This study aims to dig up information about the independent curriculum, especially in learning computer and telecommunications network techniques in Vocational High School (VHS). This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The information obtained is processed and analyzed through several stages, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that the implementation of the independent curriculum in learning communication and telecommunication network techniques is carried out following the Independent Curriculum Implementation policy from the Ministry of Education, Research and Technology, Indonesia. However, its implementation still needs to be comprehensive. The school needs help learning communication and telecommunications network techniques per the independent curriculum due to a lack of teacher competency and weak infrastructure support. This research aims to elucidate the challenges confronted by school administrative staff in the execution of their responsibilities and to identify avenues for enhancing their performance through the application of information technology. The chosen research methodology is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) designed to recognize, evaluate, and interpret prior research findings. Out of 465 articles initially screened, 43 were meticulously reviewed for their relevance to the study's scope, with 18 articles ultimately included in this systematic literature review. The research findings underscore the pivotal role of information technology in providing student services by school administrative staff. Nevertheless, several issues surfaced post-implementation, including increased workloads, challenges related to coordination and communication, adaptations to policies and regulations, the utilization of technology and information systems, and issues concerning service quality and user satisfaction. Resolving these challenges necessitates identifying the staff's needs and competencies, offering suitable training and development opportunities, instituting a performance assessment system, enhancing accessibility and utilization of information technology, and sustaining ongoing monitoring and support.

This study explores the need to develop an entrepreneurial leadership model for school leaders and identify the challenges faced in practising entrepreneurial leadership in management. A qualitative study design was used to meet the study's aims. The study was conducted through semi-structured interviews with six respondents who were school leaders in Malaysia. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis, where the researcher gave codes to the selected research data to produce themes and research reports. The study findings have found three main challenges school leaders face in implementing entrepreneurial leadership: workload, the leader's knowledge of leadership and the acceptance of organizational members. This study also found several strategies for facing the challenges: effective two-way communication, knowledge sharing, guiding novice teachers (mentors), and support from all levels and facility facilities. The study's implications found that school leaders still need this entrepreneurial leadership model as a leadership guide towards school excellence even though there are challenges in applying the model.

Every school needs a comprehensive plan to produce well-rounded students who meet their physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social needs. Therefore, the success of a school is determined by the cohesive cooperation between the school community and the stakeholders managed by the school leader. However, a research study found that leaders in special education schools still need to understand the necessary leadership strategies to implement. Failure to do so can result in weak or ineffective leadership. Hence, this study analyzed the leadership level of school leaders in special education schools in Kuala Lumpur. The data was obtained through a quantitative method, which involved conducting a survey using questionnaires as the research instrument. The questionnaire was distributed to 66 special education school teachers. The results showed that the leadership level of special education school leaders for the domain of creating a conducive school environment (overall min: 2.70), improving the competence of school members (overall min: 2.48), and creating partnerships and networking (overall min: 2.63) was at a modest level. Therefore, the stakeholders in the Regional Education Office, State Education Department, and the Malaysian Ministry of Education need to collaborate and channel their efforts towards raising the leadership capabilities of special education school leaders to the highest possible level. It will enable the implementation of the PPPM 2013-2025 goal to place high-achieving leaders in every school.

This study examines the effect of competency, training, and career development on employee performance at the i3L staff. By utilizing 80 respondents from the i3L staff level obtained from the saturated sampling technique, the researcher used a quantitative research framework with survey data collection techniques using an ordinal Likert scale of 1-5. The researcher used SEM-PLS analysis using the SmartPLS 4 application as a data processing tool. This study concludes that the original sample (O) value is 0.400 for the competency variable, indicating a positive effect on performance, with 2.515 > 1.96 as the T Statistics value and a P value of 0.012 <0.05 indicating the competency variable has a significant effect on performance. The career development variable found an original sample value (O) of 0.538, which indicates a positive effect on performance, with a T statistic value of 3.262 > 1.96 and a P value of 0.001 <0.05, which indicates a significant effect on performance. So, if the effect of competency and career development variables on performance is positive and significant, these two variables, H0, are rejected, but H1 is accepted. In the training variable on performance, the original sample value (O) was found to be 0.051, which indicates a positive effect on performance. However, it was also found that the T statistical value of the training variable on performance was 0.369 < 1.96, with P values having a value of 0.712 > 0.05, which indicated that the effect was not significant. Because of this, i3L needs to improve more on suitable training programs to improve the performance of employees.

This research aims to describe and analyze the participatory behavioral practices of head Raudhatul Athfal in implementing the independent curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique, which consists of data reduction, data display and verification. The research results show that the practice of participatory behavior towards teachers in implementing the independent curriculum and religious moderation at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Nurul Dzikri is carried out through the following three efforts: (1) Involving teachers in making decisions related to the implementation of the independent curriculum; (2) Involving teachers in exercising self-control over their performance in implementing the independent curriculum and giving autonomy to teachers to work to complete their tasks and (3) Involving teachers in controlling leadership practices in implementing the independent curriculum. These three teacher involvements have positioned teachers as designers and primary implementers in implementing the independent curriculum. It gives them broad autonomy to manage the independent curriculum in the classroom. The involvement of teachers in making decisions related to the implementation of the independent curriculum, the involvement of teachers in controlling themselves and controlling the leadership of the school principal in implementing the independent curriculum, as well as their full authority to work following their ideas and creations make teacher performance in implementing the independent curriculum focused, organized and well managed by the school principal.
