Abstract

The Yanbu'a method is a tariqah reading and writing and memorizing Al-Qur'an, which was first published in 2004 by the Arwaniyyah Foundation for the Yanbu'ul Qur'an Kuddus Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to describe the use of the Yanbu'a method for the students' reading ability of the Al-Qur'an at Pondok Pesantren Al-Badar Pamijaan Bogor. This research method is quantitative research. The subjects of this study were students of Al-Badar Islamic Boarding School. The data sources of this research were distributing questionnaires to 20 students, interviews with the leaders of the Al-Badar Islamic Boarding School and the Ustadz / ah, the students 'recitation activities, and the results of the students' development achievement cards. The instruments in this study were (1) the students' achievement card to read the Al-Qur'an to gain progress in reading the Al-Qur'an during the use of the Yanbu'a method, (2) a questionnaire test to obtain data on the results of using the Yanbu'a method on their ability. Students read the Qur'an. The results of this study indicate the conclusions (1) The use of the Yanbu'a method at Al-Badar Islamic Boarding School is in a suitable category (2) The ability to read the Al-Qur'an of students at Al-Badar Islamic Boarding School is in the first category (3) There is a positive correlation. The strong or high between the use of the Yanbu'a method on the ability to read the Al-Qur'an of the students at Al-Badar Islamic Boarding School, which is 0.89.

Abstract

The existence of a superior class in madrasah is an institution that is specifically designed and developed systematically, adequate facilities / infrastructure, curriculum, qualified teaching and education staff, and others. The existence of a superior class can increase the competitiveness of madrasas and the bargaining rank of madrasas as superior madrasas will be even stronger. To increase the competitiveness of these madrasas as superior madrasas, it is necessary to properly manage quality learning. The article discusses planning, organizing, implementing quality learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and at MTsN 2 Tanggamus. This research is a field research, using a qualitative approach with a multisite study design. The data technique used interview, observation and documentation techniques. descriptive data analysis techniques with Interactive Model Analysis. The results of the study, planning learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and MTsN 2 Tanggamus through standard design after midle input, excellent academic process standards based on spiritual learning, and superior output standards. The design standards referred to are enriched curriculum design standards (enriched curriculum), appropriate educational staff, IT media, classroom arrangement, and time allocation designs. Organizing learning in the superior classes of MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and MTsN 2 Tanggamus through organizing an enriched curriculum (enriching the curriculum) with the Olympic curriculum, language and religion, organizing the allocation of learning time, organizing the roles and assignments of teachers, and organizing learning resources.

Abstract

This paper discusses one way to improve teacher competency through academic supervision as a form of implementation of TQM (Total Quality Management). Academic supervision is considered to be able to provide solutions in the improvement process, as well as improving the quality of teachers in an educational institution. This paper focuses on theoretical concepts, objectives, principles, planning, and techniques in the implementation and follow-up of academic supervision. Sources of data in this paper are obtained through collecting data and information through bibliographic aids or commonly referred to as reference books. This paper uses qualitative research methodologies with applied research. The results of this paper indicate that true academic supervision can improve teacher competence in an educational institution. Of course this is supported by careful planning, also the right techniques in its implementation. However, because this academic supervision is a form of implementing TQM, it refers to one of the characteristics of TQM that is continuous improvement, it is necessary to have a follow-up as a form of continual improvement over the implementation of academic supervision that has been carried out previously by the school principal or madrasa headmaster. Thus, the results to be achieved from this implementation are improvements, as well as increasing teacher competence in an educational institution.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Balai Diklat Keagamaan Medan with the aim of evaluating the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program in substantive technical training for the preparation of the RPP for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers. This type of research is qualitative research using the CIPP (context, input, process and product) evaluation model which focuses on core questions, namely the context of the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program, the input conditions for the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program, the process conditions for the improvement program. Madrasah teacher competencies and product conditions in the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program.The results of this study consisted of 4 components. First. The context dimension is the analysis of the legal basis criteria, that every education and training must have a legal umbrella including Regulation of the Minister of Religion 10 of 2018 concerning amendments to PMA No. 59 of 2015 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Education and Training Center and the Criteria for the Analysis of the Education and Training Organization, that the education and training organization that manages the education and training activities has a legal basis and also has a legal basis at work, the education and training organization is a transition of responsibility from the Kasi to the training committee. Educational and Religious Technical Staff were then given a Letter of Appointment (SK).Second. The input dimension is the availability of reliable resources such as lecturers / teaching staff, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure for training participants, the availability of state-borne funding. Third. The process dimension, namely the implementation of the training program as planned, the widyaswara / teaching staff master the training material presented, the lecturers master the learning method in delivering the material, the lecturers use learning media in presenting the material, the training participants create study groups, practical training participants make RPP. Fourth. Product dimensions.  namely teachers do not understand core competencies and basic competencies in lesson plans, teachers can formulate indicators, teachers are able to formulate learning objectives, teachers can determine learning methods, teachers can arrange learning activities, teachers can formulate learning resources and media, teachers can formulate assessments in learning.

Abstract

This study discusses the harmony of Hindus and Muslims in Jembrana Bali from the point of view of social learning by integrating religion and culture in the daily social interactions between the two religions. All social learning in the two religious communities is based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy, means the three causes of welfare. In the culture of paras-paros sarpanaya salunglung sabayantaka, agawe likes ning len, awak mesedare, are cultures that shows Hindu and Muslim harmony. Through a social learning approach, this study emphasizes the importance of selective observation and seeing the behavior of others. The essence of social learning theory is modeling and this modeling is one of the most important steps in integrated learning because most humans learn through selective observation and remembering the behavior of others. Even though some cultures come from certain religions, observation and modeling is able to encourage harmony between religious communities in Jembrana so that they become role models for the next generation. Here the Hindu and Muslim communities understood their position to protect and respect their respective religions and cultures, even to a certain degree, it is indicated by adjustments to traditions, such as potong gigi, ziarah, selametan, using udeng and kamben. A social learning model that shows a portrait of harmony between religious communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. The variables of this study consisted of the dependent variable and the independent variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the relationship between the dependent variable (dependent variable) and the independent variable (Independent variable). This research method is classified as correlational research. The population consisted of all students of Medan 16 Public High School, totaling 900 students in 2020. The study sample was determined to be 100 students and the sampling was done by means of Slovin with the formula n = N / (1 + N (e)2). Data collection tools using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale and also the pree test and post test. The research instruments were arranged according to variable indicators based on the direction and guidance of the Thesis advisor, then tested on students of Medan 16 High School. It is known that all X1 variable instruments consisting of 40 items from X2 variables consisting of 40 items. Test requirements for data analysis of variables X1, X2 and Y using the test for normality, homogeneity and linearity. Hypothesis testing uses the t test to look for correlations on each variable and the partial correlation test uses the product moment formula or SPSS version 20. The results of the research hypothesis which reads that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and interest in learning with learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects, with proven that r arithmetic> rtable and also rithmetic> ttable that can be accepted at a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Drug abuse is a way of straying alienated from society. Every drug addict who completes the rehabilitation period still avoids rejection of the insurance he has and impacts others as his social environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the application of pedagogical concepts in the application of the self-concept of children who use drugs in the Pondok Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School in Palembang. This type of research is qualitative with a case study. The informants of this study were students of former drug users, teachers, and students. Data collected using observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using case study data analysis. The results showed that the self-concept factors of ex-drug user students felt a sense of approval and were easily fooled by friends. Regret and desire to improve themselves create an image supported by the support, family, and teachers. Contrary to self-concept is a matter of learning, the feeling of fear of being bullied, and not yet free from feelings of guilt. Positive self-concept of students is also supported by approval, motivation, and acceptance of assistance and school attendance to self-actualize through religious discussions, a strong willingness to overcome memories of his past through positive activities of performing five daily prayers, reciting, listening to lectures, and exercise and take part in sports extracurriculars at school.

Abstract

Peranan orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional sangatlah diperlukan untuk perkembangan anak disetiap usianya oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1.) upaya-upaya apa saja yang dilakukan orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional anak 2.) mengetahui aspek apa saja yang dikembangkan dalam keluarga 3.) Mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional anak dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, adapun desain yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan (riset), Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, obserasi/pengamatan dan dokumentasi sedangkan untuk analisisnya, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis diskriptif kualitatif yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang dan perilaku yang diamati, dalam hal ini peneliti berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh keadaan yang sebenarnya. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa upaya-upaya yang dilkaukan orang tua dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional anak dalam keluarga di perkampungan KODAM I/BB Medan Sunggal berpengaruh besar pada perilaku dan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh orang tua sejak awal masa pertumbuhan anak, sehingga ketika anak beranjak dewasa dapat mengelola emosi dengan baik, dan upaya lainnya yang dilakukan orang tua dengan membuat jadwal khusus bersama anak, memotivasi anak dan membimbing anak.

Abstract

Gaya hidup materialistik, ateistik, dan skeptis memberikan dampak pada munculnya pola hidup hedonistik, individualistik, karenanya problematika ini merupakan tantangan yang membutuhkan solusi. Salah satu pemecahan masalah tersebut pada sektor pendidikan adalah dengan menanamkan keperibadian atau membangun karakter melalui pendekatan perenialisme. Filsafat perenialisme memiliki konsep yang bersebrangan dengan materialis dan mekanis, perenialisme memiliki konsep pembinaan karakter holistik dan siklis yang sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan, pembinaan akhlak mulia dan menjadikan insan kamil. Perenialisme dalam pendidikan merupakan warisan budaya generasi lampau untuk generasi baru, yakni berupa nilai-nilai abadi yang tidak dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu, bertujuan membentuk karakter peserta didik disetiap waktu. Ontologi perenialisme berisikan pengertian akan benda individual, esensi, aksiden dan substansi. Pandangan aksiologi bahwa prilaku manusia berasal dari potensi pribadi manusia itu sendiri sebagai kodrat baik potensi positif maupun negatif. Perenialisme memiliki pandang masalah nilai berdasarkan pada prinsip supranatural, yakni menerima universal yang abadi. Masalah utama prinsip supernatural adalah tingkahlaku maka manusia sebagai subjek telah memiliki potensi kebaikan. Sebagai solusi bagi lembaga pendidikan dengan memilih metode yang mampu menanamkan doktrin kemuliaan hidup, berkarakter dan religius yakni melalui pendekatan perenialisme.

Abstract

Dialog merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang melibatkan peserta didik untuk aktif, baik secara kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik. Namun dalam prakteknya dialog tekadang mengarah kepada sikap saling bertentangan dan memancing emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep berdialog menurut Muhammad Sayyid Tantawi dalam kitabnya, Adab Hiwar fi al-Islam, serta implementasinya ke dalam pembelajaran aktif di sekolah. Temuan dari penelitian ini diantaranya adalah adab berdialog menurut Muhammad Sayyid Tantawi terdiri dari sebelas kaidah, yaitu, kejujuran, fokus pada tema yang dibahas, menghadirkan dalil akurat dan logika sehat, memperjelas letak perbedaan, etika kesantunan, menghindari perbuatan yang zhalim, mengarah pada kepentingan umum, mendahulukan pendapat para pakar, tidak menjeneralisir hukum, meninjau asas manfaat dan madharatnya,  meningkatkan pemahaman dan akurasi hukum yang disepakati para ahli, terbuka dan apa adanya, dengan mengedepankan kebenaran. Pemikiran Muhamad Sayyid Thanthawi tentang adab berdialog ini dapat diimplementasikan secara strategis-konseptual ke dalam pembelajaran aktif di sekolah dimana salah satunya adalah melalui Rencana Perangkat Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan menginternalisasikan dasar pijakan pembelajaran aktif yang diusung oleh L. Dee Fink, yaitu: Dimensi Pengetahuan Dasar, Dimensi Penerapan, Dimensi Penyatuan, Dimensi Kemanusiaan: belajar tentang dan perubahan diri seseorang, Dimensi Kasih sayang: mengidentifikasi/perubahan perasaan, dan Dimensi Belajar untuk belajar.
