Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number 3 method on nurses' ability to interpret normal ECG and arrhythmias. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and a post-test with a control group. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the mean score of nurses in the interpretation of normal ECG and arrhythmias in both the intervention and control groups (p-value 0.007 and 0.002). The multiple linear regression test showed that the treatment variable contributed to the nurse's ability to interpret normal ECG and arrhythmias with a p-value of 0.002 with a negative linear pattern (Nurses' ability = 66.099 - 9.156 (treatment). In conclusion, there is a significant difference in the average score of nurses in interpretation. Normal ECG and arrhythmia in both the intervention and control groups. However, the intervention group with the number 3 method had a greater difference in mean values than the control group. Statistically, the more research treatments, the nurses' ability to interpret normal ECG and arrhythmias would decrease. Keywords: Arrhythmia, Normal EKG, Interpretation of ECG, Number Method 3

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of direct suggestion hypnotherapy and anchoring on reducing levels of anxiety and depression in PLWHA patients at Tarakan Hospital, Central Jakarta. This research method uses Quasi Experiment Design. The results of the Chi-square test showed that after the intervention, the level of anxiety and depression was obtained in the intervention and control groups for the anxiety variables p: 1,000 (> 0.05) and depression p: 0.621 (> 0.05). However, before and after, there was a significant change in the value of anxiety (16.7%), depression (33%) after hypnotherapy. In conclusion, there is no effect of giving direct suggestion hypnotherapy and anchoring techniques on reducing levels of anxiety and depression in PLWHA patients. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of aromatherapy back massage interventions on patients' sleep quality with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods This study was a randomized controlled trial. The results of this study obtained the mean value for the control group before the intervention was 4.77. After the intervention, the mean value was 5.17, which means the level of sleep quality was poor. In the intervention group, the mean value was 5.03 before the intervention, while after the intervention, the mean value was 4.30, which means an increase in sleep quality. Good. The difference in scoring between the control group's sleep quality is 1.17. The intervention group is 2.47 with a P-value of 0.001 (α <0.05), which means a significant difference in the average score of sleep quality between the control group and the intervention group. In conclusion, aromatherapy back massage intervention can significantly improve sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dominant factors associated with the time to recover consciousness of patients with laparotomy, general anesthesia in the Recovery Room of Bhayangkara Hospital Tk I Jakarta. The research method used is analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed a relationship between age and recovery time after general anesthesia post-laparotomy (p = 0.028). There was a difference between the sexes and the time to recover consciousness of the laparotomy patients with general anesthesia (p = 0.04). There was a difference between ASA and recovery time of conscious laparotomy patients with general anesthesia (p = 0.01). There was a correlation between BMI and awake in patients with available anesthesia laparotomy (p = 0.0005). There was no relationship between body temperature, fasting time, and duration of operation with p values (0.59, 0.6, and 0.94), respectively. In conclusion, the dominant factor that affects the recovery time of consciousness in post-laparotomy general anesthesia patients is body temperature, namely hypothermia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of health coaching on knowledge and attitudes about the prevention of tuberculosis transmission in patients who are still undergoing routine tuberculosis treatment in Tegal Regency. The research design used was a quasi-experiment with pre and post-test with the control group. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that in the intervention group that had been given health coaching for 4 (four) sessions, it had a significant effect on the knowledge and attitudes of the respondents compared to the control group that was not given health coaching. This can be seen from the difference in values before and after being given health coaching treatment in the intervention group. Also, the results of the bivariate analysis using the independent t-test showed a p-value of 0.000 <0.05.
