Abstract

The success of organizational strategy implementation is determined not only by the quality of strategy formulation but also by the organization's ability to manage change at the individual level. Many organizations fail to implement strategies effectively because employees lack the readiness, competence, and commitment required to support organizational change. This article aims to analyze the role of individual change in organizational strategy implementation through the integration of Lewin’s Change Model, the ADKAR Model, and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This study employs a library research method using a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings indicate that individual change acts as a critical bridge between strategy formulation and strategy implementation. The integration of the three models provides a comprehensive framework for understanding individual change processes, ranging from awareness development and capability enhancement to reinforcement of sustainable behavioral change. Leadership, organizational communication, and organizational culture are also identified as important supporting factors. These findings highlight the importance of positioning individual change management as an integral part of organizational strategy implementation.

Abstract

Background: The increasing rate of cesarean section deliveries has increased the need for effective postoperative recovery methods. Enhanced Recovery After Caesarean Surgery (ERACS) is an evidence-based protocol designed to accelerate recovery through pain management, early mobilization, and adequate rest. Objective: To analyze differences in comfort levels between post-cesarean patients managed using ERACS and conventional (non-ERACS) protocols. Methods: This comparative analytic study employed a cross-sectional design involving 60 respondents selected through consecutive sampling. Patient comfort was assessed using pain intensity (Numeric Rating Scale), early mobilization, and resting ability. Data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney test. Results: No statistically significant differences were found between ERACS and non-ERACS groups regarding pain intensity (p=0.106), early mobilization (p=0.535), resting ability (p=0.132), or overall comfort level (p=0.136). Nevertheless, the ERACS group demonstrated a higher mean rank of comfort than the non-ERACS group. Conclusion: ERACS did not significantly improve patient comfort compared with conventional postoperative care. However, it showed a tendency toward better recovery outcomes and remains a promising evidence-based strategy in post-cesarean care.

Abstract

Pomegranate peel (Punica granatum L.) is a by-product of fruit consumption that remains underutilized, despite containing active compounds such as anthocyanins, tannins, and flavonoids with potential as a natural colorant in cosmetic products, including lipstick. This study aimed to formulate a lipstick preparation using pomegranate peel extract with extract weight variations of 3 grams (F1), 5 grams (F2), and 7 grams (F3), to analyze its physical quality characteristics, and to determine the best formula based on physical and hedonic tests. The extract was obtained through maceration using 70% ethanol as solvent, with a yield of 20%. The physical quality of the preparation was evaluated through organoleptic, pH, homogeneity, adhesion, melting point, and physical stability tests using a cycling test method. Panelist preference was assessed through hedonic test involving 20 panelists on the aspects of color, texture, and aroma, then analyzed using the Friedman test followed by the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test with Bonferroni correction. The results showed that all three formulas met the quality requirements for a good lipstick, with pH values ranging from 4.80 to 6.17, adhesion time of 5.30 to 6.51 seconds, and melting point of 54.50 to 62.50 degrees Celsius. The Friedman test showed a significant difference in color (p = 0.003) and aroma (p = 0.016), but not in texture (p = 0.264). Formula 3 (F3), variations 7 grams of extract, was the most preferred formula by panelists in terms of color and aroma. Thus, pomegranate peel extract is shown to have potential as a natural colorant in lipstick formulation with good physical quality characteristics.

Abstract

Historically, labor law policy in Indonesia has exhibited acute normative inconsistency, driven by the persistent tension between safeguarding workers' welfare and accommodating investment demands. This inconsistency culminated in the enactment of Law No. 6 of 2023 on Job Creation, which adopted a flexible labor market approach, thereby triggering the commodification of labor and a serious constitutional crisis. The issuance of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 168/PUU-XXI/2023 serves as a landmark piece of creative jurisprudence and a constitutional "emergency brake," mandating the formulation of a new, independent labor law (standalone law) within a maximum period of two years. This paper aims to analyze the root causes of normative inconsistency in labor law and formulate a new, social justice-based legal policy framework in the post-decision era. Utilizing a normative legal research method guided by Nonet-Selznick and Mahfud MD’s Theory of Legal Product Character, John Rawls’s Theory of Distributive Justice, and the social justice principle of Pancasila, this study reveals two fundamental findings. First, the systemic normative inconsistency stems from the deconstruction of labor rights for short-term economic pragmatism and the profound absence of meaningful public participation, which ultimately yielded an orthodox-conservative legal product. Second, the new legal policy must undertake a formal reconstruction by operating strictly outside the omnibus law framework through a deliberative tripartite dialogue, alongside a substantive reconstruction rooted in social justice. This substantive blueprint must restore wage distribution based on the Real Decent Living Needs (KHL), strictly restrict the outsourcing system, and tighten the requirements for employment termination. Through this comprehensive restructuring, the national labor law architecture is directed toward a balanced flexicurity model, ensuring that economic dynamics operate in tandem with the preservation of workers' human dignity.

Abstract

This study examines the values of Islamic education contained in Surah Luqman verses 12–19 based on Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir al-Qur’an al-‘Azhim. The study aims to identify the educational values contained in these verses and examine their implications for Islamic educational practice. This study employs a qualitative library research method using a tahlili (analytical) approach. The primary source is Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir al-Qur’an al-‘Azhim, supported by relevant secondary sources on Qur’anic interpretation and Islamic education. The findings indicate that Surah Luqman verses 12–19 contain seven interrelated educational values: tauhid (monotheism), gratitude, filial piety, worship, social responsibility, patience, and noble character (akhlak). These values are conveyed through Luqman’s compassionate advice to his son, beginning with the strengthening of faith and continuing with worship, social responsibility, and moral formation. Ibn Kathir’s interpretation demonstrates that tauhid serves as the fundamental basis for the formation of worship and character. The findings further indicate that these educational values can be reconstructed into educational practice through strengthening the role of teachers as exemplary murabbi, integrating knowledge, faith, worship, and character within the curriculum, and internalizing tawadhu (humility) as an important character value. Thus, Surah Luqman verses 12–19 provide a comprehensive foundation for Islamic education that integrates faith, worship, morality, and social responsibility in the formation of students’ character Keywords: Educational values, Surah Luqman, Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir

Abstract

The rapid growth of the food industry, particularly within the bakery sector, requires business actors to develop well-structured strategies in order to remain competitive in an increasingly demanding market. This study was prompted by the pronounced sales fluctuations observed at Roti Pakcik Tanjung Morawa throughout 2025, which are presumed to stem from suboptimal management of sales channels and marketing strategies. This research was conducted to examine how sales channels and marketing strategies affect sales performance, both individually and in combination. The study adopted a quantitative approach based on a causal associative design. A sample of 97 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow formula, with data gathered through three methods: direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven organisations to improve operational efficiency whilst integrating sustainability through the adoption of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Although PT Technet Vision Indonesia has utilised various digital technologies in its operational activities, the implementation of GHRM has not yet been systematically integrated into its human resource policies. This situation means that employee behaviour supporting energy efficiency and digitalisation is still influenced more by work culture and individual awareness than by structured organisational policies. This study aims to analyse the role of Green Human Resource Management in shaping employee behaviour that supports energy efficiency and digitalisation, to identify factors hindering its implementation, and to describe employee behaviour relating to energy efficiency and digitalisation at PT Technet Vision Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using ethnographic methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation involving informants, Key Informantts and Expert Informants. Data analysis was carried out using domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, component analysis and cultural theme analysis. The research findings indicate that a digital work culture has evolved into a key characteristic of organisations, supporting communication, collaboration, productivity and data driven decision-making. However, the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is still in a transitional phase as it is not yet supported by integrated HR policies, standard operating procedures, environment-based performance indicators, or sustainable training programmes. Employee behaviour that supports energy efficiency and digitalisation is shaped more by the digital work culture and individual awareness than through the systematic application of GHRM. This study concludes that PT Technet Vision Indonesia already possesses a strong foundation of digital culture as a key asset in the development of Green Human Resource Management. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the integration of GHRM into human resource management policies and practices in order to consistently foster an organisational culture oriented towards sustainability, energy efficiency and digital transformation.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to various activities, including banking activities. One form of technological development is mobile banking, which allows customers to conduct banking transactions quickly and conveniently through mobile phones. However, the use of mobile banking is influenced not only by the benefits offered but also by people's perceptions of its ease of use and risks. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and risk on people's intention to use Islamic mobile banking services among the residents of Sungai Putri Village, Danau Sipin District, Jambi City. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. The population consisted of residents of Sungai Putri Village aged at least 18 years who used or had used mobile banking. Based on the Slovin formula with a 5% error tolerance, a sample of 45 respondents was obtained. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the intention to use mobile banking, with a t-value of 4.117 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Risk also has a significant effect on the intention to use mobile banking, with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, perceived ease of use and risk significantly affect the intention to use mobile banking, with an F-value of 43.324 > 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.461 indicates that 46.1% of the variation in intention to use mobile banking is explained by perceived ease of use and risk, while the remaining 53.9% is explained by other factors outside the study

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of local wisdom through folklore in Indonesian language learning and to identify the character values developed among students at MI Islamiyah Sumurgenuk. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from the principal, Indonesian language teacher, and students through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the integration of local wisdom was implemented by connecting folklore with Indonesian language learning materials through activities such as reading or listening to stories, identifying characters, plots, settings, themes, and moral messages, conducting discussions, retelling stories, and identifying moral values. Folklore was not only used as learning material for language skills but also as a medium to introduce students to local culture and values of life. The character values developed included religiosity, cooperation, responsibility, hard work, social awareness, environmental awareness, discipline, gratitude, respect for others, self-confidence, and independence. Students' independence was reflected in their ability to complete assignments, seek information, express opinions, and attempt to solve difficulties before asking for assistance. Therefore, the integration of local wisdom through folklore can serve as a contextual alternative for Indonesian language learning that develops language skills while fostering students' character and appreciation of local culture.
