Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention, then between entrepreneurship education on Islamic motivation, the effect of Islamic motivation on entrepreneurship intention and the indirect effect between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention through Islamic motivation. The sample of this study were students from universities with Islamic values as many as 121 respondents spread across Indonesia. Sampling by purposive sampling method. The results of this study are first, there is an influence between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intention, second, there is a relationship between entrepreneurship education and Islamic motivation, third, Islamic motivation has an effect on entrepreneurship intention and fourth, Islamic motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. The advice given especially to universities is to provide a forum for students to be able to start their business early on and increase the portion for entrepreneurial practice (not only theory) for students to further hone their skills in business.

Abstract

During the covid-19 pandemic, new rules in the world of education have started, namely the shift of a learning process form face to face to online. Therefore, the researcher aims to find out what e-lear ing media are widely used in the online learning process and the advantages and disadvantages of learning in the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Google classroom and whatsapp are online learning media that are quite in demand by users, both as the only media or as supporting media. The advantages of implementing e-learning are that students become independent, flexible, save on stationery, and students become active. The drawbacks of implementing e-learning are that the interaction between lecturers and students becomes more distant, students who do not have the motivation to learn tend to fail, limited internet access, and the teaching and learning process tends towards training rather than education.

Abstract

Quality education depends on the vision and mission of the educational institution that was founded. The quality of school education will be low, if the management of Human Resources (HR) has not carried out their duties optimally. Many schools have good accreditation, but there are still few teachers who have not implemented their learning management properly, so that students who should behave well towards their surrounding environment, actually act the opposite. The only way to improve quality education is to develop naturalistic intelligence. The purpose of this study is to interpret the development of naturalism intelligence as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools. This research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is Miles, Huberman and Saldana with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that to improve the quality of education in schools is to develop students' naturalistic intelligence. The strategy carried out by the STP Khoiru Ummah teacher in developing naturalism intelligence is that students are asked to sense and pay attention to the surrounding environment, students are asked to reflect on everything they sense, then students are invited to think about who created the universe, life, and humans. In conclusion, the policies implemented at STP Khoiru Ummah starting from the methods, curriculum and learning are very in line with Islamic education and refer to the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith, then the school should be said to be of high quality. Not only from qualified teachers and principals, but also students become the best generation of intelligent and qualified people.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to describe: 1) participants’ satisfaction with active listening training in reaction level, and 2) the effectiveness of active listening training in learning level. This evaluation research used the Kirkpatrick model (4 levels). The research objects who were involved in active listening training were teachers from first to sixth grades in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Hidayatul Athfal. Data collection was through questionnaires which were distributed before and after training. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The evaluation results show that participants were satisfied with active listening training.

Abstract

A green campus refers to university with an environmental perspective that prioritizes efforts to protect, manage, and preserve the environmental sustainability in higher education (Wimala et al., 2016). This article aims to analyze the feasibility and readiness of UIN Malang management towards a university that is oriented towards environmental well-being in the perspective of ISO 14001. By carrying out a qualitative approach, this study employs top management/leaders, lecturers, employees, students, and relevant documents at UIN Malang as data sources collected through a semi-structured interview and content analysis. The results showed that, to achieve a green campus, the management system of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang still unable to meet criteria of a good environmental management system from the perspective of ISO 14001:2015 as there are some basic requirements that have not been fulfilled by the university. To implement ISO 14001-based environmental management system, UIN Malang must create a roadmap that includes a consistent and sustainable management cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Action.

Abstract

Artikel ini berisi tentang implementasi pembelajaran tahfiz di SMP IT Nurul Ilmi. SMP IT Nurul Ilmi merupakan sekolah swasta menengah pertama yang berada di bawah Yayasan Pendidikan Haji Agus Salim. Untuk masuk ke dalam sekolah ini, calon siswa diharuskan melalui tahapan rekruitmen di antaranya tes akademik dan tes bacaan/hafalan Al-Quran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran tahfiz di SMP IT Nurul llmi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: a) metode yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran tahfiz yaitu metode talaqqi, b) kesulitan- kesulitan yang dihadapi para siswa dalam menghafal Al-Quran yaitu: sulitnya menghafal ayatayat baru yang panjang dan kesibukan dalam kegiatan antara mempersiapkan tugas sekolah dan hafalan Al-Quran.

Abstract

AbstrakVariasi mengajar adalah kegiatan guru dalam rangka proses interaksi belajar mengajar yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi kebosanan siswa, sehingga dalam situasi belajar mengajar siswa selalu menunjukkan ketekunan, semangat, dan partisipasi penuh. Mengajar adalah suatu proses, yaitu proses mengatur, mengorganisasikan lingkungan sekitar anak. Siswa, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan dan mendorong siswa untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran. Keterampilan dalam melaksanakan variasi proses belajar mengajar akan mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu variasi gaya mengajar, variasi penggunaan media dan bahan ajar, variasi interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Pengembangan variasi pengajaran sangat diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Komponen variasi mengajar seperti variasi gaya mengajar, variasi media, dan bahan ajar serta variasi interaksi, mutlak dikuasai oleh guru guna merangsang belajar siswa dalam waktu yang relatif lama dalam satu pertemuan kelas. Abstract

At the time of professional training program (PLP) activities, the active role of students is very much needed, therefore, between the theories obtained in lectures, can they be applied to internships at PLP locations. This study aims to describe how the contribution of students and study programs to PLP activities and how the impact of PLP on students, study programs and institutions where internships are. Then this research is a qualitative research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed by the theory of Miles and Hubermen. The research findings are: first: Student contributions, namely student participation in PLP activities at the Ministry of Religion, are very large based on their respective places or internship spaces, for example participating in making correspondence, data on Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, inputting dapodik data etc., then contributions The study program in PLP activities is to provide administration related to these activities, from briefing, finding locations to preparing administration for pick-up. The second impact of PLP for students is increasing knowledge and knowledge related to administrative processes in the office of the ministry of religion, training discipline and adding friends and family. As for the study programs, they can cooperate or collaborate well and make input materials for improving the study program curriculum and the quality of MPI study study students. Furthermore, for the agency where the internship is, the impact can help complete the tasks in the office well and can help in matters related to their work.

Abstract

Abstract The orientation of this article is to investigate and examine more deeply the meaning of the balance score card, aspects of the balance score card and its implementation in the perspective of quality assurance of Islamic education. In this paper, the author tries to analyze more deeply and systematically in implementing new management strategies that can encourage quality improvement in institutions by using a balanced score card approach based on Islamic principles. The type of research in this article uses a library research approach in which data collection techniques are obtained from various primary references and secondary data which are then reduced and keyed. Research results: (1). Application of Balance Score Card in Islamic Education Quality that is balanced both financially (profit) and non-financially (non-profit), (2). Standardization of Performance Measures from the Perspective of the Balance Score Card (in terms of finance, customers, internal business processes and learning and growth). With a comprehensive performance measurement that does not only measure financial but combines financial and non-financial measures, educational institutions can carry out better organizational performance. Keywords: Balance Score Card; Quality Assurance; Islamic Education. Abstrak Orientasi artikel ini untuk menyelisik dan menelaah lebih dalam makna balance score card, aspek balance score card dan implementasinya dalam perspektif penjaminan mutu Pendidikan Islam. Dalam tulisan ini penulis mencoba menganalisis lebih dalam serta sistematis dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen baru yang dapat mendorong peningkatan mutu di lembaga dengan menggunakan pendekatan balance score card disandari dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Jenis penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan Library research yang mana teknik pengumpumlan data diperoleh dari pelbagai referensi  primer dan sekunder yang kemudian data direduksi dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian: (1). Penerapan Balance Score Card dalam Mutu Pendidikan Islam yang secara seimbang baik secara financial (profit) dan non-financial (non-profit), (2). Standarisasi Ukuran Keberhasilan Kinerja Perspektif Balance Score Card (dalam aspek keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan). Dengan pengukuran kinerja yang komprehensif tidak hanya mengukur keuangan tetapi menggabungkan ukuran keuangan dan non-keuangan, lembaga pendidikan dapat menjalankan kinerja organisasi yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Balance Score Card; Penjaminan Mutu; Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Pada era revolusi industry 4.0 ditandai dengan program-program yang digital. Tidak hanya berdampak pada perusahaan tetapi juga pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam, yang mengharuskan penyelenggaran Pendidikan dituntut untuk membuat suatu solusi dan terobosan dengan memberbaharui sistem pendidikan yang didukung oleh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), sehingga terbangun sebuah sistem manajemen yang implementatif dan dianggap solutif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti memilih jenis case study atau yang umum disebut dengan studi kasus. Dalam teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data temuan dianalisis dengan cara menggunakan beberapa langkah, antara lain sebagai berikut: kondensasi data (data condensation), penyajian data (data display), dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conclusion drawing and verification). Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, dapat dijelaskan bahwa aplikasi / sistem informasi akademik Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hikam Malang hanya mengcover seputar KMB Santri baik program awaliyah maupun program Wustha. Artinya masih belum maksimal karena penyelenggaran akademik tidak hanya seputar pada KBM dan kurikulum saja, akan tetapi bagaimana sistem ini mengatur pada pendaftaran Santri secara online dan bagaimana Santri melakukan registrasi yang tidak perlu datang ke tempat Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hikam Malang dan bagaimana prosedur Santri masuk sampai dengan dikatakan lulus harus bisa dikelola oleh sistem informasi akademik.
