Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini mengkaji implementasi isu sustainabilitas di perguruan tinggi Islam di Aceh, Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan kajian dokumen serta observasi sebagai unsur utama. Untuk analisis data, peneliti mengombinasikan metrik sustainabilitas LaTrobe University dan konsep Three Levels of Culture Edgar Schein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perguruan tinggi sampel belum memiliki konsep yang nyata terkait isu sustainabilitas, namun memiliki implementasi yang samar-samar pada aspek 'sustainabilitas tersembunyi'. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perguruan tinggi mulai memikirkan aspek sustainabilitas secara serius guna memberikan manfaat yang nyata, khususnya di aspek lingkungan serta sosial-ekonomi.

Abstract

Salah satu problem yang dihadapi pendidikan Indonesia adalah anggapan bahwa sekolah bukan lagi sebagai tempat yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Guru hanya fokus pada konten materi pelajaran untuk mengejar nilai dan rangking sekolah sehingga nilai sosial dan emotional serta karakter cenderung dilupakan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah dipandang kurang menyenangkan. Gerakan sekolah menyenangkan adalah gerakan sosial bersama guru untuk mencipatakan budaya belajar kritis, kreatif, mandiri dan menyenangkan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaulasi program gerakan sekolah menyenangkan yang dilakukan oleh SD Negeri Redjodani. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian evaluasi dengan model CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Stuflebeam yang mendasarkan pada konteks, input, proses, dan produk suatu program sebagai komponen yang dievaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui metode social emotional learning (SEL) pembelajaran di SDN Rejodani menjadi menyenangkan dengan berbagai macam bentuk kegiatan   dari guru untuk guru maupun daru guru untuk siswa serta dari orang tua untuk siswa diantaranya yaitu; Workhsop GSM; Circle Time; Project; Zona Emosi; Zona Cita-cita; Zona Harapan Orang Tua; Kantung Kebaikan; dan Jurnal Harian. Ditinjau dari efektivitas konteks, input, process,dan product pada program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan melalui metode SEL secara keseluruhan efektivitas program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan melalui metode SEL sudah dapat dikatakan “efektif” karena tiga komponen dari empat komponen yang dievaluasi sudah dapat dinyatakan terpenuhi secara optimal. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk “merevisi program”, dikarenakan masih terdapat satu kompenen yang belum dapat dinilai efektif dan masih perlu diadakannya perbaikan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran online yang sudah cukup lama dilakukan akibat pandemi covid 19 meninggalkan berbagai kendala dan masalah. Kendala dan masalah tersebut mengakibatkan pembelajaran yang dilakukan tidak maksimal dan kurang efektif. Karena itu, perlu adanya inovasi untuk mengurai permasalahan yang telah lama menimpa pembelajaran online di sekolah. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan SMA Sejahtera Prigen adalah menerapkan model blended learning. Peniliti mengkaji penerapan tersebut dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskritif. Dan peniliti menemukan bahwa  penerapan blended learning di SMA Sejahtera Prigen cukup memberikan hasil yang memuaskan, karena dengan model tersebut sekolah dapat menemukan solusi dari beberapa kendala saat pembelajaran online, diantaranya adalah Terbangunnya komunikasi yang efektif, mengurai kejenuhan, mengejar ketertinggalan, serta mempermudah pemahaman materi. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan blended learning di SMA Sejahtera Prigen cukup efektif untuk meminimalisir permalasahan pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi covid 19, sekaligus meningkatkan kemandirian siswa dalam tanggung jawab belajarnya.

Abstract

AbstractThe research’s context is that is new challenges for teachers in facing Era 5.0, the teachers must be to make new breakthroughs in designing innovative and interesting active learning. As educators in the era of society 5.0, teachers must have digital skills and creative thinking. Educators are also required must be to create innovative learning and dinamic. To realize the implementation of innovative and dynamic learning, one can implement a learning approach that can improve skills of critical thinking as name is the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) approach. The aims of this reseach is to discribe that in developing students' skillis of critical thinking in Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects, that is necessary to implement learning with the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) approach. This study is using the methods of qualitative method and that approach is used approach of descriptive. The locus of this study at SMAN 2 Pasuruan. That point data sources of the study are PAI teachers, students of X Bahasa, X IPS I and X MIPA I and the principal. The sources of others Data are books, journals, studi result and document as a previous research, documents for class X quiz questions, photos and audio. The Collection Data used the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis data is used The technique of qualitative. The studi is outcoming about the implementation of the HOTS approach in PAI learning can be doing strat from making lesson plans, then implementing PAI learning by applying the HOTS approach and at the end of the learning implementation an evaluation is carried out to find out the results of the implementation of this HOTS approach. From the findings in the application of PAI learning using the HOTS approach, it is mapped into 3 parts, namely, the initial part, namely the teacher analyzing the learning method that will be used and the results can be concluded that class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Pasuruan have been able to improve their critical thinking skills, they can also solve problems such as in the topic of Behavioral Discipline. At the next stage, the teacher  must evaluate to  the method has aplicated in the class, for example, the PAI teacher gives negative statements that need to be corrected by students, then students describe ideas and input about these statements, for example, Discipline Attitudes and Attitudes Competing in doing good. In the final stage, the teacher manifests seeing the transformation of the behavior of Class X students after receiving PAI lessons.Keywords: HOTS Approach, Islamic Education Learning, Think Critical AbstrakLatar belakang penelitian ini adanya tantangan baru bagi guru dalam menghadapi Era 5.0, guru dituntut dapat membuat trobosan-trobosan baru dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang aktif inovatif dan menarik. Sebagai Tenaga Pendidik di era society 5.0, maka adanya guru harus memiliki digital’s skills dan creative thinking. Tenaga pendidik juga diharuskan mampu menciptakan pembalajaran yang inovatif dan dinamis. Untuk mewujudkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inovatid dan dinamis dapat mengimplementasikan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis disebut pendekatan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang sebuah teknik yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam upaya mengasah dan meningkatkan Critical Thinking Skills siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI ini dapat memanfaatkan pendekatan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Adapun penggunaan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini berada di SMAN 2 Pasuruan. Pengambilan data ini diambil dari sumber data kunci yaitu Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, para siswa Kelas X Bahasa, X IPS I dan X MIPA 1 dan juga kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan adanya sumber data tambahan yang dihasilkan dari beberapa buku, ebook, Jurnal Publikasi dan juga hasil dan dokumentasi. Data dokumentasi berupa arsip Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, arsip Soal Quis untuk kelas X, beberapa foto dan audio pembelajaran. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini, peneliti memanfaatkan teknik pengamatan lapangan, interview dengan sumber data, serta mengumpulkan arsip-arsip yang dapat menjadi data dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengalasis hasil penelitian ini, peneliti mengguunak teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pendekatan HOTS dalam pembelajaran PAI tersebut, pelasanaannya dapat dilakukan melalui merencanakan dengan membuat RPP, lalu melaksanakan pembelajaran PAI dengan menerapkan Pendekatan HOTS dan di akhir pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil dari implementasi pendekatan HOTS ini. Dari hasil temuan dalam penerapan pembelajaran PAI menggunakan pendekatan HOTS ini dipetakan menjadi 3 bagian yaitu, bagian awal yakni Guru melakukan analisis terhadap metode pembelajaran yang akan digunakan dan hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pasuruan telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berfikirnya secara kritis, mereka juga dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti dalam topik berprilaku Disiplin. Pada tahapan selanjutnya Guru melaksanakan evaluasi terhadap penerapan metode yang digunakan dalam Proses belajar mengajar, seperti contoh guru PAI memberikan pernyataan negatif yang perlu dikoreksi oleh siswa, kemudian siswa mendeskripsikan ide-ide dan masukan tentang pernyataan tersebut misal materi Sikap Disiplin dan Sikap Berlomba-lomba dalam berbuat kebaikan. Di tahap akhir, Guru melakukan manifestasi melihat transformasi perilaku siswa-siswa Kelas X sesudah menerima pelajaran PAI. Kata kunci: Pendekatan HOTS, Mata Pelajaran PAI, Critical Think Skills

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of SKUA program management in shaping the religious character of students at MA Ummul Quro Putri Pamekasan. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis type. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data collected was analyzed with the stages of data condensation activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research that have been conducted show that: First, the process of implementing the SKUA program management in shaping the religious character of students at MA Ummul Quro Putri consists of five stages, planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. Second, the impact obtained is to deepen students scientific treasures, slowly students begin to learn daily practices with discipline, each student begins ti be directed ti have a religious character and students begin to get used ti religius attitudes and traits. Third, the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of students how important the SKUA program is in daily life, student personal differences and different environmental factors have a negative impact on the formation of students religious character. Solution that can be done to overcome these inhibiting factors are by firt identifying the problems faced by students and then looking for solutions, providing sanctions related to religion, and providing special guidance to overcome problems that cannot be solved by sanctions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi lulusan SMK yang berprofesi sebagai pengusaha otomotif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa lulusan SMK berhasil menjadi pengusaha dalam waktu kurang dari lima tahun setelah lulus. Lulusan SMK tersebut mengawali berwirausaha dengan bekerja sebagai karyawan. Memiliki growth mindset yakni gairah, ketekunan, ketekadan, dan kegigihan yang tinggi ketika menghadapi tantangan. Selain itu, memiliki lima keterampilan inovator yakni asosiasi, berpikir kritis dan kreatif, mengamati, meningkatkan jejaring, dan melakukan percobaan. Dukungan penuh diberikan oleh Orang Tua atau orang terdekat kepada keempat informan. Melalui strategi ini, lulusan SMK dapat berprofesi sebagai pengusaha.

Abstract

In times of crisis the COVID-19 pandemic requires that all aspects of life undergo changes from conventionality becomes digital, and the impact is no exception for institutions Islamic education. This article examines the prophetic leadership strategies in Islamic educational institutions in the era of change due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in relation to the way the institution can survive various changes that occur, under the control of a leader. This research method uses field research, namely field research at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta with Interviewed several respondents, field observations, and documentation analysis using data in the form of doumen and related data sources contained in islamic educational institutions. Data analysis using miles and huberman methods is by data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification of data. Based on the results of research that the prophetic leadership strategy in managing the Islamic education institution STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta during the crisis due to the COVID-9 pandemic is the leadership is trying to provide a decision that is important for all members of the academic community. As for example the policy of sidiq aspect , that the value of honesty built is in terms of presence, at STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta does not use finger print but is written manual in the journal of the presence of both lecturers and employees. The trust or amanah aspect, STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta is accustomed to starting to build that value from a small thing, namely when the meeting is all obliged to record the results of the verdict agreed in the meeting. Its function as a reminder so that the decision can be realized as well as possible. Aspect tablig, the leaders in setting policy decisions not only look at the rules of the Foundation, but consider from the aspect of regulations that develop in the community with the principle of maintaining benefits, for example in the determination of Work From Home (WFH). The fatanah well,intelligence here is how the leader is able to present as a problem solver and provide the best solution. At STAIT BIAS Yogyakarta in the face of pandemic crisis in decision making always considers the aspects of the safety of the academic community and the welfare in general. So that the policies rolled out can provide solutions to what is a common need. The implication of this research has been done as an improvement in scientific characteristics about prophetic leadership related to managing Islamic educational institutions in times of crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of TPACK during the Covid-19 pandemic in online learning. This research used narrative interviewing to analysis data.  The participants were students and lecture who participated in online learning, with data collection interview with some lecture and student. The student’s participants in this study were willing to respond utilized Google Forms with open questions for collecting data. The research findings that students’ responses to the learning plan, learning content, learning strategies, class management, learning assessments, and supporting skills. It can be seen that student responses to the application of TPACK were based on online learning during the pandemic. The results showed three issues i.e. pedagogy knowledge, content knowledge and technical knowledge which were described in several indicators i.e. lesson plan, content material, teaching strategies, assessment, class management, and supporting skills. The mastery of TPACK itself was still not fully understood and conducted by lecturers in integrating technology-based material due to time constraints, lack of creativity in designing, and lecturers are more comfortable using conventional methods in delivering material, namely PowerPoint. This research implied that online learning changes not yet increased the lecturers’ creativity in designing teaching materials. Even though they obtained knowledge from attending workshops on teaching material design, lecturers still need assistance designing teaching materials according to the TPACK consept.

Abstract

This article is oriented to uncover and review the administration development, the formulation of the administration of Islamic education, and the art of managing it. This article examined the literature on the administration of education that usually refers to the west and adapts it to the administration of Islamic education and then manages it with the arts and principles of Islam (Qur'an and Hadith) as well as other Islamic thinkers and the author described it systematically. The results of the article: (1). Development of Islamic education administration through 4 stages (classical organization theory, human relations approach, behavioral science approach, post-behavioral-science approach era), (2). Formulation of Islamic education administration: implementing planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting which is integrated with the approach of human relationships (meeting the needs of employees, motivation, and the relationship of subordinates and managers) based on Islamic principles. (3). The art of management: strategy (shaping human resources as agents of change in Islam, planning Islamic-based education administration model), implementation (controlling the suitability of planning and implementation, leaders provide motivation, fostering, paying attention to subordinates and participating directly, implications (results and impacts of implementation evaluated and improved) to conform to the principle of continuous improvement.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine more deeply about leadership ethics in the view of Islam and the relationship between leadership ethics and the performance of employees or those they lead. This is an interesting study to discuss considering that in an organization that is the center of attention and its policies are awaited in an organization is the figure of a leader, so that in a leader an ethics is needed, because a leader becomes uswah or an example to his subordinates and that have a significant influence on the performance of their subordinates. In this study, this type of research uses qualitative research with a library research approach or library study with data collection techniques through various references, then data reduction and conclusions are carried out. The results showed that. Leadership ethics in the view of Islam as exemplified by the Prophet with his leadership traits, namely al sidq, amanah, fathonah and tablig and there is a relationship between ethical leadership and ethical performance on the influence of employee performance, this is because the influence of ethical leadership can be realized good performance ethics so that the collaboration between ethical leadership and work ethics has a positive impact on optimizing employee performance
