This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and learning motivation on academic achievement with the learning environment as a moderating variable. The research approach used is quantitative, with a questionnaire as the main instrument. A total of 114 Economics Education students at Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University were selected using a stratified random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques, followed by classical assumption tests and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to assess the effect before and after the inclusion of moderating variables. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significant effect on student academic achievement. Similarly, learning motivation has a significant influence on academic achievement. In addition, the learning environment acts as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy, learning motivation, and academic achievement. It shows that a conducive learning environment can increase self-efficacy and have a positive impact on academic achievement. In addition, a supportive and productive learning environment can increase learning motivation, encouraging enthusiasm to achieve better academic results.

This study explores research trends on quality education within the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) framework and the 2030 Agenda. This study uses a bibliometric analysis approach to identify key publication developments from 2020 to 2024. The data was retrieved from Scopus-indexed journals and analyzed using R and VOSviewer software. The study's analysis encompassed 442 relevant articles, meticulously interpreted according to the established criteria. The findings of this study indicate an increase in the number of publications each year (except 2021), with almost all types of scientific papers being articles (70%) in Social Science studies as the largest field of study. The study also interprets the number of publications and the impact of scientific papers through citations containing the source of articles, authors, institutions, and countries with fluctuations in each criterion. The frequently utilized keywords can be categorized into eight color clusters, demonstrating the keyword usage level. The study's limitations are evident in its periodization, approach, and data distribution. Notwithstanding these limitations, the study offers pertinent implications for establishing new trends in future research. In particular, in the fields of research, public policy, and education, the findings of this study have significance for improving the quality of education at every level, from schools to universities.

The study aims to identify how anti-bullying policies can build student resilience in dealing with bullying. This resilience functions as a fortress that protects students from the impact of the mistreatment they receive. This research method uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative approach was chosen to obtain broad and in-depth information about building student resilience through anti-bullying risk management—a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type is used to examine subjects such as behavior, motivation, and actions. The study results indicate that student resilience can be built through anti-bullying risk management by identifying bullying risks and receiving support from caregivers, counselors, and teacher support so that students can build resilience well. The implications of this study indicate that by placing bullying risks early on and providing support from caregivers, counselors, and teacher support, students can obtain better emotional protection and build mental strength to face difficult situations. Another aspect is that Islamic boarding schools need to establish a secure, encouraging, and supportive setting for students' growth.

The main objective of this study was to examine the influence of transformational leadership, assessment, and decision-making on lecturer performance, mediated by organisational learning. Using an explanatory research design with a survey method, data were collected from 100 lecturers at Balitar Islamic University through a validated questionnaire. Data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that transformational leadership, assessment, and decision-making have a significant direct effect on organisational learning and lecturer performance (p < 0.05). Furthermore, organisational learning also significantly influences lecturer performance. Mediation analysis revealed that organisational learning significantly mediates the relationship between assessment and decision-making and lecturer performance, but does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership. This study concludes that transformational leadership and strategic decision-making play a significant role in improving lecturer performance. The implication of this study is the importance of strengthening leadership strategies and organisational learning practices to improve the performance and sustainability of higher education institutions.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the Government Employee madrasah teacher recruitment policy in the Work Agreement and its implications for the effectiveness of the policy. This study uses a qualitative approach with a policy study method involving document analysis and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results of the study indicate that applicable regulations have implemented this policy. However, there are still obstacles in planning the formation and placement of educators that hinder the optimization of the policy. Further discussion reveals that although this policy provides job certainty for madrasah teachers, the less-than-optimal implementation process can impact the quality of education. Therefore, improvements are needed in the mechanism for planning the formation and distribution of teachers to increase the recruitment policy's effectiveness. Further research is recommended to explore the factors causing the mismatch of formation and its impact on the quality of learning in madrasahs.

This study aims to systematically analyze the evolution of quality management paradigms and investigate their integration potential within Islamic educational institutions. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology following PRISMA guidelines, the researchers examined 18 high-quality articles from Scopus-indexed journals. The findings reveal that traditional quality theories remain relevant but require thoughtful adaptation in the digital era. Three main themes emerged: the evolution and potential tensions between quality management theories, the transformative and empowering role of statistical process control in educational assessment, and the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on quality assurance in Islamic education contexts. The researchers propose an "Islamic Education Quality 4.0" framework that integrates technological advancements with Islamic educational principles, balancing data-driven decision-making with ethical considerations rooted in Maqasid Syariah. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding and practical implementation of integrated quality management approaches in Islamic educational institutions, emphasizing the need for contextually appropriate quality models that enhance operational excellence while preserving core spiritual values.

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in the management of artificial intelligence (AI)-based early childhood education in South Sulawesi. This study used a mixed methods approach and involved 15 administrators and 150 instructors from 30 regional schools. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using linear regression, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The study findings revealed that transformational leadership significantly influenced the success of AI-based education management, with a regression coefficient (β) of 0.75 (p < 0.01). Key factors such as strategic vision, effective communication, teacher capacity development, and organizational support play an important role. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, inadequate technical training, and inadequate education policies remain. This study contributes to educational management science by demonstrating how transformational leadership can be a strategic driver to overcome implementation barriers and improve technology integration in early childhood education. Practical implications include guiding school leaders in leadership development programs, informing policy formulation to support AI-based learning, and enhancing institutional readiness for educational innovation. Academically, this research enriches the discourse on applying leadership theory in the context of technological transformation in education.
