Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan industri kreatif dari pasar tradisional menuju pasar ekonomi global berbasis online pada komunitas perempuan Pengrajin Cangkang Kerang di Kota Parepare Sulawesi Selatan. Kegiatan Penelitian dan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami wujud usaha serta permasalahan yang dihadapi di dalam pengembangan industri kreatif cangkang kerang yang dilakukan oleh komunitas para perempuan pengrajin di kecamatan Soreang di bawah koordinasi Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah (Dekranasda) Kota Parepare, serta untuk mendampingi komunitas tersebut dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka dalam bidang produksi dan pemasaran industri kreatif secara online. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Tahapan pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan workshop tentang tips dan trik dalam menjual produk kerajinan secara online dan langkah kerja e-commerce dengan menghadirkan peserta sebanyak 20 orang. Pelaksanaan program pendampingan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman anggota komunitas mitra pemberdayaan terkait pentingnya pemasaran/penjualan secara online, dan telah mendorong mitra pengabdian menggunakan aplikasi jual-beli online. Selain dua hal tersebut, kegiatan ini juga telah meningkatkan literasi komunitas mitra terkait legalitas hukum dan regulasi peraturan yang harus diperhatikan dalam melakukan transaksi jual-beli secara online. Dari pengabdian ini direkomendasikan adanya kerjasama dalam bentuk surat perjanjian bersama demi terjalinnya kemitraan dalam bentuk pengabdian yang berkelanjutan.Abstract: Strengthening the creative industries from traditional-local markets to online-based global economic markets for the women's community of Shellfish Artisans in Parepare, South Sulawesi. This Research and Community Engagement Service aims to find out and to explore the business type and problems faced in developing the shell creative industry carried out by the Women Artisan Community in Soreang sub-district, coordinated and supported by the Region for Nationality Craft Council of Parepare, as well as to assist the Community Engagement in increasing their knowledge and understanding in online Producing and marketing literacy for the creative industry products. This dedication applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The service implemented by socialization and workshops on tips and tricks in online selling craft products and e-commerce work steps by presenting twenty participants. The implementation of this community engagement program has increased the participants` understanding and their empowerment partnership related to the importance of online sales as well as marketing, and it has also encouraged the partners using online buying and selling applications. In addition to these two things, this activity has also improved the literacy of partner communities related to legality and regulations that have to be considered in conducting online buying and selling transactions. From this dedication, it would recommend a cooperation in the form of mutual agreement for establishing the sustainable engagement partnership.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap penjualan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Banyak para pelaku usaha melakukan langkah efisiensi untuk usaha yang dijalankannya, salah satu di antaranya adalah pengurangan jumlah karyawan. Untuk membantu UMKM, maka dilakukanlah pelatihan penggunaan salah satu aplikasi Chatbot, yaitu Wabot untuk membantu bagian penjualan pada UMKM yang terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan dilakukan selama dua minggu yang meliputi proses instalasi, pendaftaran, pemanfaatan fitur Auto Reply, dan pemanfaatan fitur WhatsApp Form. Pelatihan yang dilakukan mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif dari para pelaku UMKM di Desa Mandalasari, karena dengan menggunakan Chatbot dapat menggantikan peran manusia untuk melayani permintaan pelanggan selama 24 jam. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan, peserta pelatihan mampu menggunakan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi chatbot Wabot untuk layanan informasi produk UMKM. Evaluasi akhir selama 3 pertemuan, didapatkan rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman sebanyak 70%.Abstract: The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has had a significant impact on sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many business actors take efficiency measures for the businesses they run, one of which is reducing the number of employees. To help MSMEs, training on the use of one of the Chatbot applications, namely Wabot, was conducted to assist the sales department for MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was carried out for two weeks which included the installation process, registration, utilization of the Auto Reply feature, and utilization of the WhatsApp Form feature. The training carried out received a positive response from MSME actors in Mandalasari Village, because using Chatbots can replace the role of humans to serve customer requests for 24 hours. The results of the training showed that the training participants were able to use and implement the Wabot chatbot application for MSME product information services. The final evaluation for 3 meetings, obtained an average increase in understanding of 70%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan sampah secara menyeluruh menjadi target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di tahun 2030.Permasalahan sampah B3 infeksius menjadi penting di era pandemi COVID-19. Adanya peningkatan jenis sampah infeksius dari sektor rumah tangga berupa sampah masker sebesar 20% yang belum terkelola dengan baik dapat menambah penurunan sanitasi, penularan virus dan membahayakan kesehatan. Sejalan dengan kebijakan pemerintah pusat mengenai SDGs dan kebijakan Desa Tohudan, Kec. Colomadu, Kab. Karanganya maka perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait pengelolaaan sampah B3 infeksius di Desa Tohudan. Tujuan dari edukasi ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat guna mewujudkan gerakan pengelolaan sampah mandiri guna menuju terciptanya Sanitation & Green Village. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dibagi menjadi empat tahap yaitu (1) persiapan berupa koordinasi tim pengabdian masyarakat dengan mitra (2) pelaksanaan berupa pembekalan berupa teori, praktik dan diskusi (3) Evaluasi (4) pengolahan data dan analisa. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran warga terkait pengelolaan sampah B3 infeksius di masa pandemi COVID-19 sebesar 21%.Abstract: Comprehensive solid waste management is the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target in 2030. The waste problem becomes important in the COVID-19 pandemic. An infectious enhancement waste such as used mask from the household is 20% which has not been managed properly. It increases the sanitation decline, viruses’ transmission and endanger health. In line with the central government's policy on SDGs and the Tohudan Village policy, it is necessary to educate the public regarding infectious waste management. The education goals are increasing people's knowledge and awareness regarding infectious waste management to create an independent waste management movement towards Sanitation & Green Village. The implementing method was divided into four stages, namely (1) preparation such as the team and the community partner coordination (2) implementation such as theory debriefing, practice, and discussion (3) Evaluation (4) data processing. The data processing results show that this activity can increase people's knowledge and awareness regarding infectious waste management during the COVID-19 pandemic around 21%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan untuk (1) memperkuat kelembagaan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman mitra terhadap perubahan iklim, (2) memperkuat kelembagaan mitra dengan terbukanya akses pada kebijakan pemerintah hingga melakukan aksi iklim bersama, (3) inventarisasi aksi iklim di RW 13 Umban Sari melalui Sistem Registri Nasional Pengendalian Perubahan Iklim (SRN PPI). Mitra kegiatan adalah Kelompok Berkah Hijau Mandiri. Metode pelaksanaannya melalui (1) sosialisasi, (2) pendampingan administratif, dan (3) pendampingan praktik pengisian SRN PPI. Evaluasi kegiatan dengan (1) post-test dan pre-test, (2) monitoring akses, aset dan aksi bersama, (3) monitoring hasil pengisian SRN PPI. Hasil kegiatan adalah (1) meningkatnya jumlah mitra yang memahami aksi mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim; (2) keberhasilan mitra mendapatkan akses kebijakan dalam bentuk aset pengelolaan sampah, Kebun Bibit Rakyat dan terlaksananya berbagai aksi iklim bersama; dan (3) peningkatan 100% keterampilan mitra menginventarisasi SRN PPI dengan data aksi mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim. Dengan hasil ini maka kelembagaan mitra sangat kuat mendorong RW 13 Umban Sari masuk dalam program kampung iklim (Proklim).Abstract: The social activity’ objectives are to (1) strengthen institutions by increasing partners' understanding of climate change, (2) strengthen partner institutions by opening access to government policies for joint climate action, (3) take an inventory of climate action in RW 13 Umban Sari through the National Registration System for Controlling Climate Change (SRN PPI). The activity partner is ‘Mandiri Berkah Hijau Group’. The method of implementation is by (1) socialization, (2) administrative assistance, and (3) assistance in the practice of filling out the PPI SRN. Meanwhile, evaluation of activities by (1) post-test and pre-test, (2) monitoring of access, assets and joint actions, (3) monitoring the results of filling out the SRN PPI. The results of these activities indicate (1) an increase in the number of partners who understand climate change mitigation and adaptation actions; (2) the success of partners in gaining access to policies in the form of waste management assets, People's Nurseries and the implementation of various joint climate actions; and (3) 100% improvement of partner skills in inventorying SRN PPI with data on climate change mitigation and adaptation actions. With this result, partner institutions strongly encourage RW 13 Umban Sari to be included in the climate village program (Proklim).

Abstract

Abstrak: Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) adalah penyakit pernapasan menular yang disebabkan oleh jenis virus corona baru yaitu severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Pengetahuan masyarakat terkait COVID-19 belum sepenuhnya baik. Di awal tahun 2020 terutama, banyak masyarakat yang menganggap bahwa virus ini tidak berbahaya dan biasa saja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang benar terkait COVID-19 dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam menghasilkan produk minuman instan peningkat imunitas di masa pandemi di Desa Sentra Kelor Bogo, Bojonegoro. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan meliputi penyuluhan terkait fakta dan hoax seputar COVID-19, pelatihan cara cuci tangan sebagai bagian dari PHBS (Perilaku Hidup Bersih Sehat) sesuai dengan WHO, pengadaan wastafel portable dan pelatihan pembuatan JAMU instan peningkat imunitas. Serangkaian kegiatan tersebut mendapatkan respon yang baik dari masyarakat yang ditandai dengan peningkatan pemahaman Mitra terkait COVID-19 (rerata nilai pre test 60 dan post test 80) dan keberhasilan Mitra dalam produksi minuman instan kunyit asam kelor dan jahe kelor sebagai peningkat imunitas di masa pandemi di Desa Sentra Kelor Bogo, Bojonegoro.Abstract: Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious respiratory disease caused by a new type of coronavirus, namely severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Public knowledge regarding COVID-19 is not entirely good. At the beginning of 2020 especially, many people think that this virus is harmless. This activity aims to provide an understanding of COVID-19 and community empowerment in producing herbal instant drink products during the pandemic in Sentra Kelor Village, Bogo, Bojonegoro. The community service programs carried out included education about facts and hoaxes about COVID-19, training on washing hands as part of Healthy Life Behavior by WHO, providing portable sinks, and training on making instant herbal drinks (JAMU). The series of activities received a good response from the community. The knowledge about COVID-19 (pre test 60 and post test 80) has been improved and resulted in instant herbal drinks based on turmeric, moringa, tamarind, and moringa ginger.

Abstract

Abstrak: Modernisasi dan globalisasi tak hanya memberi dampak positif, namun dapat menjadi ancaman bagi jati diri bangsa Indonesia. Arus perubahan sosial budaya membawa krisis bagi pewarisan budaya nasional. Tokoh lokal terlupakan dan tergantikan dengan idola-idola baru produk modernisasi. Begitu juga kehidupan sosial budaya di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) yang kaya budaya dan cerita rakyat yang memuat kisah inspiratif. Hal ini mendasari tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu mengembangkan karakter anak melalui literasi budaya berbasis cerita rakyat NTB. Tim MT. Al-Kahfi Unram bermitra TBM Literasi Lumbung Lombok melaksanakan Program Holistik Pembinaan dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D) atas pendanaan Dirjen Belmawa Kemendikbud berupa pelatihan mendongeng dan penyelenggaraan Festival Cerita Rakyat NTB. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut ialah terbentuknya kelompok pelatihan mendongeng, terciptanya Buku Cerita Rakyat NTB, peserta mengenal cerita rakyat NTB (70%), terimplementasi nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat NTB dengan sangat baik (84%), peserta memiliki keterampilan berbahasa dengan baik (72%), tumbuhnya minat baca yang sangat tinggi (86%), dan peserta dapat membaca dengan lancar (75%).Abstract: Modernization and globalization not only have a positive impact, but can also be a threat to the identity of the Indonesian nation. The flow of socio-cultural changes brought a crisis to the inheritance of national culture. Local figures are forgotten and replaced with new idols of modernization products. Likewise, the socio-cultural life in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), which is rich in culture and folklore, contains inspirational stories. This underlies the purpose of service activities, namely developing children's character through cultural literacy based on NTB folklore. MT. Al-Kahfi Unram Team partnered with TBM Literasi Lumbung Lombok to carry out the Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program (PHP2D) with funding from the Director General of Belmawa of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the form of storytelling training and organizing the NTB Folklore Festival. The results of these activities were the formation of a storytelling training group, the creation of an NTB Folklore Book, participants were familiar with NTB folklore (70%), the implementation of the character values contained in NTB folklore very well (84%), participants had language skills with good (72%), the growth of interest in reading is very high (86%), and the participants can read fluently (75%).

Abstract

Abstrak: Berkembangnya teknologi informasi di era ini membawa dampak yang cukup besar di seluruh dunia terhadap perubahan di berbagai bidang. Salah satu bentuk dari berkembangnya teknologi adalah lahirnya media sosial. Media sosial memberi pengaruh terhadap pergeseran dan perubahan perilaku dan kehidupan masyarakat baik pada etika, norma, maupun budaya. Terdapat berbagai dampak dari adanya media sosial, baik dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Untuk dapat mencegah dampak negatif atau dampak buruk yang terjadi, maka diperlukan pemahaman mendalam mengenai etika yang baik dalam berkomunikasi di media sosial. Perlu literasi yang baik dalam menjalani kehidupan pada masa sekarang, terlebih dalam berinteraksi di dunia maya dan media sosial. Dengan memiliki kecakapan digital banyak peluang dan manfaat dari perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Tujuan dari dilakukannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan etika dan berinteraksi dalam media sosial kepada siswa SMA Negeri 3 Karawang. Hal tersebut penting dilakukan karena media sosial berdampak besar terhadap pergeseran sosial yang di dalamnya termasuk etika dan cara berinteraksi seseorang di lingkungan sekitarnya.Abstract: The development of information technology in this era has had a considerable impact on changes in various fields worldwide. Social media is one of the results of these advances. Social media influences changes in behaviour and public life in ethics, norms, and culture. Social media has positive and negative effects on life. To reduce and prevent the negative impact of social media, it is necessary to understand good ethics in communicating on social media. Good literacy is needed in living life today, especially in interacting in cyberspace and social media. There are many opportunities and benefits from today's technological developments by having digital skills. This study aims to find out how the influence of social media in ethics and interaction in SMA Negeri 3 Karawang. The results show that social media has a significant impact on social shifts, including ethics and how a person interacts in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Cakupan imunisasi selama pandemi Covid-19 mengalami penurunan.Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu menambah pengetahuan terkait prosedur pelayanan imunisasi selama pandemi Covid-19. Metode kegiatan ini berupa penyuluhan yaitu ceramah serta diskusi dengan ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi maupun balita di RT 06 dan 07, Kelurahan Sangkrah, Kecamatan Pasar Kliwon, Kota Surakarta. Media yang digunakan yaitu poster dan leaflet. Sasaran kegiatan ini sejumlah 36 orang. Sebelum dan setelah pemberian edukasi peserta diberikan kuesioner terkait materi prosedur pelayanan imunisasi selama pandemi Covid-19. Hasil kegiatan pengadian masyarakat ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 24.8%, dimana hasil nilai pretest 71.7%, sedangkan nilai posttest 96.5%. Kegiatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta terkait prosedur pelayanan imunisasi selama pandemi Covid-19. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ini diaharapkan peserta tidak memiliki kekhawatiran lagi untuk melakukan imunisasi selama pandemi Covid-19 sehingga capaian imunisasi di wilayah Kelurahan Sangkrah khususnya RT 06 dan 07 mengalami peningkatan.Abstract: The coverage of immunization during Covid-19 has decreased. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge related to immunization service procedures during Covid-19. The method of this activity is in the form of counseling, namely lectures and questions and answers to mothers who have babies or toddlers in RT 06 and 07, Sangkrah Village, Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta City. The media used posters and leaflets. The targets of this activity were 34 peo. Before and after providing education, participants were given a questionnaire related to the material for immunization service procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic. The result in this activity is an increase in participants' knowledge by 24.8%, where the pretest score is 71.7%, while the posttest score is 96.5%. This activity has proven to be able to increase participants' knowledge regarding immunization service procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic. With this increase in knowledge, it is hoped that participants will no longer have to worry about immunizing during Covid-19 so that immunization achievements in the Sangkrah Village area, especially RT 06 and 07, have increased.

Abstract

Abstrak: Disrupsi teknologi dan iklim bisnis yang semakin kompetitif membuat setiap UMKM perlu memiliki kemampuan untuk mengembangan model bisnis yang adaptif. Kecenderungan konsumen untuk mengakses media digital dalam melakukan pencarian informasi mengenai brand membuat setiap bisnis perlu memperhatikan strategi digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan melalui pelatihan daring ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam mengembangkan model bisnis dan optimalisasi media sosial. Mitra pengabdian adalah Saudari Grace Sisca Sibarani, seorang pengusaha yang menjual serbuk kopi dalam kemasan. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam dua hari. Hari pertama diisi dengan pembukaan pelatihan dan penyampaian materi pengembangan model bisnis. Hari kedua diisi dengan praktik pengembangan model bisnis dan penyampaian materi optimalisasi media sosial untuk promosi. Evaluasi kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui wawancara . Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, diketahui bahwa peserta sudah mencapai 87% penguasaan terhadap materi.Abstract: Disruption of technology and an increasingly competitive business climate make every MSME needs to have the ability to develop adaptive business models. The tendency of consumers to access digital media in searching for information about brands makes every business need to pay attention to digital marketing strategies. This service activity carried out through online training aims to improve the ability of MSMEs in developing business models and optimizing social media. The service partner is Sister Grace Sisca Sibarani, an entrepreneur who sells packaged coffee grounds. The training was carried out in two days. The first day was filled with the opening of the training and the delivery of business model development materials. The second day was filled with business model development practices and the delivery of social media optimization materials for promotion. Evaluation of this activity was carried out through interviews. Based on the results of interviews, it is known that participants have achieved 87% mastery of the material.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk: (1) meningkatkan penngetahuan kelompok tani buah naga akan manfaat, teknologi pengolahan dan diversifikasi/aneka olahan produk berbasis buah naga; (2) mengembangkan paket teknologi pengolahan buah naga menjadi berbagai produk olahan; dan (3) melakukan uji organoleptik penerimaan konsumen terhadap produk olahan buah naga. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, dan pelatihan. Evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada aspek input, proses, produk, dan kepuasan peserta. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah petani buah naga sejumlah 30 orang di Desa Kemuning lor, Kecamatan Arjasa, Kabupaten Jember. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) meningkatnya pemahaman petani buah naga terkait manfaat, teknologi pengolahan buah naga dan diversifikasi/aneka olahan produk berbasis buah naga; (2) buah naga dapat menjadi berbagai jenis produk olahan (selai, sari buah, manisan dan cake) dengan menggunakan teknologi yang sederhana, dan dapat dilakukan oleh industri rumah tangga dengan kualitas produk sesuai dengan standar; dan (3) berdasarkan tingkat penerimaan konsumen produk olahan buah naga berkisar dari suka sampai sangat suka untuk warna dan antara agak suka sampai suka untuk rasa, aroma dan keseluruha. Pengabdian masyarakat ini, mampu memberdayakan, memotivasi, dan mendorong jiwa kewirausahaan para peserta.Abstract: The objectives of this Community Service activities are to: (1) increase knowledge of dragon fruit’s groups on benefits, processing technology and diversification/various processed products based on dragon fruit; (2) develop a technology package for processing dragon fruit into various processed products; (3) evaluate organoleptic test of consumer acceptance of processed dragon fruit products. The methods of this activities used lectures, demos, and training. Evaluation of community service was carried out on aspects of input, process, product, and participant satisfaction. The participants of this activity were dragon fruit farmers (30 persons) in Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District, Jember Regency. The results of community service showed that: (1) increasing understanding of dragon fruit farmers regarding the benefits, dragon fruit processing technology and diversification/various processed products based on dragon fruit; (2) dragon fruit could be processed into various types of processed products (jam, dragon fruit juice, candy, and cakes) using simple technology, and can be carried out by home industries with product quality according to standards; (3) based on the level of consumer acceptance of processed dragon fruit products, ranging from liking to very liking for color and from slightly liking to liking for taste, aroma and overall. Community service was able to empowered, motivated, and encouraged the entrepreneurial spirit of the participants.
