This study aims to determine the extent to which the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) model influences the basic techniques of basketball passing. that the teacher has directed in carrying out the practice directly or in theory that has been taught. Then in this study the authors used a descriptive quantitative research method with a one-group pretest-posttest design model, where the researcher described the results in this study by revealing data in the form of numbers that had been analyzed using the SPSS application. Then the results of this study can be seen in some of the following data from the resulting research, it is known that the resulting significance value of 0.144 is greater than 0.06. So it can be concluded that the data tested is normally distributed. Then test the hypothesis through the paired sample t-test that the resulting average pre-test is 54.62 and 81.30 post-test. Therefore, the results of the post-test were better than the pre-test and the resulting standard deviation was for the pretest 13,240 and for the post-test 9,096. Then the results of the other paired sample t-test showed that the results were sig. (2-tailed) obtained by 0.000 (sig.2-tailed), namely 0.000 <0.06, meaning that there is an influence of the visual auditory kinesthetic model in the results of Improve the basic technique of passing basketball.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in physical fitness for gender in the wetland area of Negara Hulu Sungai Selatan District. The method used in this study is the pre-experimental method. The purpose of the pre-experiment is to obtain information that is an approximation of the information that can be obtained by the actual experiment in circumstances where it is not possible to control and manipulate all the relevant variables. The design in this study uses The One Group Pretest-Posttest design, which means that a group of subjects is subjected to treatment for a certain period of time, while measurements are made before and after treatment is given and the effect of treatment is measured from the difference between the initial measurement (O1) and the final measurement (O2). The population in this study were women in the wetlands of Negara District, while the sample size was 35 people. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in physical fitness in women in the wetlands of Negara Hulu Sungai Selatan District. The benefits of physical fitness are currently very well recognized by the community, as evidenced by the development of fitness centers and sports activities that are widely held, all of which stem from the pursuit of physical fitness.

The objective of this research is to develop interactive learning multimedia. This research used Research and Development Method. The results in the development stage of interactive learning multimedia show: (1) the assessment of material experts was high feasible criteria with an average score of 4.68, (2) the assessment of design experts was high feasible criteria with an average score of 4.66, (3) the assessment of the media I was in the criteria of high feasible with an average score of 4.57, (4) the assessment of media experts II was in the criteria of high feasible with an average score of 4.85. Interactive learning multimedia was very effective in improving student skills in underhand passing and underhand service and can improve student learning outcomes in underhand passing and underhand service. It was proved that the average student skill result when performing underhand service after used interactive learning multimedia is 81.5 with N-Gain 0.6 medium category, the average student skill result when performing underhand service after used learning multimedia interactive was 86.75 with N-Gain 0.7 high category. The average student learning outcomes using interactive learning multimedia was 89 with an N-Gain of 0.8 "High". While the results of the lower passing t test obtain a sig value <0.05. After analyzing the data, the final test showed sig <0.05, mean Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Significant value of passing below 0.003 <0.05 which mean significant with a sig level of 5%, then sig value of service below 0.000 <0.05 which mean significant with a sig level of 5%. It proved that interactive learning multimedia was more effective and proven to increase student skill outcomes in carried out underhand passing and underserving as well as improved student learning outcomes in underhand passing and underserving material in IV grade of SD Negeri 106790 Sei Mencirim.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to analyze the increase in physical education students' interest in reading in attending lectures on basic research and scientific writing. The research method used is classroom action research using 2 cycles. The participants in this study were physical education students who attended basic research lectures and scientific writing totaling 52 students. Data collection techniques and instruments used observation guides, questionnaires, and interviews. Research data were analyzed using a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The results of the analysis show that in cycle 1 the reading interest of physical education students is in the medium category, and the reading interest of physical education students in cycle 2 is in the high category. So, it can be concluded that the CIRC learning model is effective in increasing students' interest in reading. It can be used as a recommendation for Physical Education lecturers to make this learning model an alternative to managing the learning process.

This research is motivated by the large number of students who do not understand the material for traditional sports in PENJAS learning due to the absence of learning media used in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to develop media and find out students’ responses to monopoly learning media in PENJAS lesson content. This research is included in the research and development (R&D) directing the Borg and Gall research model. This research method uses ADDIE with five stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. The research subjects were 32 large group students and 5 small group students in class III at an elementary school. The results of the study show that monopoly media developed based on media experts get a "very decent" percentage score of 93%. In addition, the results of the material expert validation obtained a percentage score of 94%, placing it in the "very valid"category. The development test for the large group is 95%, and the small group is 92% in the "very feasible" category. Considering the consequences of data acquisition, it can be concluded that the development of monopoly media for traditional sports is very appropriate to be used as a learning medium for PENJAS class III in elementary schools.

This research is a research activity testing the effectiveness of table tennis digital teaching materials, which previously this product has gone through a development process (expert judgment, small-scale field tests and large-scale field tests). This study aims to obtain teaching material products that are effectively used by students in learning table tennis. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The subjects involved in this study were 30 experimental groups and 30 control groups. The subjects of this study were students who were taking table tennis courses at the Physical Health and Recreation Education Study Program, Medan State University. The data analysis technique used in this study is the feasibility percentage technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be described that the results of the research can be seen from the results of the pretest, the two groups have almost the same percentage of learning outcomes. where the experimental group's pretest results were 41.92% while the control group was 42.50% with a difference of 0.88%. Based on this percentage, it can be categorized that student learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect have not been completed. Furthermore, the results of the post-test of the two groups experienced an increase from the results of the pre-test, where the experimental group achieved a completeness percentage of 92.2% while the control group was 82.1%, this percentage can be categorized as complete classically, but in the post-test results the percentage of the experimental group was higher than with the percentage of the control group. Based on this research data, it can be concluded that the digital materials developed in this study are suitable for use by educators as teaching materials in table tennis lectures.
