself, ready to accept the challenge in the sense of want to try something new even though aware that the possibility of one must have and tend to be more succesful in doing what he want. The objective of this community service activity is to provide scientific assistance to the students of SMAN 11 Pandeglang Banten in learning English,especially how to speak English confidently. The community service activity was carried out in the form of short training with members of 40 students held in the hall of SMAN 11 Pandeglang Banten. The method used in this community service activity is lecturing, drilling, questioning and practicing. Based on observation during this community service activity, several results were obtained. The result of this community service activity are increased insight of students of SMAN 11 Pandeglang Banten on speaking english confidently. The students in SMAN 11 Pandeglang Banten can speak fluently, dare to ask and declare in front of the class.

OPTIMIZATION OF TOURISM CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT THROUGH VIDEO PRODUCTION OF TOURISM VILLAGE PROMOTION. West Nusa Tenggara has set the tourism sector become one of the backbone of regional development. NTB Province government also sets the growth target of the tourism industry to increase annually. For 2018, NTB has set a target of tourist arrivals reaching up to 4 million tourists. Various improvements were made, especially in the fields of infrastructure and accessibility in this region, as well as tourism promotion programs. The regional government certainly has allocated a budget for tourism promotions, but tourism promotions will not only be effective if it is carried out by the government alone. The community needs to participate in this tourism promotion effort. This Community Service Program offers tourism promotion efforts with participatory concepts carried out by youth who are members of the Pemuda Rinjani Mandiri (Prima) tourism awareness group. The hope is that promotional efforts can be carried out in accordance with the potential and values of local wisdom that live in the community. One of the promotional efforts that will be carried out is through the production of promotional videos for Lantan Tourism Village which will be the product of this community empowerment program.

SOCIAL MEDIA LITERACY FOR MILLENNIALS IN PROMOTING TOURISM IN POST-EARTHQUAKE LOMBOK IN AUGUST 2018. After the earthquake in Lombok in August 2018 there was a significant decline in the number of tourists. The decline in the number of visits has an impact on the potential of NTB Province's original income as well as the growth of the economic sector which is supported by tourism activities. This is caused by the amount of hoax information that appears in various media, especially social media. Various information on this hoax makes tourists fail to come to Lombok because they feel worried, anxious and afraid if aftershocks occur. The fact is that there was a small earthquake several times after August but it was not significant and did not cause damage like last August 2018. Lombok is currently declared safe, but various news related to Lombok are not completely clear of the theme of disaster. The behavior of netizens, especially millennials, is not yet fully conditioned and supports the promotion of Lombok tourism, especially in the promotion of post-earthquake events. Many do things they shouldn't do and lead to negative content. For this reason, social media literacy is needed, especially for millennials in promoting Lombok tourism after the 2018 earthquake in August, considering millennials are the most active and responsive in social media.
