Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah konsep pembentukan karakter dalam kerangka pemikiran etika Ibnu Miskawaih serta signifikansinya terhadap pendidikan kontemporer. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah krisis moral dan penurunan integritas karakter pada era globalisasi, yang memerlukan reformulasi pendidikan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai etika Islam. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library Research) dan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Data dikumpulkan dari sumber primer, yaitu karya monumental Ibnu Miskawaih, khususnya Tahdzib al-Akhlaq wa Tathir al-A'raq, serta sumber sekunder berupa buku, artikel jurnal, makalah akademik, dan risalah keagamaan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020–2025. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, kategorisasi tema, dan interpretasi filosofis untuk mengungkap keterkaitan antara pemikiran etika Miskawaih dan pembentukan karakter di masa kini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan karakter Ibnu Miskawaih berpijak pada harmonisasi antara akal, nafsu, dan emosi melalui mekanisme pembiasaan moral, penyucian jiwa (tazkiyah al-nafs), serta pemberian teladan. Tujuan utama pendidikan karakter menurutnya adalah tercapainya kebahagiaan (sa'adah) dan kesempurnaan moral (kamal al-nafs). Dari sudut pandang teoritis, penelitian ini memperkaya khazanah filsafat pendidikan Islam dengan menyajikan integrasi antara etika rasional Aristotelian dan nilai-nilai spiritual Islam. Secara praktis, temuan tersebut memberikan landasan untuk pengembangan kurikulum karakter pendidikan yang holistik dan kontekstual, selaras dengan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya penelitian empiris lanjutan untuk mengimplementasikan konsep etika Miskawaih dalam pendidikan formal, dengan tujuan memperkuat moralitas dan integritas generasi muda di era digital. Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the application of multi-perspective religious education and its contribution in shaping religious tolerance attitudes in students at SDN 01 Kawengen . This research is motivated by intolerant acts, bullying, and satirical religious attitudes, even appearing at the basic education level. Although this phase is important in shaping the character and social interaction of students in a heterogeneous society. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach using a single case study method. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document studies, involving school principals, religious teachers, and students with diverse religious backgrounds. Data analysis uses an interactive method consisting of data simplification, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, reinforced by triangulation to ensure the reliability of the results. The results of the study show that multiperspective religious education is applied through religious learning according to their respective beliefs, an inclusive learning approach, exemplary examples from educators, the application of tolerance values in theme learning, and school habituation programs such as JEMPOLAN. This implementation helps to increase mutual respect and strengthen cooperation between students. Supporting factors include the diversity of the school environment, cooperation between teachers and parents, and a school culture that emphasizes togetherness, while limitations in interfaith dialogue are major obstacles. Keywords: multiperspective religious education, religious tolerance, primary school, religious moderation Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas penerapan pendidikan agama multiperspektif serta kontribusinya dalam membentuk sikap toleransi beragama pada siswa di SDN 01 Kawengen . Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya tindakan intoleran, perundungan, serta sikap keagamaan yang menyendikan, bahkan muncul di tingkat pendidikan dasar. Meskipun fase ini penting dalam membentuk karakter dan interaksi sosial siswa dalam masyarakat yang heterogen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus tunggal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, serta studi dokumen, dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru agama, serta siswa yang memiliki latar belakang agama beragam. Analisis data menggunakan metode interaktif yang terdiri dari penyederhanaan data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan, diperkuat oleh triangulasi untuk memastikan keandalan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama multiperspektif diterapkan melalui pembelajaran agama sesuai keyakinan masing-masing, pendekatan pembelajaran yang inklusif, contoh teladan dari pendidik, penerapan nilai toleransi dalam pembelajaran tema, serta program pembiasaan sekolah seperti JEMPOLAN. Penerapan ini membantu meningkatkan sikap saling menghormati dan memperkuat kerja sama antar siswa. Faktor yang mendukung termasuk keberagaman lingkungan sekolah, kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua, serta budaya sekolah yang menekankan kebersamaan, sementara keterbatasan dalam dialog antaragama menjadi hambatan utama. Kata kunci: pendidikan agama multiperspektif, toleransi beragama, sekolah dasar, moderasi beragama.

Abstract

Legal discovery (rechtsvinding) by judges has increasingly become a central phenomenon in the Indonesian judicial system, particularly in response to normative gaps, ambiguous regulations, and conflicts of legal norms. This study aims to analyze the characteristics, techniques, and implications of legal discovery in the Indonesian judiciary from a theoretical and normative perspective. The research employs a normative legal research method with a library research approach, examining Indonesian legal literature, doctrines, and court decisions published between 2021 and 2025. The findings indicate that legal discovery is consistently practiced by judges as a mechanism to bridge written law and social reality. Judges apply various interpretative techniques, including grammatical, systematic, teleological interpretation, legal analogy, and value-based approaches, depending on the nature of the case. Legal discovery is generally oriented toward achieving substantive justice while maintaining legal certainty and judicial legitimacy. However, differences in interpretative techniques may potentially affect the consistency of judicial decisions. This study concludes that legal discovery is a legitimate and necessary judicial practice, provided it is carried out within clear normative and methodological boundaries. The implications of this research highlight the importance of strengthening interpretative guidelines and judicial reasoning capacity to ensure accountable and consistent legal discovery in Indonesian courts. Abstract

This study examines Islamic preaching through YouTube social media in the Hikayat Podcast Budi Ashari Official episode 26 entitled Ngaji Kok Berantem. The main issue of the research is the phenomenon of conflict and polarization of the community in the digital space and the role of preaching in responding to these conditions. This study aims to describe the characteristics of Budi Ashari's preaching language, identify the religious values ??conveyed, and analyze the relevance of the preaching message to the spiritual and social life of the community. The method used is content analysis with Norman Fairclough's critical discourse approach, which is directed reflectively to understand the deeper meaning of the preaching message. Data were obtained from podcast transcripts,, journals, and other supporting sources. The analysis was carried out in three stages: analysis of the preaching language, the meaning of preaching, and spiritual and social reflection. The results show that Budi Ashari's preaching language is communicative, narrative, and contextual, combining historical stories with contemporary realities. The religious values ??highlighted include knowledge, faith, piety, peace, concern, and respect for differences within the framework of Islamic brotherhood. Abstract

Extrajudicial divorce (talak siri) remains prevalent within Indonesian Muslim society and poses significant legal challenges due to its incompatibility with the national family law system, particularly in terms of legal certainty, protection of women’s and children’s rights, and orderly population administration. This study aims to analyze the normative differences between Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and Indonesian positive law concerning talak siri practices and to examine their legal implications. Employing a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, this study examines fiqh doctrines, Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage, the Compilation of Islamic Law, and relevant legal doctrines related to divorce. The findings reveal a fundamental disparity between the validity of divorce under fiqh and its recognition under Indonesian state law, resulting in dual marital status and legal uncertainty that adversely affect the civil rights of former wives and children, particularly regarding marital status, inheritance, and administrative recognition. This study highlights isbat cerai as a crucial juridical mechanism to bridge normative differences, ensure legal certainty, protect vulnerable parties, and maintain orderly population administration.

Abstract

Pegon plays a strategic role in kitab kuning instruction in pesantren as a medium that bridges classical Islamic texts with students’ sociocultural contexts. Pegon functions as a localized linguistic medium that facilitates the recontextualization of classical Islamic texts within the sociocultural environment of pesantren education. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through a sociopragmatic framework focusing on speech acts, interactional patterns, and contextual meaning. The findings indicate that Pegon is not merely a transliteration tool but an integral pedagogical strategy that mediates meaning, reinforces teacher authority, and supports students’ comprehension of complex texts. Classroom interaction is characterized by the predominance of directive speech acts and receptive student responses, reflecting culturally embedded pedagogical norms. This study contributes to sociopragmatic and linguistic education research by highlighting the pedagogical significance of local language practices in religious learning contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Pasal 5 ayat (2) dan ayat (5) Peraturan Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung Nomor 2 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak dalam perspektif siyasah tandfidziyyah. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada pelaksanaan kebijakan di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Bandar Lampung sebagai instansi teknis pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis data statistik kekerasan terhadap anak tahun 2021–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara struktural implementasi kebijakan telah berjalan melalui pembentukan Unit PPPA, penyediaan layanan kesehatan, hukum, dan psikologis, serta sistem pelaporan langsung dan daring. Sosialisasi juga dilakukan secara berkala di sekolah dan masyarakat. Namun, data menunjukkan fluktuasi dan peningkatan kasus, terutama kekerasan seksual, yang menandakan perlunya penguatan strategi preventif dan perluasan jangkauan edukasi. Dalam perspektif siyasah tandfidziyyah, pelaksanaan kebijakan ini merupakan bentuk amanah eksekutif dalam menjaga kemaslahatan publik. Sementara itu, dalam kerangka maq??id al-syar?‘ah, perlindungan anak sejalan dengan prinsip menjaga jiwa (?if? al-nafs), akal (?if? al-‘aql), dan keturunan (?if? al-nasl).
