Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategies for utilizing e-learning media (Edlink) in the learning process at the Institute of Islamic Religion Bakti Negara (IBN) Tegal. Using a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. The initial response from students indicates that they are not yet aware that IBN Tegal campus has e-learning media services (Edlink), because so far, during online learning, lecturers have mostly used WhatsApp groups to deliver materials. The data processing results indicate that there are several strategies that need to be undertaken in the utilization of e-learning (edlink), including (1) analyzing the needs of the university by examining internal and external conditions, (2) university policy support which includes the creation of clear implementation regulations and the formation of an implementation team, (3) e-learning management system covering preparation, implementation, monitoring, and (4) human resource development system by conducting training and socialization gradually and comprehensively for lecturers and providing a complete module guide for using edlink.

Abstract

Solving contemporary fiqh problems in Islamic law has many methods for studying them and finding laws to be applied by society. This research aims to determine the use of istihsan and its urgency in legal changes in contemporary society. This qualitative research uses a type of normative legal research, also called library legal research. The collection of legal materials used is a library study in the field of law, which from the perspective of binding strength can be divided into three groups, namely primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The study technique used is a combination of deductive and inductive. The deductive method is used to get a detailed picture from the general framework to specific explanations which are then drawn to a conclusion. The result of this research is that the application of law through istihsan is used for the benefit of the benefit. The basis for legal changes in istihsan is seen from several aspects: the existence of texts or special provisions, the existence of a special context, urf or customs, consideration of the benefit, or emergency.

Abstract

The character of education will give color to national character education. Therefore, education is a transformation towards the best educational output. All of us as children of the nation are result of education. Both through forging informal, formal and non-formal education which are the three types of education recognized in Indonesia. Our education is education that comes from heaven and is applied by looking at the reality of the earth. Qur'ani-based education is an education that will deliver people to the achievement of national peace in the future. As an intellectual, of course we don't think short that the Qur'an only discusses only regarding worship. The aim of this research is to find out the role of Qur'an in building national character. This research method uses library research and is descriptive, analytic and comparative. Source of data used in this research comes from primary and secondary data. The goal of Qur'anic character education is to produce students with Qur'anic character. In order to create people with character, students must be directed from an early age to understand the Qur'an by contemplating it; read, study, practice and teach it. The character of the Qur'anic nation is born from education that also has a Qur'anic character. Therefore, the state must provide wider space for Islamic religious education in the national law and curriculum. Because, it is a fact that Muslim students in Indonesia are more likely to get education in general education compared to religious education such as Islamic boarding schools or madrasah

Abstract

The problem that occurs in worldly life to achieve a good job is the lack of work enthusiasm and undisciplined work, even though Islam has provided guidance on how to work well and professionally. This is important to study from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadith. This paper aims to explain good and beneficial work from two sources, namely the Qur'an and hadith. The method used is qualitative, which is library research using a descriptive-analytical review. The findings of this study are that work in the Qur'an and hadith is a very important activity carried out by humans with full awareness that is intended because of Allah. In addition, good and bad work must be motivated by environmental conditions that influence it, but bad work must be avoided by prioritizing good work that is motivated by good motivations in Islam, such as motivation for worship, earning a living, and presenting happiness in life, by paying attention to the urgency and ethics of working based on the Qur'an and hadith. The Qur'an and hadith tell humans to seek happiness in life by spreading out and establishing serious relationships independently without depending on the existence of others in order to carry out the mandate as a caliph. Therefore, trust is a responsibility that must be fulfilled by humans in carrying out work activities that are good for the welfare of individuals and society
