Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of application of the Pancasila Student Profile dimensions of students in learning macrame material because the learning process is still teacher-centered, so that students are less actively involved in the learning process. This research aims to describe how to improve the Pancasila Student Profile of students in macrame material using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in class V of SDN 01 Ladang Cakiah, Bukittinggi City.This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. This research was carried out in 2 cycles with research procedures consisting of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data in this research consists of qualitative data and quantitative data with the data source being the process of learning macrame material using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. Data collection techniques used in this research were tests and non-tests. The instruments used are test and non-test sheets. The subjects in this research were class teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners and 29 students consisting of 12 male students and 17 female students.The research results showed that: First, the teaching module for cycle I, meeting I, obtained an average of 79.16% (B), cycle I, meeting II, 87.5% (A), then increased in cycle II to 95.83% (A). . Second, the results of the teacher's learning aspects in cycle I, meeting I, obtained an average of 78.12% (B), cycle I, meeting II 90.62% (A), then increased in cycle II to 96.87% (A). Third, the results of the implementation of learning aspects for students in cycle I, meeting I, obtained an average of 75%, cycle I, meeting II, 87.5% (A), then increased in cycle II to 93.75% (A). Fourth, the results of the Pancasila Student Profile assessment for cycle I, meeting I, obtained an average of 71 (B), cycle I, meeting II 82.64 (A), then increased in cycle II to 89.11 (A). The five learning outcomes for cycle I, meeting I, obtained an average of 77.07 (B), cycle I, meeting II, obtained an average of 83.08 (A), then increased in cycle II to 92.63 (A). Thus, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model can improve the Pancasila Student profile of students in macrame material in class V of SDN 01 Ladang Cakiah, Bukittinggi City. Abstract

Batik is a handicraft that has a variety of motifs with a philosophy. Batik motifs have experienced rapid development adapting to the times. In an effort to preserve batik, there needs to be involvement of various parties, especially teenagers or millennials. Our findings show that there is a problem, namely the lack of attention or awareness of teenagers towards batik as a cultural symbol, especially the philosophy of the batik motif itself. The aim of this research is to analyze the strengthening of local cultural values ​​among teenagers through preserving youth folklore in batik motifs and providing an understanding of the philosophy of batik motifs. This research was conducted in Surakarta, namely in Kampung Batik Laweyan, precisely at Batik Mahkota Laweyan, and Kampung Batik Kauman, precisely in Batik Gunawan Setiawan. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The research results show that there are different characteristics in the two batik industries, where Batik Mahkota Laweyan focuses on developing contemporary motifs while Batik Gunawan Setiawan focuses on preserving traditional motifs. In this case, there are several considerations for teenagers when choosing batik, including contemporary motifs, calm coloring, and simple clothing styles. The classification of batik motifs that are in accordance with the characteristics of youth folklore includes the Sidomukti motif, Parang motif, Truntum motif, Satrio Manah motif, Semen Rante motif, Wahyu Tumurun motif, Wirasat motif, Pisang Bali motif, as well as the Millennial motif which includes the Maestro and Maestro Super motifs.

Abstract

The problem contained in this study is the low learning outcomes of science due to the lack of student learning motivation, the low religious character during prayer activities and the low character of hard work in learning activities. The solution to the problem in this study is to use the Project Based Learning and Talking Stick models integrated with STEM. The purpose of this study is to describe student motivation, hard work and religious characters in science content of Theme 8 Environment of Our Friends in class VB students of SDN-SN Sungai Miai 5. The research used is class action research, using two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II involving 34 students of Class VB SDN-SN Sungai Miai 5. The results of this study prove that using the Project Based Learning and Talking Stick models integrated with STEM can increase student motivation to learn, character and understanding of science concepts. This can be seen from the results of motivation research in cycle I of 64.7% (22 students) and in cycle II increased to 94.1% (32 students). While the results of research on religious character and hard work in cycle I were 70.6% (24 students) and increased in cycle II which was 97.1% (33 students).

Abstract

Early childhood education has a very important role in optimizing children's development potential. As a PAUD teacher, you have the responsibility to teach positive values ​​and morality to children. Apart from teaching religious and moral values, PAUD teachers must also be role models for children. This research aims to describe the role of teachers and the factors that influence the development of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood group B at Maraqitta'limat Tembeng Putik Kindergarten. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach and involved two teachers. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the development of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood at the Maraqitta'limat Tembeng Putik Kindergarten is starting to show progress. This can be seen from the children's behavior, such as when praying they are able to follow the teacher, showing respect between students and the teacher, as well as the rules of conduct when lining up before entering class.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of independent curriculum teaching materials that suit school needs. SDN 5 Sitiung requires teaching materials, one of which is the IPAS e-module in Class IV. So the effort made is to develop a Class IV science e-module for elementary schools in an independent curriculum that is valid, practical and effective. This type of research is Research and Development research which uses the Plomp development model which has several stages, namely (Preliminary research, development prototyping phase, assessment phase). The assessment instrument was carried out by the validators, namely content validator, language validator and graphic validator. Filling out the instrument sheet uses a validation sheet for validators and a practicality sheet assessed by practitioners. The result obtained from the development of Discovery Learning-Based E-Modules using the Canva Application in Class IV Science and Science Learning at Elementary School at SDN 5 Sitiung, namely from the validator results obtained an average of 89,3% with a very valid category, the practicality value obtained an average value of 94,2% in the very practical category, and the effectiveness value obtained an average of 83% in the very effective category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of students who cannot read sentences correctly and some students cannot distinguish punctuation marks and are also not fluent in reading. The aim of this research is to produce smart board learning media that is valid, practical and effective. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, desing, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results of the validity of the smart board media were validated by 4 validators, namely validation by content experts, the results obtained were 90% categorized as very valid. Validation by language experts obtained results of 91,66%, categorized as very valid. Media expert validation obtained a result of 90% categorized as very valid. Validation of the teaching module obtained a result of 91% categorized as very valid, validation of the teaching module by the teacher obtained a result of 100% categorized as very valid. The results of the practicality of smart board media through the teacher response questionnaire by class 1 teacher obtained a result of 100% which was categorized as very practical, while through the student response questionnaire an average result of 97,71% was categorized as very practical. The effectiveness result obtained and the results of student learning tests in main schools obtained an average of 90,32% categorized as very effective.

Abstract

The core component of gross motor skills is the ability to use the large muscles in the body to perform physical movements that involve coordination and strength. This research aims to determine the effect of audio-visual based learning media on gross motor skills in children in kindergarten. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique, consisting of 20 children: 10 in the control class and 10 in the experimental class. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the experimental class that used audio-visual learning media had a higher increase in gross motor skills than the control class. Based on the Wilcoxon test, there is a significant influence of audio-visual based learning media on gross motor skills in kindergarten children aged 5-6 years in group B2 at Al-Biruni Mandiri Jipang Kindergarten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui kondisi objektif sopan santun siswa kelas III SD saat berada dilingkungan sekolah; 2) Untuk mengetahui apa penyebab kurangnya sikap sopan santun siswa kelas III SD; 3) Untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang sopan santun siswa kelas III SD. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 17 Singkawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, 1) kondisi sopan santun siswa dilingkungan sekolah sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan metode role playing berbeda. Dengan diterapkannya metode tersebut pengetahuan siswa tentang sopan santun meningkat menjadi sangat baik. 2) penyebab kurangnya sopan santun siswa karena pengetahuan tentang sopan dan santun yang rendah. 3) melalui Pendidikan pancasila pengetahuan siswa tentang sopan santun dapat meningkat setelah diterapkannay metode role playing dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pemanfaatan metode role playing pada pembelajaran Pendidikan pancasila dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan sopan santun siswa kelas III SDN 17 Singkawang dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan sopan santun siswa dapat meningkat dengan diterapkannya metode role playing di dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penalaran matematis dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar materi statistika siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Lombok Barat Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode ex-post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 41 siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Lombok Barat yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket kemandirian belajar dan instrumen tes berupa soal uraian mengenai penalaran matematis dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi statistika. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi, Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan penalaran matematis terhadap hasil belajar materi statistika siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Lombok Barat Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024, dengan 14 orang (34%) memperoleh nilai penalaran matematis tinggi dan 14 orang (34%) memperoleh nilai penalaran matematis rendah. 2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar materi statistika siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Lombok Barat Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024, dengan 20 orang (49%) memperoleh nilai kemandirian belajar tinggi. 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan penalaran matematis dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar materi statistika siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Lombok Barat tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the steps of the Inquiry learning model to scientific literacy abilities, to analyze the application of the steps of the Discovery learning learning model to scientific literacy abilities in elementary schools, and to prove the effectiveness of applying the Inquiry learning model with Discovery learning to scientific literacy abilities in Elementary School. This type of research is quasi-experimental (Quasi Experimental Research) with a pseudo-quasi design. In this study, the researchers divided into experimental classes consisting and control class Data collection techniques through observation and tests to measure IPAS scientific literacy abilities. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery learning learning model is more effective in improving scientific literacy skills than Inquiry. This is shown by the results of the t count in the independent sample t-test which was carried out after treatment, it was found that the 2-tailed significance was 0.000, which was less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In the Discovery Learning model, students work on their own to find solutions to problems and the knowledge that accompanies them will produce truly meaningful knowledge. Apart from that, the Discovery learning model emphasizes active student learning in discovering concepts.
