ORGANIC WASTE MANAGEMENT TRAINING WITH SMART SENSORS FOR OFFICE BOY. Organic waste is a type of waste that can cause pollution both in the air and in the soil environment. Based on observations in the field, organic waste is only disposed of in the trash and mixed with inorganic waste before being carried by a garbage truck. So, an alternative solution is needed, namely training in organic waste management with smart sensors for Office Boy (OB) in the FKIP Untirta environment. The aim of this community service activity is to train OB in making trash bins with smart sensors and processing organic waste to become economically valuable products. The results of this recycling can be used as fertilizer for plants in the FKIP Untirta environment so that it supports the concept of Untirta's Green Campus. This activity is in the form of training using practical methods. The implementing team provides materials and guides the practice of making trash bins and processing waste. In addition, the participants carried out the practice provided with manual books to facilitate the training process. Participants who took part were all OB from the FKIP environment totaling 26 people. The data obtained by this training activity used a questionnaire and performance. Based on the results of the questionnaire data analysis of the participant's satisfaction with community service activities in the form of organic waste management training with smart sensors to Office Boy at FKIP Untirta, for indicators of activity effectiveness, criteria are very effective and for team performance indicators, criteria are very effective.

ASSISTANCE FOR CADRE STRENGTHENING SKILLS UTILIZATION OF THE REMAINING CLOTH EMPOWERMENT OF FAMILY WELFARE IN SUNTENJAYA VILLAGE, LEMBANG DISTRICT, WEST BANDUNG REGENCY. Family welfare is a condition of a family that has resilience, strength, and ability to be able to live independently. As a manifestation of efforts to improve family welfare is through community empowerment efforts in the form of providing education and skills through the realization of a skills mentoring program for Family Welfare Empowerment cadres. One of the knowledge and skills that can be learned in an effort to empower rural communities is entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in making craft products with simple techniques. Assistance The skill of making craft products from scraps of cloth can be used as an effort to show his existence and can be used as a provision to open a family business to earn income so that it can help improve his family's welfare. The method used is in the form of skills strengthening mentoring. The implementation is to provide assistance in strengthening the skills to use fabric scraps to open a business for the manufacture of various craft products. The result of the skills strengthening mentoring activity was that the participants were able to make handicraft products to use leftover cloth using quiling and firing techniques. Each participant made handicrafts in the form of hangers and brooches. In this skill strengthening mentoring activity, the results of these products are generally good because the participants can apply the techniques given by the instructor, but there are still deficiencies in choosing the color combination that is not suitable because of the limited materials.

HOUSEHOLD SCALE ORGANIC WASTE PROCESSING IN DROJOGAN HAMLET. Garbage is generated from all activities in homes, offices, markets and various other places. The issue of waste should be of particular concern, so it needs to be addressed from all parties. The purpose of this devotional activity is to increase the role of community to ward off organic waste in household and raise public awareness to create a clean and healthy environment. The method used is to socialize, training and mentoring continuously to the partner community of PKK in RT 03 / RW03 Drojogan, Bumirejo, Mungkid, Magelang. This activity is carried out by providing training in the manufacture of organic compost fertilizer, liquid organic fertilizer and also greenhouse making. The result of this activity is increased knowledge and skills in processing organic waste into compost fertilizer, liquid fertilizer and the establishment of a green house.

EMERGENCY FIRST AID TRAINING FOR LAY PEOPLE AT SMA 14 MAROS, SOUTH SULAWESI. First aid for accidents is an important aspect of everyday life, be it at home, on the road, at school, or at the office, because emergency events need to be handled immediately at the scene. The principle of HELP is considered necessary for all levels of society, because it can help people or victims to receive professional medical care. First Aid can be done by either the general public or students, until professional medical help arrives to treat the victim. The methods used in this activity are lectures, question and answer discussions, and direct practice using phantoms as victims. Before carrying out the core activities, questionnaires were distributed for the pre-test and it was found that the community service participants were still in the low level of knowledge category. The conclusion is that there was a change in the level of knowledge before and after this training activity, and the enthusiasm of the participants was very high in practicing first aid for accident victims.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is among non-communicable diseases causing high number of morbidity and mortality in developing countries including Indonesia. Clinically, DM is a condition when blood sugar (glucose) levels exceed 126 mg/ dl in a fasting state and exceed 200 mg / dl in a non-fasting state. Public understanding is still relatively low about possibility of early DM in young people. Teens could be susceptible to DM, especially when they have poor diet and sedentary lifestyle Efforts to prevent early DM among teenagers have been done through Community Health Development Program (Program Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat, PPKM) using poster as socialization media to the young tenants of boarding house at Sambiroto Residence, Tembalang Sub-District, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The aim was to increase the teenagers' awareness of knowing the risks and clinical symptoms of diabetes mellitus. It is also to add insight on how to prevent DM disease at a young age. Participatory approaches and counseling have been carried out in the community service activities through the poster media, as well as the delivery of questionnaires prior- and post- counseling. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the counseling program using poster as media could improve awareness about DM among boarding house young tenants in Sambiroto Residence, Tembalang, Semarang City.

ASSISTANCE IN THE PREPARATION OF CLASSROOM ACTION RESEARCH PROPOSALS FOR STRENGTHENING TEACHER PERFORMANCE AND POSITION PROMOTION AT SMP NEGERI 1 CIBADAK RANGKASBITUNG, LEBAK. This Abdimas aims to provide training and assistance in terms of classroom action research carried out on teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Cibadak Kab. Lebak so that they will get used to making this research which will be used to increase the credit score in the context of promotion so that it will increase their performance and will also be easy for promotion to rank and position. At the beginning, the number of responses was 34 people, but when asked for feedback, only 26 respondents, but they wanted to make classroom action research and were in process, even though none had yet completed the proposal.

SOCIALIZATION OF COVID-19 AND PRACTICE OF MAKING DISINFECTANT LIQUIDS FOR FLOOR MOP MATERIALS IN ISLAMIC MODERN BOARDING SCHOOL OF DARUSALAM, KEPAHIANG REGENCY, BENGKULU PROVINCE. Floor cleaner liquid is a disinfectant used to prevent the transmission of environmental pathogenic microorganisms, especially on the floors. The high price of floor cleaner in the market and difficult to find in the condition of the current Covid-19 outbreak, make this community service activity need to be done and it aims to overcome this problem by holding out socialization about Covid-19 and the practice of making disenfectant fluids as floor cleaning materials at the Islamic Modern Boarding School of Darussalam, Kepahiang Regency. It is expected, by this activity can create a small business to manufacture floor mop from disinfectant with good management in this school. Community Service Activities (PPM) were well received by the students and the teaching staff of the Islamic Modern Boarding School of Darussalam. Before giving service materials to community service participants, the participants or students did not really know what was the cause and prevention of Covid-19 in the surrounding environment and how to make disinfectants. The giving of the pre-test stage questionnaire after the end of the socialization was considered as feedback for participants resulting in an increase in understanding of Covid-19, increasing awareness of the importance of maintaining clean floors and understanding of how to make disinfectant fluids as floor mops made from sodium hypochlorite.

INCREASING THE POTENTIAL OF DAIRY CATTLE HOUSEWIVES IN MAKING YOGHURT IN CIBIRU WETAN VILLAGE, BANDUNG REGENCY, WEST JAVA. Yogurt is the product of milk fermentation by Lactobacillus subspecies. The unique properties of yoghurt provided by its living bacteria and its nutrients have captured the interest of the community. The highest price of cow's milk in dairy farming centres of Cibiru Wetan Village, Kabupaten Bandung is purchased by the Milk Processing Industry (IPS) at around IDR 4,500 / litre. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity was the utilization of fresh cow milk as yoghurt to increase the income of dairy cattle farmer. Yoghurt processing begins with the modification of the incoming milk composition. This process typically involves reducing the fat content and increasing the total solids in the milk by are Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. The stages of this activity began from providing an understanding of milk and dairy products and training in making yoghurt from fresh cow milk. The critical point in this activity is how to transfer knowledge and skills in preparing the starter and sterile conditions of the cooking utensils. The results of the activity showed that community participation could improve the knowledge and ability of participants in the processing of fresh cow milk as yoghurt. In conclusion, this activity could be an alternative income for dairy cattle farmer.

TRAINING OF PROCESSING AND ANALYSIS OF STATISTICAL DATA STUDENTS OF STISA PAMEKASAN WITH SPSS. This training was motivated because of the problems of the final semester students of STISA Sumber Duko Pakong Pamekasan in processing and analyzing data in quantitative research. Apart from the low basic abilities of students in calculating, this is also because the course material for the research methods they obtain is still general and leads more towards qualitative research; Most of the available examples of thesis are more likely to be qualitative research in nature. Through training in processing and analyzing statistical data with SPSS, it is hoped that it can help them understand how to process statistical data and interpret the output, as well as improve students' skills in processing statistical data using the help of SPSS statistical software. The flow of work stages in this training is: problem identification, selection of statistical data processing software, preparation of training materials, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this training are: (1) the training participants gain new knowledge about statistical data processing and analysis using the SPSS software; (2) the training participants responded 100% positively to the training; (3) the training participants are very enthusiastic about the implementation of the training and are able to understand the training material very well. It can be seen that more than 50% of the training participants were able to complete statistical data processing with SPSS for different data and were able to analyze the SPSS output.

TRAINING TO BECOME A MASTER OF CEREMONY (MC) FORMAL EVENTS FOR VOCATIONAL STUDENTS. Master of Ceremony training for formal events was given to students of SMKN 62 class XI Department of Office Administration and Public Relations. Situation and problem analysis were done by digging up information about the activities needed by students. The resulting agreement with the school was to hold a Master of Ceremony training for a formal event, which was done virtually through the zoom application. Apart from being still a pandemic, it was also because of the school's request. The activity was given in three stages, namely pre-test, material giving and post-test which included practice and evaluation. The aim of the training was to improve the communication skills of students in guiding formal events. The results of the training showed that there was a cognitive change, namely the addition of knowledge about the functions and standards of MC for formal events and the addition of knowledge of verbal and non-verbal language processing skills. In practice, the change seen was an increase in the quality of communication in presenting formal events. The participants' communication anxiety began to decrease and they began to have self-confidence. Overall, the MC training for formal events ran smoothly, but the skills of students to become MC still need to be improved continuously.
