Abstract

The development of modern entrepreneurship often focuses on economic efficiency, while the ethical dimensions of sharia-based principles remain underexplored empirically. This study places this issue within the context of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah), specifically the principles of buying and selling that emphasize justice, trustworthiness, and the prohibition of gharar, as the basis of Islamic business ethics. The purpose of this study is to integrate a multivariate factor analysis approach with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah) to develop a model of ethical entrepreneurial behavior in the Islamic trade system. The methods used include a survey of Muslim business actors in the trade and small industry sectors, followed by exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to identify the latent structure of sharia values, as well as confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the causal relationship between compliance with muamalah, ethical orientation, and business sustainability. The results of the study indicate that the latent variables "transaction fairness" and "business trustworthiness" have a dominant contribution to the formation of ethical entrepreneurial behavior, while the factor "prohibition of gharar and usury" functions as a moral controller in business decision-making. The conclusion of this study explains in detail the integration of the principles of muamalah fiqh in multivariate factor analysis strengthening the theoretical validity of Islamic entrepreneurship and providing a quantitative basis where transaction justice r = 0.68; business trustworthiness r = 0.63; prohibition of gharar and usury r = 0.59; blessing orientation r = 0.74.

Abstract

This study examines the application of economic altruism education in shaping student character according to the Graduate Profile dimensions at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. Altruism is positioned as a moral foundation that aligns with the culture of mutual cooperation and the principles of economic justice that have developed in the Indonesian social context. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving teachers and students in the marketing subject. Data were obtained through learning observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa. The results of the study indicate that altruistic values are systematically integrated into all stages of learning, from planning and developing teaching modules to implementing learning and assessment. Teachers incorporate elements of cooperation and social awareness into learning outcomes and facilitate collaborative activities, particularly through retail business practice assignments that require teamwork and shared responsibility. In the learning process, teachers act as facilitators who observe the dynamics of student interactions, reinforce prosocial attitudes, and implement authentic assessments that encompass cognitive, affective, and social aspects. Overall, the application of economic altruism values has been shown to support the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile dimensions, particularly mutual cooperation, noble character, and independence. These findings confirm that economic altruism education not only contributes to improving academic competence but also plays a crucial role in shaping students' social character.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the merger policy in the early transition phase by positioning assessors as key actors in the national education accreditation system. The study used a qualitative approach with a public policy study design through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The results indicate that, normatively, the BAN-PDM merger policy has the potential to improve bureaucratic efficiency, consistency of accreditation standards, and integration of quality assurance across levels. However, in the early stages of implementation, various challenges were still encountered, particularly related to assessor readiness and capacity, adaptation of cross-level accreditation instruments, clarity of governance, and resistance and anxiety from educational units acting as assessors. This study also identified urgent needs in the form of strengthening assessor training, developing guidelines and SOPs for instrument harmonization, establishing competency-based assessor teams, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

This article discusses Kuntowijoyo's thoughts on Prophetic Social Science as an offer of a scientific paradigm that integrates revelation, prophetic values, and modern social science methodology. Prophetic Social Science is constructed through three main dimensions humanization, liberation, and transcendence, which are based on QS. Ali 'Imran 110 as a normative foundation. This study traces Kuntowijoyo's intellectual biography, the epistemological foundation of his ideas, the methodological tools he formulated, and their application and relevance in the context of contemporary Indonesian science and social life. Through descriptive-qualitative analysis, this article shows that Prophetic Social Science has made a significant contribution to developing emancipatory and value-oriented social science, although it continues to face criticism regarding the operationalization of the concept, the tension between revelation and scientific objectivity, and the methodology of problems in research practice. These findings confirm that Prophetic Social Science is an important intellectual project in the effort to build a social science that not only explains reality but also transforms it ethically and transcendentally.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Karangcegak Purbalingga. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with field research and a case study design. The subjects were fourth-grade PAI teachers, while data were collected through learning observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of audiovisual content, such as animated videos and interactive presentations, was effective in increasing students' focus, learning interest, and contextual understanding of abstract PAI material. Meanwhile, the implementation of interactive digital quiz-based games was able to increase active participation, learning motivation, and students' ability to apply PAI values through a fun and reflective learning experience. The integration of the two media created more meaningful, student-centered learning and supported the strengthening of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. However, the implementation of this learning model still faces obstacles in the form of limited infrastructure and teacher readiness in managing digital media. Thus, it can be concluded that the multimedia-based learning model integrated with audiovisual content and interactive games is effective in improving the understanding of Islamic Religious Education values, with the note that it requires support from infrastructure and improving teacher competency so that its implementation is more optimal and sustainable.

Abstract

Teacher training at the elementary school level plays a strategic role in supporting the improvement of learning quality. However, many teacher training programs are still not designed using a systematic instructional design approach and often do not sufficiently reflect teachers' actual needs. This study aims to develop an elementary school teacher training model using an instructional design approach through a simplified adaptation of the Kemp Model, making it more operational and applicable in school contexts. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach and was conducted at UPTD SDN 3 Batu Tungku, involving the school principal and elementary school teachers as participants. The development procedures included training needs analysis, model design, expert validation, limited field testing, and model evaluation and refinement. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, document analysis, as well as pre-test and post-test instruments. The expert validation results indicated that the developed training model, training modules, and evaluation instruments were feasible and relevant for implementation in elementary school settings. The results of the limited trial showed that the training model based on the adapted Kemp Model assisted teachers in developing more systematic lesson planning, applying more varied instructional strategies, using learning media more effectively, and conducting assessment and reflection activities in a more structured manner.

Abstract

The low reading literacy achievement of Indonesian students, as reflected in the 2022 Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) scores and the Education Report of SMAN 1 Ngoro Mojokerto, demonstrates the need for strategic innovation in strengthening school literacy culture. Reading and writing literacy are the main foundations for developing critical, reflective, and communicative thinking skills needed to realize the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. This innovation project aims to (1) describe the understanding of SMAN 1 Ngoro Mojokerto residents regarding the importance of literacy, (2) analyze the implementation of the ongoing literacy culture, and (3) formulate strategies for improving literacy culture through the use of digital technology. The method used is a descriptive-qualitative approach based on best practices with document analysis, Education Report data, and evaluation of innovation programs. The innovation developed is the "Waca Beli Onday OgeDoc" program (School Residents Literacy Reading and Writing One Day on Google Docs), which integrates daily reading and writing activities for 20 minutes using the Google Docs platform. An analysis of innovation diffusion using Rogers' theory shows that this program meets five innovation attributes: relative advantage, appropriateness, manageable complexity, testability, and observability. Implementation results showed an increase in school literacy scores to 88.9% (good category) and the birth of a tangible product in the form of a student short story anthology book with QR CBN. These findings confirm that the integration of digital technology-based reading and writing literacy is effective in building a productive and sustainable literacy culture in secondary schools.
