Abstract

Hiking activities are one form of extracurricular activities in Scouting activities carried out by students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 2 Agam as part of the disaster mitigation movement. This abstract presents the results of research on the significance of Scout activities in the form of hiking in the perspective of disaster mitigation in the Madrasah. The research was conducted through direct observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The results showed that hiking activities are not only a means of recreation, but also have a significant impact in disaster preparation and mitigation in the Madrasah environment. Through this activity, students are trained to be more responsive to the surrounding environment, develop survival skills, and understand the importance of safety in emergency conditions. In addition, hiking activities are also a means to increase awareness of the natural environment, strengthen a sense of solidarity between students, and build togetherness in facing potential disasters. Thus, hiking activities at MTsN 2 Agam are not only a forum for student character building, but also an integral part of the disaster mitigation strategy in Madrasah. In conclusion, the Scout hiking activities of MTsN 2 Agam students can be considered as part of an effective disaster mitigation movement, as it makes a significant contribution in preparation, response, and recovery from disasters. Therefore, it is recommended that the hiking activities of.

Abstract

This research explores the effectiveness of various teaching methods used by sports educators to instruct gymnastic agility, with the demonstration method being recognized as particularly impactful by some experts. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the implementation of the demonstration method to enhance students' learning outcomes in executing a front handspring in gymnastics, focusing on the domain of Physical and Health Education, To improve study result.The research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR). approach and involves 36 nine-grade students from SMPN 1 Sukodono during the academic year 2023/2024 as the research subjects. To gather data, the study employs observation sheets and practical evaluation tools. Data analysis is performed using descriptive quantitative statistics. This study using 2 cycle, with each cycle consists of planning the 1)planning; 2)implementation; 3)observation; 4) reflexition. The research includes 3 which is Psychomotor affective and cognitive. An examination of the learning process for research activities going and make the survey questionnaire in the form of interest and motivation of the survey, To understand the extent of satisfaction and interest students in following the game by using the method. The research suggests that the gymnastics floor rollers future through demontrasi method in nine-grade students from SMPN 1 Sukodono Had a positive impact. This is seen in the finality of the student study over a predetermined kkm, which is 85 is going to have an increase in the cycle of i passing students up to 42 % while the period of study is 94 % with 95 % on the motivational socket and 95.08 % on the point of interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the think talk write learning model on the descriptive essay writing skills of class IV UPT SD Inpres Karunrung Makassar City students. The type of research used is quantitative research using Quasi Experiment. This research uses Nonequivalent Control Group Design which involves two research groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class is the class that receives treatment, while the control class is the class that does not receive treatment. Determining the sample in this study used purposive sampling, so that 18 students were obtained from class IVA as the experimental class and 18 students from class IVB as the control class. The data collection tool used is a written test by paying attention to the assessment aspects. The data analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test to test whether there is a significant difference between the two variances. Based on the results of data analysis using the Independent Sample t-test, with a pre-test value of 0.162 and a post-test of 0.000, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from implementing the think talk write model on students' writing skills.

Abstract

Analysis of the Positive Impact of Smart Hafidz media on the Language Acquisition of Children 2 Years 6 Months (Case Study of Nizam Abqory Akhyar). This research aims to reveal an analysis of the positive impact of Smart Hafidz media on the language acquisition of children aged 2 years 6 months. With a research subject named Nizam Abqory Akhyar, focusing on the study of sound sounds or the phonology of vowels and consonants. The aim is to see how far Nizam's children have developed in the phonological aspect in acquiring language. This type of research is qualitative research. With the case study method. This research was carried out by analyzing language acquisition with data in the form of songs, prayers and films as well as conversations between Nizam and his family at home from watching Smart Hafidz. Smart Hafidz is the right media to give to children to avoid negative viewing. This research uses media in the form of video recordings and notes with the vocabulary spoken by a 2 year 6 month old boy named Nizam. By collecting data in the form of observation, video recording, listening techniques and note-taking techniques. As well as data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions or verification, as well as describing all phonological aspects and then explaining them. Data findings from research show that Smart Hafidz has a positive impact on Nizam's language acquisition, such as very clear pronunciation of phonemes or articulation, vowels /a/, /i/, /u/, /e/, /o/, /e'/ and consonants /b/, /c/, /d/, /f/, /g/, /h/, /j/, /k/, /l/, /m/, /n/, /p/, / s/, /t/, /v/, /w/, /y/, /z/. and often asks about vocabulary that he has just listened to or watched on Smart Hafidz media.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the development of Islamic higher education in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and method, systematic analysis of theories and regulations that are directly related to the research title Development of Islamic higher education in Indonesia, through a library research method approach. After collecting various books and journals related to the discussion, then analyzing the material through literature study with the results of the analysis in descriptive form. The development of Islamic higher education in Indonesia lies in the transformation of Islamic higher education which can be divided into three phases of development, namely: first, in the form of high schools including the types of higher education: Islamic High School (STI), State Islamic Religious College (PTAIN), Academy Department of Religious Sciences (ADIA) and there is a State Islamic Religious College (STAIN). In this phase, the scientific group developed an Islamic scientific discipline. The second group continues, namely a form of institute where scientific development is more widespread, this institution is called the State Islamic Religious Institute (IAIN). This institution has developed a group of similar sciences which include Islamic religious sciences, but often as time goes by there is not only one science. And then the third group, is in the form of universities (UIN).

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the efficacy of employing the experimental method to enhance students' comprehension and academic outcomes regarding object properties in 5th-grade education. The experimental method serves as an alternative instructional strategy, enabling students to directly engage with scientific concepts through hands-on experiments. The research was conducted over two cycles, implementing the experimental method. In the initial cycle, results indicated that the majority of students had not attained mastery of the subject, with the class averaging a score of only 4.3. This suggests that traditional teaching methods may not fully accomplish the desired educational objectives. However, following the second cycle and the integration of the experimental method, there was a notable enhancement in students' comprehension and academic achievements. Approximately 82% of students reached mastery level, leading to a class average score increase to 6.2. These findings underscore the effectiveness of the experimental method in fostering active student participation in the learning process. By immersing students in practical experiments, they can develop a deeper grasp of scientific principles. Moreover, this hands-on approach bolsters students' motivation as they witness the real-world applications of their classroom learning. These outcomes make significant contributions to refining instructional strategies for teaching object properties to 5th-grade students.

Abstract

Education in the current era demands to be in line with the times and technology that continues to innovate. There are efforts that can be taken, namely innovating the media and teaching models that are applied in line with the characteristics of students. Efforts made are to develop media and learning models according to the characteristics of students, such as e-module flipbooks assisted by the Project Based Learning model. Experimental research with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design was conducted to test the effectiveness of the model in improving elementary science learning outcomes in the Pesertanta Pentas Cluster. The population taken was grade IV SDN Bagusan (experimental class) and SDN Plumbon (control class). Data analysis using SPSS 25 showed an increase of 28.19 in the experimental class and 19.64 in the control class. The results of the Paired simples T-test post-test test resulted in t-count> t-table and sig <0.05 so that Ha is accepted. The N-gain test results of 68.32% indicate that the model is quite effective in improving the science learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students in Gugus Pentas Pesertanta, Temanggung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa ektrakurikuler tapak suci usia 10-12 tahun di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkalan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 74 siswa yang berasal dari kelas 5 a,b,c Sekolah Dasar, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 20 siswa, dengan rincian siswa putra berjumlah 10 dan siswa putri berjumlah 10 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Teknik tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani adalah Tes TKJI 2010. Teknik analisis data menggunakan standar norma kebugaran jasmani dari TKJI untuk menilai tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 3 siswa (15%) dalam klasifikasi baik sekali, 15 siswa (75%) dalam klasifikasi baik, 2 siswa (10%) dalam klasifikasi sedang, tidak ada siwa (0%) dalam klasifikasi kurang, dan tidak ada siswa (0%) dalam klasifikasi kurang sekali. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa ektrakurikuler tapak suci usia 10-12 tahun di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkalan berada dalam kondisi baik.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement in learning outcomes using the RADEC learning model in class IV SDN 09 Ranah Batahan. This research is classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Two cycles were carried out, where cycle I consisted of 2 meetings and cycle II consisted of 1 meeting. Data from the research were obtained from the Teaching Module assessment, implementation process, and learning outcomes. The data collection technique uses test and non-test data collection techniques. The results of the research show an increase in: a) Teaching Module cycle I with an average of 90% (very good) and cycle II 97.5% (very good), b) Implementation in aspects first cycle teachers with an average of 82.14% (good) and second cycle 96.42% (very good), while implementation in the student aspect of first cycle with an average of 85.71% (good) and second cycle 96.42% c) The assessment of students in improving learning outcomes in cycle I was obtained with an average of 80.73 and in cycle II with an average of 92.55. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the RADEC model can improve student learning outcomes in natural and social science learning.

Abstract

The development of the times has influenced education in Indonesia to become more advanced, but the education system in Indonesia has not fully run well. Many challenges are still experienced by educators in Indonesia, especially in the context of learning Mathematics in Elementary Schools. Being one of the subjects that students are less interested in, an educator must be able to make students active and develop their individual abilities in a fun way. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the TGT learning paradigm, with assistance from Dakota Media, affects students' interest in and performance in grade V mathematics in primary schools.. This kind of research uses a nonequivalent control group design and is quasi-experimental. 30 students from class VB, the experimental class, and 31 students from class VA, the control class, both attended SDN Jatisari Semarang City. Both classes had the same ability before being given treatment.  The instruments used in this study were tests and interest questionnaires. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing of the effect of interest and student learning outcomes using the t-test, the significant value is obtained < 0.05 and the tcount > ttable value, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the TGT model assisted by Dakota on the interest and learning outcomes of mathematics FPB and KPK material in grade V SDN Jatisari.
