Abstract

Research problems in this study is the low of learning outcomes of IPS on class VB SDN Balang Baru 1 District Tamalate Makassar City. What if the use of contextual approach can improve student learning outcomes of VB grade SDN Balang Baru 1 District Tamalate Makassar City. The objective of the research is to improve students' learning outcomes through contextual approach of VB SDN Balang Baru 1 sub student Tamalate Kota Makassar. This research is a qualitative research with class of recycled / cycle research, which includes planning, implementation, and reflection. . The focus of research is to improve the learning outcomes of IPS through contextual approach. The subjects of the study were teachers and students of VB SDN Balang Baru 1 sub district Tamalate Kota Makassar. Data information technic is test, test, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Results of research and improvement of student learning outcomes. The increase can be seen in each cycle, cycle I reaches Enough qualification (C) and in cycle II reaches the Good qualification (B). Writing research using contextual approach can improve student learning outcomes of Fifth B grade SDN Balang Baru 1 District Tamalate Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang aktivitas pendidik, aktivitas peserta didik, hasil belajar peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi pada materi menjelaskan konsep permintaan dan penawaran uang dan juga untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang respon peserta didik terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 33 orang yang terdiri dari 17 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan sebanyak tiga siklus. Setiap siklus I terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Tes, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar ekonomi pada materi menjelaskan konsep permintaan dan penawaran uang dapat meningkat melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI)  bagi Peserta Didik kelas 101 SMA Negeri 3 Sungguminasa. Hal ini dinyatakan berdasarkan hasil perolehan nilai peserta didik yaitu pada siklus I nilai hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 39,39 persen atau 13 orang peserta didik yang berada pada kategori tuntas. Pada siklus II persentase nilai hasil belajar Peserta didik sebesar 81,81 persen atau 27 orang peserta didik yang berada pada kategori tuntas. Pada siklus III persentase nilai hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 87,87 persen atau 29 orang  peserta didik yang berada pada kategori tuntas. Dari siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III menunjukkan meningkatnya hasil belajar peserta didik  secara signifikan.Kata Kunci: Model Cooperatif Learning Tipe TAI, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of planning, implementation, and evaluation in the character education program and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects and information sources were the principal, deputy head of the curriculum section, deputy head of the student section, counseling teacher, Islamic Education subject teacher, PKn subject teacher, and social studies subject teacher. The technique of data collection is done by observation, interviews and review of the documents of the SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. In analyzing the data, steps are taken, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusions and verification. The validity test of the data is done by triangulation.The conclusions in this study are, 1) Planning for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out through 3 processes, namely socialization of character education, compiling curriculum, and managing school culture and extracurricular activities; 2) Implementation of the character education program at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency is carried out in: (a) learning activities, (b) school cultural activities; and (c) extracurricular activities. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supervision, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of implementation. 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education programs at SMPN 2 Lilirilau Soppeng Regency, namely supporting factors include (a) conducive situation, (b) programmed activities, (c) supporting infrastructure facilities, (d) Human Resources, leadership, and good teacher attitudes, while inhibiting factors include: (a) lack of communication between the school and parents, (b) awareness of students who are still lacking, and (c) different understanding of school people about character education. Keywords: Implementation, Character Education Program

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingins dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Ingin tahu factor-faktor penyebab pekerja wanita (buru kuli bangunan di  kota Makassar) dianggap rendah  dalam berbagai hal disbanding dengan laki-laki. , sehingga kompensasi penggajian sangat berbeda. Disamping itu juga ingin mengetahui factor-faktor penyebab mengapa perempuan yang bekerja di sector ini jarang ditemukan sebagai mandor atau sebagai tukang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana didalamnya mencakup lokasi penelitian yakni Kota Nakassar, peubah yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah factor penyebab terjadinya diskriminasi antara tenaga kerja wanita dengan laki-laki. Rancangan penelitian ini mencakup jenis dan sumber data, populasi dan sampel, tahapan-tahapan penelitian meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penyusunan laporan. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statitik dengan rumus  Chikudarat ( χ² ). Ada beberapa factor penyebab maka kaum perempuan masih jauh tingkat perolehan pendapatan disbanding dengan laki-laki diantaranya bahwa kaum perempuan tongkat pendidikannya dalam hal bangunan sangat rendah disbanding dengan buruh laki-laki, kemampuan fisik juga bebeda, waktu luang untuk bekerja masih dibawa kaum laki-laki disebakan oleh adnya penyakit bulanan bagi kaum pereampuan. Dan oleh sebab ini semua maka terjadi perbedaan nyata antara kaum buru wanita disbanding dengan buruh laki-laki. Kata Kunci :  Kuli Bangunan, Buruh, Kota Makassar

Abstract

The research examines on the improvement of Social Science Learning Result through the implementation of cooperative learning model of Explicit Instruction type to class IX.3 Students at SMP Negeri 2 Bontoramba in Jeneponto District. The objectives of the research are to discover : (1) The description of Social Science Learning Result of the students in class IX.3 at SMP Negeri 2 Bontoramba in Jeneponto District after implementin cooperative Learning model of Explicit Instruction type. (2) The description activiti students in class IX.3 at SMP Negeri 2 Bontoramba subdistrict of Jeneponto district in following learning Social Science by using of cooperative Learning Model of Explicit Instruction. (3) The description activities teacher in The Implementation of cooperative Learning Model of Explicit Instruction.            The research was classroom action research which conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consistedof four stages, namely : (1) planning,(2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The subjects of the research were one teacher and students in class IX.3 Students at SMP Negeri 2 Bontoramba Subdistrict of Jeneponto District with the total of 26 persons. The instruments of the research were observation sheets for the teachers and students, learning result test, and documentation. Data analysis  technique used is quantitatively descriptive with percentage.            The result of the first cycle test reveals that the average score achieves 69,69 which is in medium category. Out of 26 students,16 students (61,5%) had successfully reached the learning completeness and 10 students (38,5%) had not completed. The result of the secon cycle test indicates that the average score achieves 79,04 which is in very high category. Out of 26 students, 26 students (100%) had successfully achieved the learning completeness.            The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the results of learning Social Sciences  of Class IX.3 student at SMP Negeri 2 Bontoramba in Jeneponto District after implementedCooperative Learning Model of Explicit Instruction Type.Keywords :   learning outcomes, student activities, teacher activities.Cooperative Learning Model of Explicit Instruction Type.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjuduloptimalisasi sistim pelayanan nasabah pada PT Bank BNI persero tbk cabang palopo,permasalahan pokok yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah variable-variabel apa saja dikemukakan diatas maka menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana optimalisasi sistim pelayanan nasabah pada PT Bank BNI Persero Tbk Cabang Palopo. Dengan permasalahan  pokok yang dikemukakan diatas, maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisa tingkat kepuasaan pelanggan dengan mengoptimalkan sistim pelayanan kepada nasabah PT Bank BNI Persero Tbk Cabang Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberio gambaran tentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kunjungan nasabah di PT Bank BNI Persero Tbk Cabang Palopo, dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara serta observasi pada obyek penelitian.Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif yaitu mengambarkan uraian-uraian tentang obyek yang diteliti dengan menggunakan analisis persentase yaitu mempersentasekan masing-masing jawaban responden pada segtap pertanyaan. Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi Pelayanan,Nasabah Bank

Abstract

This study employed quantitative descriptive approach whichexamined the correlation between FI, DI, and local government spending toward GRDP in Bone. Data used were secondary data. Data were collected through interview and documentation. Data were analyzed by employing quantitative technique with inferential statistic approachwhich tested the classical assumption and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study revealed that: (i) simultaneously, FI, DI and local government spending gave positive and significant influence toward GRDP in Bone. (ii) partially, FI and local government spending gave positive and significant influence toward GRDP in Bone, however,partially, DIgave negative influence and not significant toward GRDP in Bone. The increase of FI and local government spending would increase GRDP in Bone; whereas, the increase of DI would not increase GRDP in Bone. Keywords: FI, DI, local government spending, GRDP

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian : untuk mengetahui proses adaptasi masyarakat Tinghoa di Makassar, untuk mengetahui cara masyarkat Tionghoa mempertahankan kebudayaannya di kota Makassar, untuk mengetahui ada akulturasi budaya Tionghoa dengan budaya Makassar. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskripsi, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan situasi tertentu berdasarkan data yang diperoleh secara terperinci melalui observasi, wawancara dengan informan yang akan memberikan informasi tentang kondisi masyarakat Tionghoa dan dokomentasi untuk memperkuat wawancara yang dilakukan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: proses adaptasi masyarkat Tionghoa di kota Makassar yakni proses adaptasi dengan melakukan interaksi sosial dengan masyarakat dan adanya pola tingkah laku etnis Tionghoa yang mengikat norma sosial, cara masyarakat etnis Tionghoa mempertahankan kebudayaan di kota Makassar yakni melakukan event-event tentang Tionghoa dan melaksankan kegiatan tang berhubungan dengan tradisi orang-orang Tionghoa, akulturasi budaya etnis Tionghoa dengan budaya Makassar perkawinan antara etnis Tinghoa dengan etnis Makassar dan makanan tradisional. Inilah yang menjadikan masyarkat etnis Tionghoa tetap eksis di kota Makassar dan mempertahankan kebudayaanya.Kanta Kunci : Etnis Tionghoa, kebudayaan, akulturasi

Abstract

The aim of the study was to discover the effect of family income, travel expenses, duration of travel, convenience, and travel management on demand of bus transportation from Makassar to Watampone via Camba.         The data of this study were collected through structured interview and questionnaire and analyzed by using logistic regression model. The selection of samples was done by accidental sampling.            The results of the study indicate that the family income and duration of travel have positive and significant correlation with the demand of bus transportation service from Makassar to Watampone via Camba. The travel expenses and conveniences have a negative and insignificant correlation with the demand of bus transportation service, whereas travel management has a positive and significant correlation with the demand of bus transportation service. The travel management has a positive but insignificant correlation with the demand of bus transportation service.Keyword : Transportation service, demand

Abstract

The current study examines the management Guidance and Counseling services in the 2013 curriculum, with the aim (1) to find out the planning of counseling and guidance services in the 2013 curriculum in SMPN 2 Marioriwawo, Soppeng Regency, (2) to find out the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services in the 2013 curriculum SMP Negeri 2 Marioriwawo, Soppeng Regency, (3) to find out the evaluation of Guidance and Counseling services in the 2013 curriculum in Marioriwawo 2 Public Middle School, Soppeng Regency.This research is qualitative in nature. The data collection techniques of this research were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative analysis which included data collection, data education, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data sources  in this study were guidance and counseling teachers as the main informants, and supporting informants namely principals, vice principals, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, administrative staff, and students.The results showed that, 1) the planning of guidance and counseling services (BK) in the 2013 Curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Marioriwawo, Soppeng Regency was carried out well because it began with determining service goals as an analysis of student needs as the foundation of character formation which included annual programs, semester programs, monthly programs, weekly programs, and daily programs; 2) Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Services (BK) in the 2013 Curriculum at SMPN 2 Marioriwawo Soppeng Regency is well implemented by implementing data collection services, coordination and supervision; and 3) Evaluation of Guidance and Counseling Services (BK) in the 2013 Curriculum at SMPN 2 Marioriwawo Soppeng Regency was also carried out well by referring to the fulfillment of the students’ needs in fostering the attitude of the nation's character, which includes evaluation of the implementation and year-end evaluation.
