Abstract

Implementasi telework pada organisasi tumbuh secara pesar pesat karena perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Selain itu pandemi COVID-19 juga turut meningkatkan jumlah organisasi yang menerapkan telework. Namun, terdapat beberapa masalah dalam implementasi telework perlu menjadi perhatian organisasi. Banyak pekerja merasa terisolasi secara sosial dari tempat kerja mereka, yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan stres mereka. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil penelitian empiris dan survey yang dilakukan oleh berbagai institusi menyimpulkan perlu juga dipertimbangkan pengaruh telework pada stres kerja, work-life balance , dan job satisfaction., Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana telework dan isolasi sosial mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dengan efek mediasi stres kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja di Indonesia . Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis daring. Analisis model dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) terhadap 280 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi telework berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction . Telework terbukti berdampak positif terhadap work-life balance dan menurunkan job stress. Social isolation terbukti memberikan dampak negatif terhadap job satisfaction. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa job stress dan work-life balance dapat memediasi hubungan antara telework dan social isolation. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi telework yang memberikan otonomi dan fleksibilitas dapat berimplikasi positif terhadap job satisfaction karyawan. Organisasi juga perlu memberikan dukungan dan media komunikasi yang baik sehingga karyawan tidak merasa terisolasi dari lingkungan kerjanya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan kerangka Corporate Brand Identity Matrix (CBIM) untuk mengembangkan identitas mereka perusahaan New Company (New Co) dan mengetahui pemahaman karyawan XYZ atas identitas merek perusahaannya. Teknik wawancara mendalam (in depth interview/ IDI) digunakan untuk memperoleh data primer dengan metode studi kasus tunggal. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan karyawan dan manajemen eksekutif XYZ dari berbagai posisi dan unit kerja. Untuk mereprsentasikan karyawan dan manajemen XYZ, sebelas orang responden dari berbagai posisi dan unit kerja dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data hasil wawancara dilakukan melalui teknik analisis konten, analisis tematik dan analisis triangulasi sumber untuk merumuskan hasil penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pemahaman identitas merek perusahaan XYZ lebih terkonsentrasi pada area pemasaran atau eksternal, khususnya identitas visual. Selanjutnya diperoleh kerangka CBIM untuk New Co, dimana terdapat beberapa elemen yang mirip dengan kerangka CBIM XYZ.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan preposisi tentang kinerja individu, melalui pendekatan kajian teori. Studi ini mengelaborasi beberapa temuan dari para peneliti terdahulu sebagai rujukan dan mengeksplorasi grounded theory, dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan terkait dengan kinerja individu. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperoleh referensi model penelitian dalam menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja individu. Hasil kajian memberikan rekomendasi bahwa aktualisasi peran pimpinan memberikan pengaruh, baik pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja individu, maupun pengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui budaya organisasi dan komitmen individu.

Abstract

Tourism merupakan sektor yang sangat menarik diberbagai belahan dunia karena kontribusinya yang luar biasa. Gunung Bromo yang menjadi primadona se Jawa Timur dan tidak pernah sepi pengunjung memiliki suatu hal yang perlu untuk diketahui. Pada penelitian ini menguji perceived value, tourist satisfaction, dan behavioural intention menjadi satu model untuk mengukur seberapa baiknya pariwisata tersebut menyediakan pelayanan terbaiknya. Responden yang digunakan merupakan wisatawan lokal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perceived value juga tourist satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavioural intention pada wisatawan Gunung Bromo. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan alat analisis Smart pls dengan jumlah wisatawan sebanyak 120 responden menggunakan teknik non probability purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menjadi semakin menarik karena terdapat penelitian yang berbeda hasil dari hasil penelitian. Kata kunci: perceived value, tourist satisfaction, behavioural intention, Gunung Bromo

Abstract

Employee performance that is not as expected has an impact on the overall performance of the organization, so the focus of this study is to examine the influence of workload, competence on employee performance through organizational commitment studies on employees of PT Hitachi Metals Indonesia Cilegon with a total sample of 100 employees in the Quality Control Division, the data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale as a rating scale, In this study, the hypothesis is tested using path analysis with SPSS and the Sobel Test, and the results show that workload has a positive effect on commitment and performance, and competence has a positive effect on employee commitment and performance. While organizational commitment can mediate between workload and performance, as well as competence and performance.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover articles published on crisis leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study employs a systematic literature review approach by analyzing articles published between 2020 and 2022. Initially, a total of 979 articles were identified, which were then narrowed down to 29 articles based on inclusion and quality criteria. The extracted results regarding crisis leadership issues during the COVID-19 pandemic are categorized into 4 major journal groups: management and leadership, health, social, and education journals. Emerging issues within crisis leadership include gender post COVID-19, academic leadership, administrative leadership, public health leadership, digitalization & virtual leadership, fault lines of leadership, and leadership approach. The changes in crisis leadership have led to the emergence of new leadership strategies, such as virtual collaboration across boundaries.

Abstract

This research aims to develop marketing strategies that can be applied to the heavy equipment rental company CV Dana Karya in order to withstand competition from similar competitors. The research method utilizes a mixed-method approach with an exploratory research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, which are tested using triangulation techniques. Informants were obtained through purposive sampling techniques, involving 7 individuals including company owners, employees, and customers. This study is analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique with weights, ratings in the calculation of IFAS and EFAS, which are then analyzed with the business life cycle. The results of this research indicate that the company's position obtained from the total scores of IFAS and EFAS is in quadrant 1, by implementing a growth-oriented strategy focused on SO (strength-opportunities) strategies, utilizing all internal strengths of the company to seize and make the most of external opportunities. Based on the classification of internal-external factors, an IE matrix is obtained, which is located in cell 1 indicating that CV Dana Karya is in a growth and build position. In relation to the business life cycle, it can be determined that the current position of CV Dana Karya's heavy equipment rental business is in the growth phase.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between consumer motives mediated by brand prominence selection in the purchasing behavior of counterfeit products among three consumer groups/classes (patricians, parvenus, and poseurs) in the luxury fashion brand context. The data were obtained from a sample consisting of 230 respondents who were considered eligible. There are three findings. First, for the poseur class, consumer motives in purchasing products are positively related to counterfeit products and prominent brand prominence. Second, for the parvenus class, consumer motives are not related to counterfeit products, but they are related to prominent brand prominence. Third, for the patrician class, consumer motives for purchasing products are not related to counterfeit products and subtle brand prominence.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the factors that influence the intention or interest of coffee shop consumers to use QRIS in Denpasar, Bali. By understanding the factors that shape coffee shop consumer interest in using QRIS, it is hoped that the implications for business practices and policies will be more effective. Empirical data was collected by distributing questionnaires online involving 446 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS3. This study provides empirical evidence that consumers' intention to use QRIS is positively and significantly influenced by perceived benefits and socialization. This study also found that socialization related to QRIS was positively and significantly influenced by perceived benefits and obstacles of QRIS, besides that the role of socialization was able to mediate perceptions of benefits on coffee shop consumer intentions in using QRIS. Perceived obstacles have a negative relationship to intentions, but both do not have a significant effect as well as the role of socialization which is unable to mediate between perceived QRIS barriers to intentions. This indicates that the benefits offered by QRIS with ongoing socialization regarding the benefits of QRIS are able to make consumers intend to use QRIS. The findings of this study have implications for policy makers to improve the security features of QRIS and increase socialization regarding the safety of using QRIS.

Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the level of academic quality in the services provided by instructors at the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at XYZ University. The Servqual method was employed to assess the factors influencing the academic service quality of instructors, Importance Performance Analysis was used to identify these factors, and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was utilized to propose improvements for enhancing academic service quality. The research sample consisted of students and the FST management. The Servqual method involved analyzing GAP 5 and GAP 1, revealing numerous attributes with negative values, indicating a lack of student satisfaction, and identifying discrepancies between management perceptions and student expectations. The Importance Performance Analysis yielded 9 attributes that were prioritized for improvement. Subsequently, using QFD, 8 technical responses were identified as recommended improvements by management to enhance the quality of academic services.
