Abstract

Berhasil tidaknya tujuan pendidikan agama Islam sangat dipengaruhi oleh guru yang merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan. Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru tidak hanya bertugas mewariskan ilmu tetapi juga membantu dalam mengembangkan minat peserta didik. agar peserta didik dapat belajar secara efektif dan dinamis guna memenuhi dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, maka guru harus merancang proses pembelajaran. era modern 4.0 baru saja kita rasakan dan sekarang kita dikagetkan dengan perkembangan zaman masyarakat 5.0 yang harus dihadapi dan menjadi ujian tersendiri dalam ranah pembinaan keislaman. Permasalahan kajian ini adalah bagaimana guru pendidikan agama Islam menghadapi tantangan era society 5.0. Kajian ini memanfaatkan pustaka atau library research. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru pendidikan agama Islam di era masyarakat 5.0 akan menjadi fokus pembahasan peneliti. Temuan penelitian: Guru pendidikan agama Islam dituntut untuk memiliki tiga keterampilan, yang meliputi: kemampuan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kritis, dan kreatif ketika dihadapkan dengan tantangan era society 5.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relevance of moral education in the Malay folklore Gurindam Dua Belas by Raja Ali Haji with moral education in an Islamic perspective. This research uses library research, which the object of the study uses library data in the form of books as the data source. reading, reviewing, and analyzing various existing literature, using the content analysis analysis method. i.e. analyzing the text. The results of the study show that the value of moral education for the people of Malay Gurindam Dua Belas by Raja Ali Haji is found in the third, fourth, sixth and tenth stanzas which contain the value of moral education about the morality of life for someone who wants his own safety by protecting his whole body from all over the world. actions that can lead to mistakes, the importance of a relational relationship and the morality and morals of children to parents and the moral obligations of parents to their children. The value of moral education is also contained in Malay folklore, namely in the abstinence and the tradition of selikur/seven likur which gives a deep meaning to them so that the moral education contained therein can be carried out by instilling Islamic nuances since he was small and this can be attached or always become their memory to carry it out when they are adults.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of meeting the standards of educators and education personnel in the leading integrated modern Islamic boarding school Darul Mursyid, South Tapanuli Regency. The research method used in this research is using qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study conclude that (1) the Islamic boarding school determines a minimum qualification of S-1 for educators and is competent according to the field of expertise; (2) the pesantren implements training activities, supervision, placement according to the field of expertise, and regular assessment of educators; (3) the pesantren takes time for educators to be able to attend training and develop their potential, as well as opportunities for comparative stunies; (4) equalizing the perception of educators that learning orientation is to create Islamic, independent, moral, intellectual and professional students; and (5) the pesantren creates a sustainable pattern for educators and education personnel in planning, procurement, coaching and development, promotion, termination/termination of work contracts, and evaluation equally for every educator and education staff.

Abstract

The problem that usually occurs in the learning process is the appearance of boredom dan laziness because the learning model used by the teacher seems monotonous. Teachers can overcome problems related to learning conditions through the use of learning media. This study aims to describe the development procedure and determine the feasibility of Articulate Storyline media in learning Tarikh Islam in Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor 2 Campus For Girls. This study uses a research and development approach with the Borg & Gall model. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, documentation, and validation. Interviews were conducted with the responsible teacher of Class 1 Intensive. Observations were made in the learning process of the Class 1 Intensive. Documentation in photographs taken as concrete evidence of the learning process. Validation activities are carried out in three steps: preliminary field testing, main field testing, and operational field testing. Preliminary field testing involved a materials expert and a media expert. Main field testing involved ten students of Class 1 Intensive. Operational field testing involved 21 students of Class 1 Intensive. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicates that the media development procedure has been carried out in a detailed and systematic way regarding the ten steps of the Borg & Gall model. The result also shows that the product of Articulate Storyline media development is very feasible when used in the learning process.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the management of quality assurance in private educational institutions that has not been maximized. The purposes of this research are (1) planning, (2) implementation (3) evaluation (4) control, (5) development, (6) problems, and (7) problem solutions. The research approach uses qualitative. The results of the research in particular are (1) Quality assurance management planning consisting of indicators of vision and mission, objectives, programs, timelines, monitoring and evaluation plans, and follow-up has been well planned. (2) Implementation of academic quality assurance management in educational institutions. (3) Evaluation of quality assurance management consisting of indicators of evaluation objectives, evaluation tools, evaluation results, and evaluation follow-up plans have been carried out in accordance with applicable standards. (4) Quality assurance management control consists of indicators of control objectives, types of control, and results of control that have been carried out in accordance with SOP. (5) Quality assurance management development consists of development planning indicators, development organization, development implementation, and development evaluation. (6) Problems consisting of indicators of planning, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement problems still exist but can still be overcome. (7) Problem solutions consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement problem indicators can be handled properly

Abstract

Manajemen halaqah tahfizhul qur'an merupakan salah satu keberhasilannya. Sebagai sekolah Islam, SMPIT khoiru ummah Curup mengajarkan manajemen halaqah Tahfizhul Qur'an sebagai mata pelajaran utama. Siswa akan mendapat kesan bahwa Allah SWT selalu mengawasi mereka jika mereka membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an terus-menerus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana pengelolaan Halaqah Tahfzhul Qur'an di SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Curup. Peneliti melakukan observasi langsung terhadap siswa SMPIT Khoiru Ummah, sehingga data dikumpulkan secara kualitatif bukan numerik. Penulis aktif mengikuti kegiatan SMPIT Khoiru Ummah sebagai bagian dari studi observasional partisipan ini. Dalam hal metode pengumpulan data ini, penulis merekam setiap perkataan dan tindakan siswa, mewawancarai pimpinan dan staf pengajar, serta foto dan video dari kegiatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) Siswa peserta Halaqah harus melewati dua tahapan dalam rangka implementasi Manajemen Halaqah tahfidzhul Qur'an di SMPIT, yaitu a) Manajemen Perencanaan Halaqah Tahfizhul Qur'an di SMPIT Khoiru Ummah Siswa yang belum memasuki tahfizh (hafalan) ) masuk program tahsin yang diawali dengan pelajaran tahsin yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan membaca (kompetensi dasar) masing-masing siswa. Hal ini dilakukan sesuai dengan lahjah”arobiyah, b) dan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kefasihan dalam membaca. Setelah menyelesaikan tahap tahsin, tahap selanjutnya adalah program tahfizh. 3) Setelah mengikuti halaqah pengelolaan halaqah Tahfizhul Qur’an halaqah, peserta mulai menunjukkan sifat jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, istiqomah (konsisten), optimis, dan santun.Program takhassus dirancang untuk siswa yang fasih membaca dan memiliki kemampuan dan kemauan yang tinggi untuk menghafal.Program reguler dirancang untuk siswa yang fasih membaca tetapi memiliki kemauan dan kemampuan untuk menghafal.

Abstract

PAI material at various levels of high school has different characteristics compared to the levels below, namely in terms of content, weight, and deepening of the material both psychologically, philosophically, sociologically, and technologically. This article aims to discuss the use of flipped-classroom in PAI subjects at the high school level, to find out its implementation, disadvantages, advantages, and ethical issues that arise. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collected is from interviews with PAI class X teachers, based on interviews, it can be concluded that by using a flipped classroom, the advantage for PAI teachers is to become more skilled in the use of technology. Students are more independent and activate their time to study. But in the lack of flipped-classroom, teachers have become busier in preparing materials in the form of videos or oPPTsPT so that students can access them at home. As for students, their free time has become less. The challenge that arises is that PAI learning has long used the teacher center so that students can learn as well as get suri tauladan directly from the teacher's knowledge. Meanwhile, with flipped classrooms that use student center methods and technology, there are fewer opportunities for students to get knowledge transfer, value transfer, and character building from suri tauladan PAI teachers.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Metro University is an Islamic university and the only best private university in Sumatra, according to the International Institute of Webometrics, July 2020. However, some lecturers and students still do not fully understand the existence of quality assurance institutions (LPM) in higher education standards (SPT) that guarantee the quality of higher education, so UM Metro has not achieved its vision and mission optimally. All stakeholders have not fully felt the results of quality assurance (Quality Assurance). This study aims to find out and describe the state of the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) at UM Metro, starting with how to determine, implement, evaluate, control, and improve. Research is qualitative description research with qualitative descriptive analysis. Data is collected employing interviews, documentation, and observations. The results of the research analysis on the implementation of SPMI at UM Metro: through the following stages: 1) Stages of setting standards, vision, mission, regulations, policies, academics, academic quality manuals, and so on in the study program, there is a competence of graduates. 2) The implementation of higher education standards is socialized to all concerned. The importance of a quality education system in implementing higher education is carried out by qualified human resources and leadership support. 3) Evaluation carried out in the implementation of higher education standards starting weekly, monthly, and yearly involving a team of experts under the supervision of LPM. 4) Control, findings from the results of follow-up evaluations that have been well improved by rewarding, and those that have not been well-given guidance according to higher education standards. 5) Improvement, the results of the implementation of previous developments, namely the establishment, implementation, evaluation, and control, are further improved so that users of higher education services feel the results. The implications show that SPMI is very important in universities to achieve a level of excellence in higher education that can be felt by all stakeholders (Stake-HolderS)

Abstract

Academic stress is a problem experienced mostly by students including those who live in Islamic boarding schools. This condition happens because of the learning process presssure which can affects them physically and psychologically. Many previous studies examined a number of variables that can reduce academic stress, including the variables of academic self-efficacy and positive mindset. Husnudzan, a positive mindset in Islam, is considered to have an influence on various psychological aspects such as mental health, resilience, self-acceptance and anxiety. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing the adaptation of the academic stress scale (SSI), the husnudzan scale and the academic self-efficacy scale (TASES). The validity and reliability scores are 0.922 and 0.959 for academic stress scale, 0.876 and 0.796 for husnudzan scale, also 0.905 and 0.951 for academic self-efficacy scale. Data analysis was carried out by conducting correlation and mediation analyses. A total of 80 undergraduate students from State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung (UIN Bandung) participated in the study. The results demonstrated that husnudzan  significantly correlated with academic self-efficacy (r = 0.480 and p<0.01). In contrast, there was no significant correlation not only on academic self-efficacy and stress academic r = -0.147 (p = 0.193) but also on husnudzan and stress academic r = -0.169 (p = 0.135). The mediation test results showed that academic self-efficacy could not mediate the relationship between husnudzan and academic stress with indirect effect score -0.0944 (BootLLCI = -0.3656 and BootULCI = 0.1986).Keywords: academic self-efficacy, academic stress, husnudzan
