Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

The problem in this research is that children's motivation in the learning process is still low, children are lazy in doing the tasks given, lack of concentration on learning, children are not motivated to be able to learn independently to solve problems in their daily lives which results in many children not being actively involved in the process learning. The cause is that learning rarely involves students in discussions, conducting experiments using media or other teaching aids which results in a lack of student skills, especially motivation, so that students can receive the material well. This research aims to determine motivation and character of students by implementing the Problem Based Learning and Numbered Head Together model. This research used Classroom Action Research which was carried out in 2 cycles. This type of research data is qualitative and quantitative data, through measurement techniques with written tests on individual motivation and observation of wasaka character in students. The results of this research show that student motivation has reached a percentage of 94.11%, that is, it has met the classical success indicators, namely ≥80% and affective learning outcomes have reached a percentage of 94.11%, that is, they have met the classical success indicators, namely ≥80%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the STEM Integrated Problem Based Learning and Numbered Head Together model can increase student motivation and students character.

This study aims to describe how the implementation and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum implemented by teachers on the material of the Mutual Cooperation Lifestyle in class IV at SDN 1 Bologarang Grobogan in 2023/2024. This study uses a qualitative approach with a narrative type. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation to test the validity of the data are credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used consists of three stages, namely the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage and the conclusion/verification stage. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum on the material of the Mutual Cooperation Lifestyle in class IV of SDN 1 Bologarang Grobogan has followed the stages according to the concept of the Merdeka Curriculum. In planning, teachers make comprehensive preparations, such as MGMP, understanding curriculum characteristics, analyzing Learning Outcomes, and compiling Learning Objectives and Teaching Modules. In implementation, learning applies a problem-based learning approach and community-based learning. In the evaluation, most students got high scores because they understood and could follow the lesson well, and were able to give examples of mutual cooperation in schools and communities. However, there are still students who tend to be passive and less involved in the practice of mutual cooperation. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the independent curriculum in this material are: (a) lack of student interest, (b) adaptation to the new curriculum model, and (c) lack of training and socialization of professional development for teachers.

This research aims to produce ispring-based interactive media that is suitable for use to assist learning activities in science subjects regarding the structure and function of plant parts. The method used in this research is the Research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model. The subjects taken in this research were 16 class IV students at SDN Pakunden 1, Kediri city. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire. The results of this research obtained a validity assessment according to media expert validators in the appearance aspect of layout design, text, images and animation, obtaining a percentage score of 84.6% with the criteria "Very Valid". According to the material expert validator, the aspects of appropriateness of content, appropriateness of language, and appropriateness of presentation obtained a percentage score of 84% with the criteria "Very Valid". This result is supported by the students' responses by obtaining a percentage score of 92.5% which is the "Very Practical" criterion, and the teacher's response obtained a percentage score of 88% which is the "Very Practical" criterion. This is also proven by the results of evaluation questions from students after using Ispring-based interactive media on the structure and function of plant parts, namely obtaining a percentage of 85.1% with the criteria "Very Effective". Thus it is concluded that Ispring-based interactive media is very valid, practical and effective for use in the learning process.

This study aims to describe teacher activities, to analyze activities, motivation, learning outcomes and wasaka characters (environmental care and discipline) in students using a combination model of Problem Based Learning and Make a Match integrated with STEM. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were VA class students of SDN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin. The results showed that teacher activities were carried out to reach 88.16 with "very good" criteria, student activities were carried out to reach a percentage of 83.82% with "very active" criteria, student motivation was carried out to reach 82.35% with "very active" criteria, student cognitive learning outcomes reached a percentage of 83.80% with "complete" criteria, wasaka character assessment reached a percentage of 85.29% with "already cultured" criteria and psychomotor learning outcomes reached a percentage of 82.85% with "very good" criteria. This research is motivated by political changes in Indonesia, which are followed by increasing issues of decentralization and democratization. The research is directed at evaluating the implementation of Good Governance in Duri Barat Subdistrict, with the aim of explaining field conditions, analyzing government governance, and identifying the influence of Good Governance principles on government governance. This research is quantitative research that uses a statistical approach to analyze the observed symptoms. Conducted in Duri Barat Subdistrict, Duri City, Riau Province, from March to April 2023. The population of this research was all government employees in Duri Barat Subdistrict, with sampling using total sampling because the population was less than 100. The data collected consisted of data primary through questionnaires and interviews. The research instrument includes Good Governance and government governance variables. The data analysis techniques used include simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination test to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the data obtained from 14 employees which were then processed and tested, conclusions can be drawn from the overall results of the test results analysis. Simple linear regression explains that for every additional percentage of Good Governance, government governance increases positively.

This research is investigated from the background of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Karangduren experiencing difficulties in learning mathematics with flat area material. After observation or observation, in learning mathematics the teacher is still the only source of learning knowledge or it can be said that learning is still teacher-centered and the teacher does not use innovative learning media. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) to improve the learning outcomes of students on the material of recognizing the area of flat shapes with the help of powtoon media. This research. The subjects of this study were VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Karangduren in the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 20 students. The research instruments in this study used tests, teacher and student observations and documentation. The results of this study show that powtoon can improve learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Karangduren on the material of flat area. This is indicated by the results of observation of student activities with an average in cycle I of 62.86% with sufficient criteria and in cycle II obtained an average of 81.81% with excellent criteria.

This research is based on the initial observation by the researcher, who noticed that many students are engaged in online gaming. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of online games on students' learning motivation. This research is quantitative in nature with a correlational approach. Sources of information were obtained from various journal findings, articles, and relevant books with titles specified by the author. The research findings conclude that there is an influence of online games on students' learning motivation, and it is negatively impactful. This means that with an increase in online gaming, there is a corresponding decrease in students' learning motivation towards a more diminished state, as seen from the consistency value of the student learning motivation variable (Y) of 28.888 and the regression coefficient of online games (X) at -0.455. This indicates that an increase of 1 unit in online gaming results in a decrease in students' learning motivation by 11.6%. The negative coefficient indicates that online games (X) have a negative influence on students' learning motivation (Y). Furthermore, the calculated F-value is greater than the critical F-value (7.460 > 3.159), thus rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho) and accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha), indicating that online games significantly affect students' learning motivation at SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru.

This study aims to: (1) To produce the development of scientific-based teaching materials on the theme of weather in grade III of elementary school. (2) To analyze the feasibility of scientific-based teaching materials that will be developed on the theme of weather in grade III of elementary school. Which is based on the lack of student response and student interest in reading during the learning process, this causes difficulties in understanding integrated thematic learning. This study is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research. This study was developed using five steps of the ADDIE development model, including: 1) Analyze, 2) Design 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations and questionnaires. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed using a Likert scale. This study produced scientific-based teaching materials on the theme of weather in grade III of elementary school with the material "Weather". Based on the validation that has been done by the material expert, it produces a score of 49 with a percentage of 89% with the category of "very feasible", the media expert produces a score of 50 with a percentage of 100% with the category of "very feasible" and practicality produces a score of 33 with a percentage of 94% with the category of "very feasible". The validation results show that the learning media product is feasible to be tested on students. The results of the field trial produced a score of 1,149 with a percentage of 83, with the category of "very feasible". Thus, the scientific-based teaching material product on the theme of weather in grade III of elementary school made by the researcher is feasible to be used in the ongoing learning process.

This research aims to produce a learning media product and determine the validity and practicality of developing monopoly media on the material "My Indonesia is rich in culture" which is motivated by a lack of innovation in learning media, making students less active in the learning process. This research is a type of development research (R&D). This research was developed using the five steps of the ADDIE development model, namely 1) analyze, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed using a Likert scale. This research produces learning media in the form of monopoly learning media based on the local culture of North Sumatra in science and science learning for class IV elementary school with the material "My Indonesia is rich in culture". Based on validation carried out by material experts, it produced a score of 38 with a percentage of 95%, media experts produced a score of 49 with a percentage of 94% and practicality produced a score of 55 with a percentage of 92% in the "very good" category. The validation results show that the learning media product is worthy of being tested on students. The results of the field trials produced a score of 560 with a percentage of 87.5 in the "very good" category. Thus, the monopoly learning media product based on the local culture of North Sumatra in science and science learning for grade IV elementary school, the material "My Indonesia is rich in culture" created by researchers is suitable for use in the science and science learning process.

This research was conducted due to the minimal use of IT-based teaching materials that are relevant to current developments, as well as the lack of variety in learning media. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by applying the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. With an average learning media validity of 92.7%, specific material validity 90%, language validity 96%, and media validity 92.1%, the final output is considered quite valid. With averages of 95% and 96.6% for teacher and student responses, respectively, the effectiveness category results yielded an average of 92.2% for effectiveness results. Therefore, it can be said that the use of Flip PDF Corporate teaching materials in science and science learning in elementary schools for class IV has been proven to be valid, practical and effective teaching materials.
