Abstract

This study aims to determine leadershipPrincipals in developing character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Mataram City and the factors that become obstacles for Principals in developing character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Mataram City. The research approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, teachers and students. Determination of research subjects is done by using a purpose sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. This type of data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification data. The principal's role as a leader in the school is in the form of conducting continuous guidance in the development of education, namely: first, character modeling, the madrasa principal encourages all teachers and administrative staff to be good character models for all students. second, teaching (teaching), regular and continuous communication with madrasa residents regarding the realization of character education in madrasas. third, good character strengthening (reinforcing) for all school members (teachers, students, and administrative staff). Abstract

Tulisan ini berfungsi untuk menelaah pemikiran dari ahli filsfuf yang terkemuka tentang konsep pendidikan Islam. Adapun tokoh yang diteliti adalah Ibnu Sina dan Ibnu Khaldun. Keduanya merupakan salah satu ahli yang berpengarah dalam pendidikan Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tulisan merupakan penelitian kualititatif yang berjenis studi pustaka. Sumber data berasal dari buku literature dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan bidang pendidikan Islam, terutama buku Muqaddimah dan Kitab Assifa’. Penggunaan manual dan digital menjadi teknik dalam pengumpulan data. Kemudian data-data display sampai dengan direduksi menjadi data utuh yang baru. Setelah menjadi data yang utuh, dianalisis dan dituangkan dengan mengedepankan intertektualitas dan creativity meaning. Hasil penelitian memberikan bahwa dalam aspek tujuan pendidikan Islam, Ibnu Khaldun dan Ibnu Sina memiliki pandangan yang sama yaitu; 1) Guna membentuk Insan Kamil, 2) Guru harus memiliki model dan pendekatan dalam mengajar, 3) Penggunaan teknik yang sesuai ilmu yang ingin diajarkan, 4) Ilmu harus diimplementasikan sesuai kegunaannya. Sedangkan dalam (kurikulum, mapel, metode, pendidik, anak didik dan tingkatan pendidikan) terdapat perbedaan. Namun memiliki tujuan yang sama, walau berbeda pandangan dalam teori

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain a holistic understanding of: First, what are the impacts of the RA teachers’ character values implementation in RA Muslimat NU 1 Dinoyo, Malang City. Second, how to build RA teachers’ character in RA Muslimat NU 1 Dinoyo, Malang City in Contemporary Islamic education. Based on the desired objective, this is a case study using qualitative approach, that points out the importance of building RA (rauḍah al aṭfal) teachers’ character. Based on the dimension that seeks to understand the micro-subjective dimension that has dialectic relationship with the macro-subjective dimension , the paradigm used is Phenomenology. Ontologically, the paradigm understands that reality is complex and holistic. There are 16 pillars of Educators/Kindergarten Teachers’ Character Builder, namely: affection, appreciation, space Provision for Self Development, trust, cooperation, mutual sharing, mutual motivation, mutual listening, positive mutual interaction, mutual moral value embedment, mutual sincere reminder, mutual enthusiasm giving, mutual self potential seeking, mutual teaching with humility, mutual inspiration, mutual respect for diversity.

Abstract

This research begins with the needs of Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah cadres in improving the progress of Muhammadiyah's da'wah. Based on the conditions of the problems that occur in Muhammadiyah recitations, it is necessary to have a maximum evaluation to continue to improve Muhammadiyah da'wah, so that the Muhammadiyah organization is more advanced. The research method used is participatory descriptive. Based on the results of interviews and observations made by researchers, it was concluded that it could increase the reactivity of Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah administrators so that recitation activities run optimally. This research activity was carried out by studying Kemuhammadiyahan, explaining the activities of Muhammadiyah branches in each sub-district, evaluating every Muhammadiyah cadre and 'Aisyiyah in recitation activities to improve Muhammadiyah da'wah. Suggestions from the research, it is hoped that all branch and branch managers in each sub-district will continue to be active in recitation, social and community activities.

Abstract

Various efforts to improve the quality of education continue to be carried out by the government and the world of education that are in direct contact with subjects. Two things that become a benchmark for the effectiveness of science, namely, the morality and professionalism of teachers, are the primary keys to improving the quality of education. The culmination of an educational process in Indonesia is to produce human resources following national education goals. Therefore, four competencies must be mastered by a teacher in carrying out his profession. Teachers who have good morals will be role models for students. Meanwhile, professional competence becomes the teacher's reference in presenting quality learning. The morality and professionalism of good teachers in carrying out their profession is a must to improve the quality of education. Quality education will achieve the goals of national education and create human beings with noble character.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the development islamic boarding school of culture based on local wisdom in islamic boarding school Salafiyah Bangil and Islamic boarding school Ali Ba’alawi Kencong Jember. This study is qualitative research with a transcendental phenomenological approach with a multi-site design. The techniques of data collection by using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed in two steps, they are by analysing the single site data analysis and cross site data analysis. The validity of the data is tested through the degree of trust, alienation, dependability and certainty. The findings of this study were: first, form (configuration) of islamic boarding school culture based on local wisdom is to integrate the salaf patterns which are adaptive to local culture and contain elements of modern which are termed of Moderate Traditionalists. Second, the style of islamic boarding school culture based on local wisdom is a mix figurative which is a mix of post figurative, co figurative, and pre figurative. Third, the typology of the development of islamic boarding school culture based on local skills is charismatic democratic.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is currently growing very rapidly. So, it has changed the paradigm of society in seeking and obtaining information, which is no longer limited to newspapers, radio, and television. One area that has a significant impact on the development of this technology in education where education is a process of information and communication from educators to students that contain educational information, which has elements of educators as a source of information, media as a means of presenting ideas, ideas, and educational materials as well as the students. The distance learning process can be delivered using a variety of techniques and technologies. E-learning is perhaps the most expensive and most advanced form of distance learning, but there are other ways of delivering training that has been used with success over the years. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of research on the analysis of distance learning through the Google classroom application for educators in ASY-SYUKRIYYAH College Tangerang are: in the process of implementing learning, educators begin by uploading PowerPoint slide materials that are already in the class group in Google classroom. The educators can ask their students to make a list of absent that students are ready to attend material giving. After that, the educator presents the material to the students. As proof that the students understand the material, the educator will upload the assignment in the assignment section in the Google classroom. Then students can collect assignments by uploading the answers in Google classroom. The Educators can immediately give grades for assignments that have been uploaded by students; they can also give praise to students if the results of the assignments are very satisfying.

Abstract

Islamic Education is one of the fields of study that must be provided for elementary to tertiary education under the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The learning activities can not be separated from the source of learning, one of which is the textbook of Islamic Education and Morals. This study aims to conduct a critical analysis of the content of the book on Islamic Education and Morals for class VII, which is focused on analyzing the discussion material in the book and the suitability of the content with genuine arguments contained in the Qur'an and Hadith. This research belongs to qualitative research with a library approach in collecting data using documentation techniques and data analysis using content analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are Islamic Education Textbooks and Morals Class VII Published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. There are four types of discussions: Akidah Akhlak, Fiqh, History of Islamic Culture and Al-Qur'an Hadith, and the verses. The material is by the arguments contained in the Qur'an and Hadith so that it is appropriate to be used as a learning resource.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi excellent service atau pelayanan prima yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, guru dan tata usaha sekolah dalam kaitannya dengan kepuasan orang tua murid sebagai pelanggan jasa pendidikan di sekolah. Excellent Service merupakan salah satu kompenen penting yang harus dilakukan oleh semua personil sekolah agar orang tua murid yang menggunakan jasa pendidikan di sekolah merasa puas atas pelayanan sekolah dan akhirnya akan terus menyekolahkan anak, cucunya di sekolah ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan excellent service di sekolah terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam hal ini orang tua murid sebagai pengguna jasa pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survai melalui wawaancara dan observasi kepada sumber data yaitu kepala sekolah, guru dan  tata usaha sekolah sebagai pemberi pelayanan serta orang tua murid sebagai penerima pelayanan dalam menggunakan jasa pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua murid sebagai pelanggan jasa pendidikan di sekolah merasa puas dengan pelayanan terbaik yang dilakukan kepala sekolah , guru maupun tata usaha sekolah. Penerapan excellent service di sekolah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kepuasan orang tua murid sebagai pelanggan jasa pendidikan di sekolah di era pandemic covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kasus kompetensi guru Madrasah lebih umumnya guru pondok pesantren secara kompetensi tidak sebaik guru yang ada di sekolah umum. Khusus dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi guru yang ada di Madrasah, dimana secara kelembagaan madrasah, mampu menghasilkan alumni-alumni yang berkualitas, namun jika diamati lebih dalam guru-guru yang ada kompetensi pendidikannya masih belum pada kualitas yang seharusnya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kompetensi tenaga pedidik madrasah yang ada di Madrasah. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Adapun metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari keseluruhan pemaparan bahwa para tenaga Pendidik di Madrasah masih mempunyai sisi lemah di bidang pengembangan kurikulum/Silabus dan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta pemanfaatan sarana teknologi bagi guru-guru usia lanjut serta sistem mengajar yang harus dirubah, tidak lagi di dominasi dengan sistem satu arah namun harus sudah dua arah, dimana santri sebagai mitra belajar. Kompetensi akademik/profesional guru Madrasah belum begitu menguasai penelitian, sehingga penelitian yang bisa dilakukan hanya sebatas penelitian tindakan kelas. Kompetensi kepribadian tenaga pendidik sudah baik, hal ini dikarenakan, faktor lingkungan Madrasah yang mempengaruhi kepribadian tenaga pendidik untuk bersikap arif dan bijak, kemudian latar belakang tenaga pendidik yang pernah belajar di Madrasah waktu sekolah, tentu sudah membentuk karakter yang baik bagi pribadi tenaga pendidik. Kompetensi sosial sudah bisa dikatakan memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik, hal ini tidak lepas daripada kompetensi pribadi guru, yang sebagian memiliki kemampuan di luar mengajar, yaitu bisa sebagai pendakwah, guru pengajian dan lain-lain, sehingga sering kali guru atau tenaga pendidik di Madrasah juga menjadi tokoh agama atau masyarakat di tengah masyarakat.
