COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT RELATED TO WASTE WITH 3R PRINCIPLES IN THE JIMBARAN TRADITIONAL VILLAGE BEACH AREA. The traditional village of Jimbaran is a village located in a coastal area. Jimbaran beach is a tourist destination that has strategic potential and attracts tourists to come to visit. The rapid development of the tourism sector has caused various problems, such as environmental pollution due to waste. Plastic waste is the most common waste. This community service aims to provide a little information and knowledge to the community about how to manage waste with the 3R (Reduce, Reuse dan Recycle) principle to create a clean coastal environment and natural conservationt.

TRAINING ON DEVELOPING INDONESIAN LANGUAGE EVALUATION INSTRUMENTS BASED ON 21ST CENTURY SKILLS VALUES. This article aims to describe the training activities for the preparation of an evaluation instrument based on 21st century skill values for teachers of SDN Gandaria Selatan 01 Jakarta Selatan. An evaluation instrument based on 21st century skills values is an evaluation instrument developed based on the development of critical thinking, creative-innovative, collaborative, and communicative. The procedure used in this training activity is to use the pedagogical model of the genre, namely through the activities of building context, examining models, constructing together, and constructing independently. The technical evaluation instrument preparation was carried out using google assessment media. This training activity was able to improve the professional competence of teachers at SDN Gandaria Selatan 01 Jakarta Selatan in developing evaluation instruments based on 21st century skill values.

LEARNING ASSISTANCE FOR PYTHAGOREAN FORMULAS USING COLORED PAPER FOR NURUL JADID MİDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS. The pandemic caused limited teaching and learning activities in schools, including for the eighth grade students of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. To help them in understanding the Pythagorean formula, it is proposed learning assistance in this community service. So far, students only know the Pythagorean formula without knowing the proof. Therefore, through this learning assistance, the students be able to construct the Pythagorean formula with two geometric proofs independently using colored paper media. In the implementation of this community service, all students succeeded in putting together the triangles, filliing the greatest square by using the pieces of smaller squares, construct Pythagorean formula based on the arrangement of the triangles and squares, and mention the formula. In addition, the use of colored paper as a learning media makes the learning atmosphere more effective and fun.

GENERATING ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT FOR STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN CAMPUS LIFE INTRODUCTION FOR NEW STUDENTS (PKKMB) OF SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU EKONOMI BIMA. Higher education is a place to continue higher education, so adaptive, creative and innovative breakthroughs are needed to attract fresh gradations for the development of science to fulfill the study of prospective new students in the transition phase to become more mature and self-sufficient and accelerate the process of adapting students to the environment. new students and provisions for the success of studying at STIE Bima so that an Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) is needed with the aim of forming and realizing the character of superior, independent and responsible students. Therefore, tertiary institutions have an important role in producing quality graduates that can be used by stakeholders, the initial stimulus carried out by the Bima College of Economics (STIE) in producing complete human resources, namely by entrepreneurial exploration in PKKMB STIE Bima activities. fostering an entrepreneurial spirit for new students who do not yet have soft skills, knowledge and business skills. Participatory activity approach with the method of transferring knowledge from lecturers through the provision of PKKMB materials, observation and interviews with several informants during the entrepreneurship bazaar. The results showed that PKKMB participants were aware of business opportunities, were communicative and were confident when promoting their products during the bazaar.

CAREER WEBINAR: CHOOSE THE RIGHT STUDY PROGRAM FOR TODAY’S JOB TRENDS. The Webinar this time is an activity of the Community Service Team from UPH Business School to Harapan Utama High School, Batam. Based on the results of discussions regarding training needs with related parties, this PKM was carried out with the aim of providing training on choosing majors in higher education for students. With the implementation of this PKM, it is hoped that it can encourage and contribute to the development of knowledge and understanding for students regarding how to choose majors and contemporary work trends that suit their interests and talents and how to prepare themselves to include planning and how to study properly to succeed in the future.

INCREASING THE CAPACITY OF VILLAGE COMMUNITIES ON PLASTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT IN THE TOURISM VILLAGE OF SUAK, SIDOMULYO DISTRICT, SOUTH LAMPUNG REGENCY. Based on the situation analysis, the partners identified problems as follows: (1). The problem of plastic waste is still relatively high, so plastic waste management activities are needed to reduce negative impacts, (2). The condition of the community's knowledge capacity as the manager of village tourism in managing plastic waste has not been well identified, (3). The role of village tourism management groups in managing plastic waste is not yet fully optimal. Training and outreach are solutions provided to the target group, in this case the village community group in Suak Village. In the training, knowledge and ways to identify types of plastic waste are provided, select and identify potential plastic waste into various processed products. In practice, several methods are used, namely: (1) lectures, and (2) questions and answers to further improve the training participants' understanding of the material presented. From the activities that have been carried out, the following conclusions are drawn: (1). In the aspect of training implementation achievement, it is known that the training process is in a good category where the target number of training participants is achieved, the training objectives achieved, the material targets that have been planned and the participants' ability to master the material is in the good category, (2). In terms of changes in the knowledge of the imaginary group, it is known that there has been a change in the degree of an average of 20.5%, where the three indicators used have also increased in the range of 15.4% to 23.1%.

TRAINING ON MAKING KOMBUCHA IMMUNOMODULATORY DRINK TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMY OF THE COMMUNITY OF MAJAU AND KADUDAMPIT VILLAGES, SAKETI DISTRICT, PANDEGLANG REGENCY, BANTEN IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA. Immunomodulatory drink are in great demand and needed by people in the new normal era. One such drink is kombucha. Kombucha is a drink from bioprocess technology that is fermented using microbes, namely a combination of bacteria and yeast as the initial culture. Many activities that support the health aspects of the new normal have been carried out. However, health activities that support economic aspects have never been implemented during this new normal period, especially in Majau and Kadudampit Villages. The purpose of this activity was as a means of socialization and training for the manufacture of fermented kombucha drinks which can be used as an immune enhancer but also commercialized, especially to improve the economic sector of the community. The method used includes preparation of the training venue, filling in participant attendance and questionnaires, opening training events, implementing and training in making kombucha drinks with various stages, namely the stages of making kombucha, the kombucha fermentation process, the kombucha harvest process, and the dosage and how to consume kombucha. Based on the results of training activities both carried out in Majau and Kadudampit Villages showed that information on the use of kombucha in increasing immunity and the economy in the new normal era was largely unknown to the people in the two villages. This was because people were more familiar with other fermented products, namely yogurt and yakult.

ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF COMMUNITY SATISFACTION ON THE APPLICATION OF MICRO-HYDRO GENERATORS AS A SOURCE OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY IN BATU SAENG, LAMPUNG. Generator-Micro hydro is a very important component for hydroelectric power in meeting the electricity needs of the community. Batu Saeng is one of the areas in Lampung Province that still lacks electricity. The people there are always hydropower. However, based on a team survey, several components are no longer suitable for use, one of which is a generator. This old generator with a capacity of 8000 watts has been used by the people of Batu Saeng, but its condition is currently rusty, almost burnt, and is no longer suitable for use. This condition is due to economic problems that make it impossible to replace micro-hydro plants. Therefore, the community service team helped replace a newer generator with a larger capacity of 10,000 watts. A 10,000 watt micro hydro power plant has supplied electricity to 20 houses in Batu Saeng. The community service team also obtained data from the community satisfaction survey on the application of the 10,000 watt micro hydro generator. The scope consists of administration, procedures, communication, engineering, and generating equipment. The analysis results show that 100% of the people are very satisfied with the implementation of the micro hydro generator by the service team.

MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD THROUGH SHARING SESSION PROGRAM “QUARTER-LIFE CRISIS” FOR 20 YEARS OLD ADOLESCENT. The Covid-19 pandemic is threatening physical health and affects a person’s psychological health (mental health). The pandemic period is one of the causes of mental crises in society, especially among adolescents, such as parents’ economic pressures that are affected by the Covid-19, excessive anxiety due to negative news related to Covid-19 from various social media, fear and worries about the future due to Covid-19 crisis, difficulty sleeping due to long duration of self-quarantine, emotional feelings that they cannot control, and many more problems. The mentality faced by teenagers during this Covid-19 pandemic is usually faced by late adolescents who will enter the phase towards early adulthood. The mental crisis of adolescents is known as a Quarter-Life Crisis. Therefore, mental health education or counseling is needed to be carried out for adolescents. In this paper, we report a sharing session program with the topic of “The impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on mental health and Quarter-Life Crisis” which is held on the Zoom meeting platform (December 21, 2020). This sharing session invited the professional/certified hypnotherapists and was attended by an audience of teenagers aged 20-23 who came from various regions in West Java. The results showed that most participants responded positively because the program was helpful, the topic was interesting, and the contents (sharing session materiasl) were according to what they needed.

APPLICATION OF MACHINE TECHNOLOGY FOR MAKING GRILLED CHICKEN MEATBALSS IN KARANG ANYAR VILLAGE, EAST LAMPUNG. The business of craftsmen for grilled chicken meatball sticks from bamboo continues to grow along with the number of meatballs stick sellers in Karang Anyar Village, East Lampung. However, the tools used to produce grilled chicken meatball skewers are still very simple and require a long time to produce grilled chicken meatball skewers with good quantity and quality. Therefore, the service team provides a solution for the application of machine technology for making grilled chicken meatball skewers that are more modern and able to increase the quantity of grilled chicken meatball skewers in a faster time. The solution offered is in the form of new technology with a mechanical pattern system that saves more energy, costs and production time. The program stages begin with service planning, implementation of service by assembling tools, applying tools to the target community, analyzing results, and evaluating the program. The results obtained from this program are the 3 in 1 grilled chicken meatball skewer which is implemented by the people of Karang Anyar Village, East Lampung, thereby increasing the quality and quantity of the grilled chicken meatball sticks produced. This program was also published on two social media. It is hoped that in the future this program can continue to apply the technology of grilled chicken meatball skewers in various potential communities.
