Abstract

Elementary education is a crucial stage in shaping students' character, academic abilities, and learning interests. A strong learning interest increases student engagement, focus, and motivation, while low interest can decrease the quality of learning. Technological developments have provided various digital-based learning media, such as interactive videos, educational applications, gamification, and augmented and virtual reality, which can create engaging and character-appropriate learning experiences. This study used a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to examine the influence of technology-based learning media on elementary school students' learning interests. The study results indicate that technology media effectively increase learning interests through immersive, interactive, and contextual learning. Successful implementation is influenced by teacher competence, infrastructure, environmental support, and content relevance. Barriers such as limited access to technology and teachers' digital literacy need to be addressed. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for teachers and researchers in designing more effective and engaging learning strategies for elementary school students.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) bagi siswa autis dan tunagrahita di sekolah luar biasa memerlukan strategi yang adaptif karena perbedaan karakteristik perilaku, kemampuan kognitif, dan stabilitas emosional siswa, yang sering menimbulkan kendala seperti tantrum, perubahan suasana hati, dan keterbatasan fokus belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik siswa autis dan tunagrahita, strategi pembelajaran PAI yang diterapkan guru pada materi Aqidah Akhlak, serta kendala dan solusi dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan strategi pembelajaran individual melalui kombinasi metode ceramah sederhana, demonstrasi, drill, modelling, dan PECS, yang didukung model pembelajaran individual, kooperatif, behavioristik, dan experiential learning, serta penggunaan media visual, konkret, dan digital interaktif. Strategi tersebut membantu siswa memahami nilai Aqidah Akhlak secara lebih konkret, membiasakan ibadah, serta meningkatkan sikap religius, kemandirian, dan kemampuan sosial. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepekaan dan fleksibilitas guru. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran PAI disarankan terus dikembangkan secara kreatif, personal, dan berbasis pengalaman langsung sesuai kebutuhan individual siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of deep learning on students' learning outcomes in the theme "Me and My Needs" for Grade IV at SD Negeri 94 Palembang. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely Grade IV A as the experimental class treated with deep learning, and Grade IV B as the control class using conventional learning, each consisting of 20 students. Data were collected through pretests, posttests, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and Independent Sample t-Tests. The research results indicate a significant improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental class. The average post-test score of the experimental class was 88.88, higher than the control class at 83.97. The hypothesis test results showed a calculated t-value > table t-value (2.520 > 1.670) with a significance value of 0.014 < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that deep learning has a significant effect on students' learning outcomes. Accordingly, the implementation of deep learning is effective in enhancing conceptual understanding, critical thinking, as well as active student engagement on the theme “Me and My Needs”.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the gap between the educational ideal of shaping morally upright students and the reality that students’ moral behavior and character formation still require reinforcement within the school environment. This research aims to describe and analyze the curriculum development strategy implemented to improve students’ moral character at MI Istiqlal Jakarta Pusat, covering the aspects of planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation, obstacles, and solutions carried out by the institution. This study employed a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the vice principal of curriculum affairs, and teachers. The study uses G.R. Terry’s POAC management theory as the analytical framework for examining curriculum development strategies. The findings reveal that: (1) Curriculum planning for character development is formulated through alignment of the school’s vision and mission with needs analysis, based on G.R. Terry’s principles of planning; (2) Curriculum organizing is implemented through structured role distribution and coordinated efforts to support moral development; (3) Implementation involves integrating teacher role modeling, religious routines, and moral values into classroom learning; (4) Curriculum evaluation is conducted through behavioral monitoring, supervision, and corrective follow-up; (5) Obstacles encountered relate to student behavioral diversity, environmental influences, and consistency challenges; (6) Solutions adopted include teacher coaching, direct student guidance, and strengthened collaboration with parents. This study concludes that the curriculum development strategy applied at MI Istiqlal Jakarta Pusat aligns with POAC principles and is effective in supporting students’ moral development. These findings may serve as a reference for other madrasahs seeking to integrate moral education into their curriculum.

Abstract

The use of teaching materials tailored to the needs of students plays an important role in helping them understand the application of moral values in everyday life. This study aims to produce and describe the feasibility of supplementary teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education and Ethics based on picture books for fourth-grade elementary school students. This study uses the ADDIE model. The research subjects include PAIBP teachers, librarians, and fourth-grade students at SDN 36 Pontianak Kota. Quantitative data sources come from the results of validation by subject matter experts and media experts, as well as response questionnaires from teachers, librarians, and students. Qualitative data was obtained from suggestions and input from validators, teachers, librarians, and students regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the product. Data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaires. The validation results showed that the product obtained an average score of 96% from subject matter and media experts, categorised as highly valid. The results of the teacher and librarian response questionnaire obtained an average of 98%, and students obtained 95% with a category of very very good. Qualitatively, the validators assessed that the content of the product was in accordance with the CP, TP, ATP and characteristics of the students, and the illustrative display was attractive. The shortcomings of the product were in the clarity of the images and the provision of Latin translations, which were corrected in the final revision stage. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the teaching material supplement developed is suitable for use as a learning support medium.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun prototipe kandang ayam colony pada sistem closed house dengan penerapan tunnel ventilation untuk menciptakan kondisi lingkungan yang optimal bagi ayam petelur di iklim tropis Nusa Tenggara Timur. Rancangan mencakup desain konstruksi kandang berukuran 10 m × 4 m × 1,75 m yang dibagi menjadi 20 kandang colony untuk kapasitas 200 ekor, kepadatan 10 ekor/ colony. pemilihan material baja ringan dan kawat ram ram, serta konfigurasi sistem tunnel ventilation terdiri dari cooling pad berukuran 1.8 m x 3 m dan exhaust fan aksial berdiameter 1 m dengan kapasitas sekitar 10.000 m³/jam. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemodelan desain dengan perangkat lunak CAD, pembangunan prototipe, serta pengujian performa cooling pad dan exhaust fan pada kondisi suhu 30-36°C dan kelembapan 80% melalui pengukuran suhu, kelembapan, dan kecepatan aliran udara di dalam kandang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem cooling pad dan exhaust fan mampu menurunkan suhu internal dari 30-36°C menjadi kisaran 25–29 °C dalam waktu sekitar 15-30 menit. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, data lingkungan dan rujukan literatur, kondisi mikroklimat tersebut diperkirakan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas telur, kenyamanan ayam dan menurunkan mortalitas ayam dibandingkan kandang konvensional pada iklim serupa. Dengan demikian, rancang bangun kandang ayam koloni closed house dengan cooling pad dan exhaust fan yang dikembangkan dinilai berpotensi menjadi rujukan dalam pemeliharaan ayam petelur modern yang efisien, adaptif terhadap iklim tropis, dan prospektif untuk diintegrasikan dengan sistem otomasi berbasis IoT pada pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya. Rancang bangun ini diharapkan menjadi referensi pengembangan fasilitas pemeliharaan ayam petelur modern yang efisien dan adaptif terhadap kondisi iklim tropis khususnya di Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah dasar tak lepas dari kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran. Kurikulum merdeka menjadi sebuah kurikulum yang mengedepankan pada kebutuhan siswa dengan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi. Diferensiasi konten menjadi salah satu strategi dalam proses pembelajaran dengan variasi konten pembelajaran yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan gaya belajar siswa. Sebagai produk inovatif dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia yang dianggap baru ternyata memiliki beberapa kendala dalam pengimplementasinya, baik dari segi sarana dan prasarana sekolah, guru dan siswa itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali lebih dalam tentang kendala yang muncul pada sekolah terkait penerapan diferensiasi konten berbasis gaya belajar. Penenlitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mengetahui kendala dalam proses pembelajaran. Kendala pada sekolah dengan keterbatasan sarana membuat kepala sekolah dan guru harus lebih kreatif, inovatif, dan mandiri dalam pembelajaran diferensiasi konten yang berbasis gaya belajar guna menciptakan efektivitas pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa sesuai kebutuhannya.

Abstract

Coastal areas along the northern coast of Java are highly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, particularly coastal abrasion, tidal flooding, and land subsidence. Bedono Village, Sayung Sub-district, Demak Regency, represents an extreme case of a coastal community experiencing profound socio-ecological transformation due to cumulative and progressive environmental pressures. This study aims to analyze the existing hazard conditions, forms of community adaptation, and adaptation strategies perceived as resilient by local communities in responding to coastal abrasion and tidal flooding during the period 1990-2020. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, field observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that abrasion, tidal flooding, and land subsidence have resulted in land loss, infrastructure damage, livelihood shifts, and coastal ecosystem degradation. Despite these challenges, the community of Bedono Village has demonstrated strong adaptive capacity through physical, economic, socio-cultural, and ecosystem-based adaptation strategies. Resilient adaptation is characterized by participatory, sustainable, and context-specific practices that integrate local knowledge, such as mangrove rehabilitation, stilt houses, livelihood diversification, and strengthened community institutions. These findings highlight the crucial role of community-based adaptation as a foundation for climate change adaptation policies in vulnerable coastal regions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan speed ladder dan resistance band terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atlet Pencak Silat Bakti Negara Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test pada dua kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kelompok latihan speed ladder dan kelompok latihan resistance band. Data diperoleh melalui tes kecepatan tendangan sabit menggunakan kinovea. Analisis data menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan dan uji beda dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan speed ladder memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan tendangan sabit, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 7,462 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,160. Latihan resistance band juga berpengaruh signifikan, dengan nilai thitung 7,702 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,160. Namun, hasil uji perbandingan antara kedua kelompok menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung 0,628 yang lebih kecil dari ttabel 2,056. Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of Living Qur’an values in Ulumul Qur’an learning and its implications for strengthening the competencies of students in Islamic Early Childhood Education (PIAUD). This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, analysis of learning documents, and students’ reflective responses. The data were analyzed thematically using source and method triangulation to ensure credibility. The findings indicate that integrating Living Qur’an values fosters a dialogical and reflective learning environment, enabling students to move beyond a purely textual understanding of Ulumul Qur’an toward a more contextual and praxis-oriented perspective. In terms of scholarly competence, students perceive Ulumul Qur’an as a reflective framework relevant to early childhood pedagogical contexts. From the spiritual and ethical dimensions, reflective engagement with Qur’anic values enhances students’ moral awareness and professional responsibility as prospective early childhood educators. Pedagogically, students demonstrate improved abilities to translate Qur’anic values into empathetic and character-based teaching practices through simulations and role-playing activities. This study concludes that the integration of Living Qur’an values contributes significantly to the holistic development of PIAUD students’ scholarly, spiritual, and pedagogical competencies.
